To tackle thi. challenge, thei.i.i.l step i.volves the creati.n of a comprehensi.e Urdu dataset by aggregati.g data from vari.us sources such asnewspapers, arti.les, and soci.lmedi. comments. Subsequent to thi. data collecti.n, a thorough process of cleani.gand preprocessi.g i. i.plemented to ensure the quali.y of the data. The study leverages two well-known deeplearni.gmodels, namely Convoluti.nal Neural Networks (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), for bothtrai.i.g and evaluati.g senti.ent analysi. performance. Addi.i.nally, the study explores hyperparameter tuni.g toopti.i.e the models’ effi.acy. Evaluati.n metri.s such as preci.i.n, recall, and the F1-score are employed to assessthe effecti.
