Production of Integrated Automotive Part in High Pressure Diecasting Process Using Salt Core

A new concept of salt core, a melting temperature of which is lower than the solidus temperature of cast alloy,was introduced to produce an integrated casting part having a complicated inner shape or requiring under-cut in high pressure die casting or squeeze casting process. A salt core, named a fusible core in this paper because the salt core can be easily extracted just as holding at a temperature under a solidus temperature of a casting alloy, was developed and applied to produce a fuel control part for automotive GDI engine in high pressure diecasting machine. A different salt material of a lower melting temperature than that of A1 alloy was mixed with a different ceramic particulate to improve a thermo-physical property of fusible core. The thermo-physical property of the fusible core was measured and a weight faction of the ceramic particulate was optimized. The selected core materials were poured in metallic mold by gravity to produce a fusible core for a fuel control part for automotive GDI engine. The fuel control part, which the fusible core was included inside, was successful to fabricate in a conventional diecasting machine with no melting of fusible core during casting.

BACKGROUND Fexuprazan,a novel potassium-competitive acid blocker,reversibly suppresses the K+/H+-ATPase enzyme in proton pumps within gastric parietal ***’s suppression of gastric acid was maintained in healthy individuals for 24 h in a dose-dependent *** To compare fexuprazan to esomeprazole and establish its efficacy and safety in patients with erosive esophagitis(EE).METHODS Korean adult patients with endoscopically confirmed EE were randomized 1:1 to receive fexuprazan 40 mg or esomeprazole 40 mg once daily for eight *** primary endpoint was the proportion of patients with healed EE confirmed by endoscopy at week *** secondary endpoints included the healing rate of EE at week 4,symptom response,and quality of life *** profiles and serum gastrin levels were compared between the *** Of the 263 randomized,218 completed the study per protocol(fexuprazan 40 mg,n=107;esomeprazole 40 mg,n=111).Fexuprazan was non-inferior to esomeprazole regarding the healing rate at week 8[99.1%(106/107)vs 99.1%(110/111)].There were no between-group differences in the EE healing rate at week 4[90.3%(93/103)vs 88.5%(92/104)],symptom responses,and quality of life ***,serum gastrin levels at weeks 4 and 8 and drug-related side effects did not significantly differ between the *** Fexuprazan 40 mg is non-inferior to esomeprazole 40 mg in EE healing at week *** suggest that fexuprazan is an alternative promising treatment option to PPIs for patients with EE.

Prostate cancer(PCa)is the most commonly diagnosed genital cancer in men *** 80%of the patients who developed advanced PCa suffered from bone metastasis,with a sharp drop in the survival *** great efforts,the detailed mechanisms underlying castration-resistant PCa(CRPC)remain *** 5(SIRT5),an NAD+-dependent desuccinylase,is hypothesized to be a key regulator of various ***,compared to other SIRTs,the role of SIRT5 in cancer has not been extensively ***,we revealed significantly decreased SIRT5 levels in aggressive PCa cells relative to the PCa *** correlation between the decrease in the SIRT5 level and the patient’s reduced survival rate was also *** quantitative global succinylome analysis,we characterized a significant increase in the succinylation at lysine 118(K118su)of lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA),which plays a role in increasing LDH *** a substrate of SIRT5,LDHA-K118su significantly increased the migration and invasion of PCa cells and LDH activity in PCa *** study reveals the reduction of SIRT5 protein expression and LDHA-K118su as a novel mechanism involved in PCa progression,which could serve as a new target to prevent CPRC progression for PCa treatment.
