novel copolymers based on acrylamide （AM） and complex pseudorotaxane monomer n＇-（3-vinylbenzyl）-l,4- diaminobutane dihydroch.oride with cucurbit[6]uril （CB[6]）（3VBCB） were prepared via free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution, and ch.racterized by XH-nMR, FT-IR, elemental analysis and static light scattering. The compositions of the copolymers （PAM3VBCB） with pseudorotaxane units were determined by 1H-nMR and elemental analysis. Thermal properties of the copolymers were studied by TGA, and the effects of the copolymer concentration and pH on the average hydrodynamic radius （Rh） of the copolymer molecules were studied by dynamic light scattering （DLS）. The experiment data show that CB[6] beads are localized on 1,4-diaminobutane units in side ch.ins of the copolymers. TGA results show that thermal stability of the copolymer increases with increasing the content of pseudorotaxane unit because of the enhanced rigidity and the bulky steric hindrance of 3VBCB in side ch.ins of PAM3VBCB. DLS data show that the average hydrodynamic radius of copolymer molecules increases with the increase in the copolymer concentration, and both the pH and electrical conductivity of PAM3VBCB solutions demonstrate an acute ch.nge with addition of naOH because of CB[6] dethreading from the side ch.ins of PAM3VBCB. CB[6] threading and dethreading of PAM3VBCB could be controlled by addition of BaC12 and na2SO4.

In order to improve performance and robustness of clustering,it is proposed to generate and aggregate a number of primary clusters via clustering ensemble *** clustering ensemble approach.s attempt to improve the performance of fuzzy clustering ***,in these approach.s,cluster(or clustering)reliability has not paid much.attention *** cluster(or clustering)reliability makes these approach.s weak in dealing with low-quality base clustering *** this paper,we have utilized cluster unreliability estimation and local weighting strategy to propose a new fuzzy clustering ensemble method which.has introduced Reliability Based weighted co-association matrix Fuzzy C-Means(RBFCM),Reliability Based Graph Partitioning(RBGP)and Reliability Based Hyper Clustering(RBHC)as three new fuzzy clustering consensus *** fuzzy clustering ensemble approach.works based on fuzzy cluster unreliability *** unreliability is estimated according to an entropic criterion using the cluster labels in the entire *** do so,the new metric is dened to estimate the fuzzy cluster unreliability;then,the reliability value of any cluster is determined using a Reliability Driven Cluster Indicator(RDCI).The time complexities of RBHC and RBGP are linearly proportional with thnumber of data *** and robustness of the proposed method are experimentally evaluated for some bench.ark *** experimental results demonstrate efciency and suitability of the proposed method.

Taking into account the increasing volume of text documents,automatic summarization is one of the important tools for quick and optimal utilization of such.*** summarization is a text compression process for producing a shorter document in order to quickly access the important goals and main features of the input *** this study,a novel method is introduced for selective text summarization using the genetic algorithm and generation of repetitive *** of the important features of the proposed summarization is to identify and extract the relationship between the main features of the input text and the creation of repetitive patterns in order to produce and optimize the vector of the main document features in the production of the summary document compared to other previous *** this study,attempts were made to encompass all the main parameters of the summary text including unambiguous summary with the highest precision,continuity and *** investigate the efficiency of the proposed algorithm,the results of the study were evaluated with respect to the precision and recall *** results of the study evaluation showed the optimization the dimensions of the features and generation of a sequence of summary document sentences having the most consistency with the main goals and features of the input document.

nanoscale ruthenium(Ru)-based materials are promising replacements for existing multilayered Cu interconnects in integrated ***,it is not easy to apply the results of previously reported studies directly to the electroch.mical damascene process because the previous studies have mainly focused on thin flms by dry ***,we report the electrical resistivity and microstructure of electrodeposited Ru *** estimate that the resistivity value of a 10 nm diameter Ru nanowire to be71.6μΩcm after analyzing the resistivity values of individual nanowires with various ***,we investigate the electrical properties of Ru_(x)Co_(1-x)nanowires where x is 0.04–0.99 at.%as possible replacements of the current Ta n barrier *** the entire composition range,the resistivity values of alloys are much.lower than that of the conventional Ta ***,Ru and Ru-alloy nanowires surrounded by dielectric silica are thermally stable after 450°C heat ***,the nanoscale Ru and Ru-Co alloys possessing low resistivity values can be candidates for the interconnect and barrier materials,respectively.

na superionic conductor (nASICOn)-type na3V2(PO4)3 (nVP) has been regarded as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs). However, nVP suffers from poor cyclability and rate capability because of its intrinsically low electronic conductivity. Herein, we successfully syn thesized n-doped carb on-wrapped na3V2(PO4)3 (nC@nVP) through the carb on izati on of polydopami ne, which.is rich.in nitrogen species. The strong adhesion properties of the polydopamine lead to effective and homogeneous wrapping of nVP particles, and it I is further turned into a con ductive n-doped carb on n etwork itself, providi ng facile diffusi on of electr ons and na+ i ons duri ng battery operation. nC@nVP displays remarkable electroch.mical performanee, even under harsh operating conditions, such.as a high rate capability (disch.rge capacity of 70.88, 49.21 mA·h·g^-1 at 50 and 100 C), long-term cycling stability (capacity retention of 94.77% over 1,000 cycles at 20 C), and high-temperature cycling (capacity retention of 92.0% after 500 cycles at 60 ℃).

nASA’s Pioneer Spacecraft Anomaly, Heat, Dark Matter and a Probable Persuasive Genesis

An analysis is performed on what is known as the anomaly of nASA’s probe spacecraft. It explains why this additional acceleration can hardly be caused by the heat emitted by the electronic equipment of the spacecraft or by the dark matter that the Solar System could contain. Additionally, the correct stellar dynamics are mathematically demonstrated to explain the high speed of stellar rotation directly in galaxies and to show that this dynamics governing galaxies is very different from the dynamics of the Solar System. This also demonstrates the superfluity of postulating the existence of Dark Matter at the galactic level. It is concluded that the anomaly of the Pioneer spacecraft is relatively feasible as a product of an explainable difference between the modeling of the 70s and the real sources of the gravitational field of the Solar System. Therefore, it is claimed that there were sources of gravitational field that were not included in the original modeling because they were unknown at the time. Finally, a particular distribution of the disperse Solar System mass is proposed that could represent the sources of the field that give a plausible explanation for the nASA spacecraft anomaly.

Transfection of colorectal cancer cells with ch.mokine MCP-3(monocyte ch.motactic protein-3)gene retards tumor growth and inhibits tumor metastasis

AIM: To evaluate the possibility of the induction of antitumor immune response by transfecting the colorectal cancer cells with ch.mokine MCP-3 gene. METHODS: Mouse MCP-3 gene was transduced into mouse colorectal cancer cells CMT93 by using of Liposome. G418-resistant clones were selected and the MCP-3 mRnA expression was detected by RT-PCR. The ch.motactic activity of MCP-3 in the cell culture supernatant was detected by ch.motaxis assay. The tumorigenicity of wild type CMT93 and CMT93 gene transfectants were detected by in vivo experiments. The immune cell infiltrations in tumor tissue and tumor metastasis were detected ***: MCP-3 mRnA expression was detected by RTPCR in gene-transfected cells (CMT93/MCP-3), but not in control groups. And MCP-3 secreted in the cell culture supernatant possessed ch.motatic activity. The results from in vivo experiments showed that the tumorigenicity of CMT93/MCP-3 had not decreased, but the tumors derived from CMT93/MCP-3 cells grew more slowly than those from CMT93 cells (1.021±0.253) cm2 VS(1.769±0.371) cm2,P＜0.05) or CMT93/mock cells (1.021±0.253) cm2 VS(1.680±0.643)cm2, P＜0.05). Histophathological results showed few immune cells infiltrating in the tumor tissue derived from the controls. In the tumor tissue derived from CMT93/MCP-3, infiltrating immune cells increased. In addition, no tumor metastasis was found in all mice inoculated with CMT93/MCP-3 tumor cells. But all mice had tumor metastasis in CMT93 controls and 4 in 5 mice had tumor metastasis in CMT93/mock ***: The results suggested that the transfection of ch.mokine MCP-3 gene could promote the induction of anti-colorectal cancer immunity, but the tumor growth could not be inhibited completely by merely MCP-3 gene transfection.

The neutron and Dark Matter in the Standard Model of Particle Physics

The existence of the neutron, originally postulated to justify the stability of the nucleus, is very similar to the postulation of Dark Matter to give stability to galaxies and galaxy clusters. However, the existence of the neutron has been proven as an important part of the nucleus that is linked within its integral structure in the Standard Model of Particle Physics. The Standard Model that began with the electron and the proton, currently, with more than one hundred particles, shows in some parts, cracks that induce to reconsider the veracity of the theories and models. Here it is established that all theories are to some extent false and therefore, so will any model, which.is always a specific part of the theory. Also, like several other things, by means of a mathematical calculation, it is clarified why, it has not been possible to incorporate the Dark Matter within the Standard Model. Furthermore, it is reliably demonstrated that the introduction of the Dark matter postulate is superfluous and that the high speeds of stellar rotation determined experimentally are analytically explained with the stellar dynamics described here.

The spectroscopic tech.ique is employed to study the emission of atmospheric argon-nitrogen plasma jet generated by an original dc double anode plasma torch. The molecular bands of the n^＋2 first negative system are observed at the torch.exit and ch.sen to evaluate the rotational and vibrational temperatures in comparison with the simulated spectra. The excitation temperature （Texc ≈ 9600 K） is determined from the Boltzmann plot method. The results show that the rotational, vibrational, electron and kinetic temperatures are in good agreement with one another, which.indicates that the core region of atmospheric double arc argon-nitrogen plasma jet at the torch.exit is close to the local thermodynamic equilibrium state under our experimental conditions.
