Liver diseases with the central pathogenetic mechanism of oxidative stress are one of the main causes of mortality ***,dihydroquinoline derivatives,which are precursors of hepatoprotectors and have antioxidant activity,are of *** have previously found that some compounds in this class have the ability to normalize redox homeostasis under experimental ***,we initially analyzed the hepatoprotective potential of the dihydroquinoline derivative 1-benzoyl-6-hydroxy-2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline(BHDQ)for carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)-induced liver injury in *** suggested that BHDQ normalized the alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase in *** also observed an improvement in liver tissue morphology related to *** with CCl4-induced liver injuries treated with BHDQ had less oxidative stress compared to animals with CCl4-induced liver *** promoted activation changes in superoxide dismutase,catalase,glutathione peroxidase,glutathione reductase,and glutathione transferase on control values in animals with CCl4-induced liver *** also activated gene transcription in Sod1 and Gpx1 via nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 and forkhead box protein O1 ***,the compound of concern has a hepatoprotective effect by inhibiting the development of necrotic processes in the liver tissue,through antioxidation.

The Synthesis of Novel Annelated 2-Oxopiperazines by the Interaction Methyl （3-Oxopiperazin-2-Ylidene） Acetate with an N-Arylmaleimides

It is studied that the interaction of methyl (3-oxopiperazin-2-ylidene) acetate with an N-arylmaleimides. It is established that methyl (3-oxo-piperazine-2-ylidene) acetate is reacted with N-arylmaleimides in boiling methanol in the presence of catalytic amounts of acetic acid as the C-N-dinucleophile to form not previously described methyl-1, 6-dioxo-8-[(arylamino)carbonyl]-1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8-hexahydro-2H-pyrido [1, 2-a] pyrazine-9-carboxylates. An excess of acid (in a mixture of methanol and acetic acid in the ratio 1:1) occurs 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition of the N-arylmaleimides toward tautomeric form methyl (3-oxo-piperazine-2-ylidene) acetate - methyl (3-oxo-3, 4, 5, 6-tetrahydropyrazine-2-yl) acetate with the formation of new heterocyclic system-methyl-2-aryl-1, 3, 8-trioxodecahydro-1H-pyrrolo [3", 4":4, 5] pyrrolo [1, 2-a] pyrazine-9-carboxylates.

The Synthesis of 6-R-[ 1 （Methylth io ）-2,3,4,9-Tet ra hyd ro-1 H-β-Ca rbol i n-1 -yl] Cyanamides by the Interaction of Tryptamines with N-Cyanoimido-S, S-Dimethyldithiocarbonate

It is studied the interaction of 5-substituted tryptamines with N-cyanoimido-S, S-dimethyldithiocarbonates. It is established that the reaction proceeds exhaustively under reflux in ethanol for 10-15 hours with elimination of one molecule of methylmercaptan, further cyclization passes not through the expected cleavage of the second molecule of methylmercaptan formation (6-R-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-β-carbolin-1-ylidene)cyanamides, and the accession of the hydrogen atom located at the carbon atom of the indole ring to the nitrogen atom of the imide groups and the carbon-carbon bond formation and the yield previously undescribed 6-R-[1(methylthio)-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-β-carbolin-1-yl] cyanamides.

Interaction of 1,2-Diaminoimidazoles with Ethoxymythelene-Containing Compounds

Interaction of 1, 2-diaminoimidazole with ethoxymethylene-containing derivatives has been studied. It is determined that the interaction malondinitrile, cyanoacetic ester, acetylacetone leads to linearly linked products: 2-[[(2-amino-4-phenyl-1Н-imidazole-1-yl)amino] methylene] propanedinitrile, ethyl ester 2-[(2-emino-4-phenyl-1Н-imidazole-1-yl)amino]-2-cyano-2-propanoic acid and 2-[[(2-amino-4-phenyl-1Н-imodazole-1-yl)amino] methylene]-2,4-pentanedoine. An exception is the reaction of ethoxymethylene ester, in the result of which 7-amino-2-methyl-5-phenyl-imidazol [1, 5-b] pyridine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester is regioselectively formed. The products are obtained regardless of reaction condition. The structures of resulting compound are confirmed by NMR 1H and mass spectroscopy. Further cyclization of linear intermediates with acetic acid, triethylamine, dimethylformamide and dioxane has led to asphaltization that implies difficulties of further individualize derived substances.
