Conditioning regimens.employed in autologous.s.em cell trans.lantation have been proven us.ful in various.hematological dis.rders.and underlying malignancies.however,des.ite being efficacious.in various.ins.ances.negative cons.quences.have als. been *** conditioning regimens.were extracted from various.literature s.arches.from databas.s.like PubMed,Google s.holar,EMBAs.,and *** regimens.for each dis.as. were compared by us.ng various.end points.s.ch as.overall s.rvival(Os.,progres.ion free s.rvival(PFs.,and leukemia free s.rvival(LFs..Variables.were pres.nted on graphs.and analyzed to conclude a more efficacious.conditioning *** multiple myeloma,the mos. effective regimen was.high dos. melphalan(MEL)given at a dos. of 200/mg/*** comparative res.lts.of acute myeloid leukemia were pres.nted and the regimens.that proved to be at an admirable pos.tion were bus.lfan(BU)+MEL regarding Os.and BU+VP16 regarding *** cas. of acute lymphoblas.ic leukemia(ALL),BU,fludarabine,and etopos.de(BuFluVP)conferred good dis.as. control not only with a paramount improvement in s.rvival rate but als. low ris. of ***,for ALL,chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T cell therapy was.preferred in the context of better Os.and *** res.ect to Hodgkin’s.lymphoma,mitoxantrone(MITO)/MEL overtook carmus.ine,VP16,cytarabine,and MEL in view of PFs.and vice vers. regarding ***-Hodgkin’s.lymphoma patients.were adminis.ered MITO(60 mg/m2)and MEL(180 mg/m2)which s.owed promis.ng ***,amyloidos.s.was.cons.dered,and the regimen that proved to be competent was.MEL 200(200 mg/m2).This.review article demons.rates.a comparis.n between various.conditioning regimens.employed in different dis.as.s.

Vector control s.hemes.have recently been us.d to drive linear induction motors.LIM)in high-performance *** trend promotes.the development of precis. and efficient control s.hemes.for individual *** res.arch aims.to pres.nt a novel framework for s.eed and thrus. force control of LIM us.ng s.ace vector puls. width modulation(s.PWM)*** framework under cons.deration is.developed in four *** begin,MATLAB s.mulink was.us.d to develop a detailed mathematical and electromechanical *** res.arch pres.nts.a modified s.PWM inverter control *** tuning the proportional-integral(PI)controller with a trans.er function,optimized values.for the PI controller are *** the s.bs.s.ems.mentioned above are integrated to create a robus. s.mulation of the LIM’s.precis. s.eed and thrus. force control *** reference s.eed values.were chos.n to evaluate the performance of the res.ective s.s.em,and the developed s.s.em’s.res.ons. was.verified us.ng various.data *** the low-s.eed range,a reference value of 10m/s.is.us.d,while a reference value of 100 m/s.is.us.d for the high-s.eed *** s.eed output res.ons. indicates.that themotor reached reference s.eed in amatter of s.conds.as.the delay time is.between 8 and 10 *** maximum amplitude of thrus. achieved is.les. than 400N,demons.rating the controller’s.capability to control a high-s.eed LIM with minimal thrus. *** to the controlled s.eed range,the developed s.s.em is.highly recommended for low-s.eed and high-s.eed and heavy-duty traction applications.

Weeds.are one of the mos. important biological cons.raint to cotton production,and res.lt-ing in a yield los.es.of up to 90%.The evolution of hundreds.of res.s.ant weed s.ecies.the lack of new herbicide chemis.ries.and the increas. in weed management cos.s.are all mak-ing weed management more arduous.for the ***,a field experiment was.con-ducted to inves.igate the efficacy of allelopathic crop water extracts.ACWEs.alone and in combinaton with one third rate of s.metolachlor 717g ***-1for effective weed man-agement in *** treatments.inves.igated were;weedy check,s.rghum+bras.ica water extract(WE)at 1.5Lha 1,s.rghum+s.nflower WE at 1.5Lha-,s.rghum+bras.s.ca+s.nflower WE at 1.5Lha-1,s.rghum+bras.ica WE at 15L ha-1+s.metolachlor at 717 g ***-l,s.rghum+s.nflower WE at 1.5L ha-1+s.metolachlor at 717 g ***-1,s.r-ghum+bras.ica WE+s.nflower WE at 1.5Lha-1+s.metolachlor at 717 gaiha-,and s.metolachlor at recommended rate of 2.15 kg *** revealed that pre-emergent application of s.rghum+bras.ica water extract(WE)at 1.5L ha-1 was.the bes. treatment in terms.of effective dry biomas. reduction(40%)of Trianthema portulacas.rum and Cyperus.rotundus.and increas. in s.ed cotton yield(12%).The s.cond bes. treatment was.s.rghum+s.nflower WE at 1.5Lha-1+s.metolachlor at 717g ***-1 with yield increas. of 11%over the weedy *** comparis.n,s.metolachlor at recommended rate 2.15kg ***-1 recorded only 4%decreas. in weeds.dry biomas. reduction and 8%increas. in s.ed cotton ***,it can be predicted that binary combinaton of s.rghum and bras.ica WE at 1.5 Lha-1 or binary combination of s.rghum+s.nflower WE at 15Lha-1 with one third dos. of s.metolachlor (717g aiha-l)can be us.d for effective weed management and increas. in s.ed cotton ***,adoption of this.technique will als. reduce the herbicide application,which is.not only benefcial for the ecos.s.em but,als. minimize the evolution of herbicide-res.s.ant weed s.ecies.
