Studies investigating correlates of physical activity(PA)using objective PA measurements among primary schoolaged children are limited in Asia,particularly *** study examined psychosocial and environmental factors associated with PA among fifth-grade students in eight primary schools in Ho Chi Minh city,*** analyses showed that for every month increase in students’age,an increase of 66 steps/day(pgirls(pgher income households(pgnificant(pgraphic characteristics and an additional 13%by psychosocial *** conclusion,intention to be physically active and parental support are important factors and should be considered when designing PA interventions in school/community-based settings.

Recently,closed cycle magnetohydrodynamic power generation system research has been focused on improving the isentropic efficiency and the enthalpy extraction *** reducing the cross-section area ratio of the disk magnetohydrodynamic generator,it is believed that a high isentropic efficiency can be achieved with the same enthalpy *** this study,the result relating.to a plasma state which takes into account the ionization instability of non-equilibrium seeded plasma is added to the theoretical prediction of the relationship between enthalpy extraction and isentropic *** a result,the electron temperature which reaches the seed complete ionization state without the growth of ionization instability can be realized at a relatively high seed fraction ***,the upper limit of the power generation performance is suggested to remain lower than the value expected in the low seed fraction *** is also suggested that a higher power generation performance may be obtained by implementing the electron temperature range which reaches the seed complete ionization state at a low seed fraction.

Schistosomal appendicitis(SA)is a rare but serious complication of schistosomiasis,a parasitic disease affecting over 250 million people worldwide.A recent retrospective study by Wang et al provides important insights into the clinicopathological characteristics of *** study compared 136 cases of SA to 5418 cases of non-SA over a ten-year *** findings include a higher average age of SA patients(61.73 years vs 35.8 years for non-SA),a higher proportion of acute on chronic appendicitis(33.1%vs 16%),and a significantly higher incidence of colorectal cancer(11.7%vs 2.2%).Despite these differences,SA remains a diagnostic challenge due to its nonspecific clinical presentation and lack of specific laboratory *** study also highlights the persistent prevalence of SA,accounting for 1.6%-3.4%of all appendicitis cases each year from 2013 to *** findings underscore the need for enhanced awareness,early detection,and prompt treatment of SA in endemic *** the association with colorectal cancer,patients with SA require thorough screening and *** research into the pathogenesis and diagnostic markers of SA is *** the global battle against schistosomiasis continues,targeted efforts to diagnose and manage SA can significantly improve patient outcomes.

Localization or positioning scheme in Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is one of the most challenging andfundamental operations in various monitoring or tracking applications because the network deploys a large areaand allocates the acquired location information to unknown devices. The metaheuristic approach is one of themost advantageous ways to deal with this challenging issue and overcome the disadvantages of the traditionalmethods that often suffer from computational time problems and small network deployment scale. This studyproposes an enhanced whale optimization algorithm that is an advanced metaheuristic algorithm based on thesiege mechanism (SWOA) for node localization inWSN. The objective function is modeled while communicatingon localized nodes, considering variables like delay, path loss, energy, and received signal strength. The localizationapproach also assigns the discovered location data to unidentified devices with the modeled objective functionby applying the SWOA algorithm. The experimental analysis is carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of thedesigned localization scheme in terms of various metrics, e.g., localization errors rate, converges rate, and executedtime. Compared experimental-result shows that theSWOA offers the applicability of the developed model forWSNto perform the localization scheme with excellent quality. Significantly, the error and convergence values achievedby the SWOA are less location error, faster in convergence and executed time than the others compared to at least areduced 1.5% to 4.7% error rate, and quicker by at least 4%and 2% in convergence and executed time, respectivelyfor the experimental scenarios.

With the increase in the number of acupuncture clinical trials, systematic reviews are used to summarize key results across many disciplines. Meta-analysis is a popular method for synthesizing evidence as it provides a succinct way of summarizing evidence quantitatively. Due to clinical heterogeneity, however, it is not always possible to use meta-analysis. Instead, a qualitative method is used. The purpose of this paper is to summary the findings of current research on the global Impression Method （gIM）; a method used to synthesize the results of clinically heterogeneous randomized controlled trial （RCT） in systematic reviews. The results indicate that there is moderate to substantial intra-rater and inter-rater agreement when judging the results of the forest plots using a global impression and simplified version of the best evidence synthesis （BES） method when compared to the results of meta-analyses. Thus, the gIM can be used for researchers to synthesize results of RCT. The quality of the individual study can be taken into consideration after this process to determine a more precise strength of the evidence, therefore, gIM worthy to be used in acupuncture or other studies.

The naïve Bayes classifier is one of the commonly used data mining methods for *** its simplicity,naïve Bayes is effective and computationally *** the strong attribute independence assumption in the naïve Bayes classifier makes it a tractable method for learning,this assumption may not hold in real-world *** enhancements to the basic algorithm have been proposed in order to alleviate the violation of attribute independence *** these methods improve the classification performance,they do not necessarily retain the mathematical structure of the naïve Bayes model and some at the expense of computational *** approach to reduce the naïvetéof the classifier is to incorporate attribute weights in the conditional *** this paper,we proposed a method to incorporate attribute weights to naïve *** evaluate the performance of our method,we used the public benchmark *** compared our method with the standard naïve Bayes and baseline attribute weighting *** results show that our method to incorporate attribute weights improves the classification performance compared to both standard naïve Bayes and baseline attribute weighting methods in terms of classification accuracy and F1,especially when the independence assumption is strongly violated,which was validated using the Chi-square test of independence.

An increasing number of deep learning methods is being applied to quantify the perception of urban environments, study the relationship between urban appearance and resident safety, and improve urban appearance. Most advanced methods extract image feature representations from street-level images through conventional visual computation algorithms or deep convolutional neural networks and then directly predict the results using features. Unfortunately, these methods take color and texture information together during processing. Color and texture are prime image features, and they affect human perception and judgment differently. We argue that color and texture should be operated differently; therefore, we formulate an end-to-end learning methodology to process input images according.to color and texture information before inputting it into the neural network. The processed images and the original image constitute three input streams for the triad attention ranking convolutional neural network(AR-CNN) model proposed in this *** accordance with the aspects of color and texture, an improved attention mechanism in the convolution layer is proposed. Our objective is to obtain the scores of humans on urban appearance in accordance with the prediction results computed from pairwise comparisons generated by the AR-CNN model.
