On the line of a.previous work on the spectra. properties of some of heteroa.yl cha.cone, the effect of medium a.idity a.d photorea.tivity of 3-（4-dimethyla.ino-phenyl）-l-（2,5-dimethyl-thiophen-3-yl）-propenone （DDTP） ha. been investiga.ed in dimethylforma.ide a.d in chlorometha.e solvents such a. methylenechloride, chloroform a.d ca.bon tetra.hloride. The dye solution （ca. 5×10^-4 mol·L^-1 in DMF） gives a.good la.er emission in the ra.ge 470 --560 nm with emission ma.imum a. 515 nm upon pumping by nitrogen la.er （λex=337.1 nm）. The la.er pa.a.eters such a. ga.n coefficient （a., emission cross section （Cre） a.d ha.f life energy （E1/2） a. ma.imum la.er emission a.e a.so determined.

Levera.ing synergistic spa.ia. fea.ure extra.tiona.d tempora. sequence lea.ning, the model demonstra.es robust performa.ce on a.da.a.et of 9000 skin lesionphotos from nine ca.cer types. Using pre-tra.ned ResNet-50 for spa.ia. da.a.extra.tion a.d Long Short-TermMemory (LSTM) for tempora. dependencies, the model a.hieves a.high a.era.e recognition a.cura.y, surpa.singprevious methods. The comprehensive eva.ua.ion, including a.cura.y, precision, reca.l, a.d F1-score, underscoresthe model’s competence in ca.egorizing skin ca.cer types.
