Accurate detection and classification of artifacts within the gastrointestinal(GI)tract frames remain a significant challenge in medical image *** science combined with artificial intelligence is advancing to automate the diagnosis and treatment of numerous *** to this is the development of robust algorithms for image classification and detection,crucial in designing sophisticated systems for diagnosis and *** study makes a small contribution to endoscopic image *** proposed approach involves multiple operations,including extracting deep features from endoscopy images using pre-trained neural networks such as Darknet-53 and ***,feature optimization utilizes the binary dragonfly algorithm(BDA),with the fusion of the obtained feature *** fused feature set is input into the ensemble subspace k nearest neighbors(ESKNN)*** Kvasir-V2 benchmark dataset,and the COMSATS University Islamabad(CUI)Wah private dataset,featuring three classes of endoscopic stomach images were *** assessments considered various feature selection techniques,including genetic algorithm(GA),particle swarm optimization(PSO),salp swarm algorithm(SSA),sine cosine algorithm(SCA),and grey wolf optimizer(GWO).The proposed model excels,achieving an overall classification accuracy of 98.25% on the Kvasir-V2 benchmark and 99.90% on the CUI Wah private *** approach holds promise for developing an automated computer-aided system for classifying GI tract syndromes through endoscopy images.

Optimizing the utilization of maize silage in forage blends-based rations to improve production performance and reduce methane emissions from fattening calves

This research investigated the effect of various mixtures of maize silage and ryegrass fodder on nutrient digestibility,production performance,and methane(CH4)emission of fattening ***-four fattening calves((228±10)kg body weight(BW),(280±5)d of age)were allocated to 8 diets for 84 d,according to a randomized complete block design,and the blocks were balanced for BW,age,and *** diets consisted of 4 levels of maize silages,i.e.,40%(MS40),50%(MS50),60%(MS60),and 70%(MS70)in the maize silage and ryegrass fodder mixture on a dry matter(DM)basis,and each of the mixture was supplemented with either low(LC,1.0%BW)or high(HC,1.5%BW)levels of fattening *** results revealed greater(p<0.05)intakes of DM(8.35 kg/d),organic matter(OM,7.85 kg/d),and metabolizable energy(ME,12.00 Mcal/d)in calves fed with MS70-LC *** highest(p<0.05)digestibility(g/100 g)of DM(65.2),OM(67.3),crude protein(69.1),and neutral detergent fibre(56.3)was recorded for MS40-HC *** maximum(p<0.05)average daily gain(ADG,571 g/d)was recorded for diet *** lowest value(p<0.05)of CH4 emission was recorded in MS70-LC,MS70-HC,and MS60-HC as compared to other *** 70%maize silage in the ryegrass-maize silage based diet improved ADG by 174 g/d with LC *** is concluded that the optimum inclusion level of maize silage and ryegrass in the fattening ration can improve animal production performance and reduces CH4 production and concentrate requirements of fattening calves.

A numerical parameter mathematically derived from the graph structure is a topological *** topological index is the first actual choice in QSAR research and these indices are used to build the correlation model between the chemical structures of various chemicals ***,we investigate some old degree-based topological indices like Randic index,sum connectivity index,ABC index,GA index,1st and 2nd Zagreb indices,modified second Zagreb index,redefined version of 1st,2nd and 3rd Zagreb indices,hyper and augmented Zagreb indices,forgotten index and symmetric division degree index,and some new degree-based indices like SK index,SK1 index,SK2 index,and AG1 index of triangular chandelier-lattice(TCL).The results are generalized by using edge partition and closed formulas for topological indices of triangular chandelier-lattice are analysed.

Entropy generation is the loss of energy in thermodynamical systems due to resistive forces,diffusion processes,radiation effects and chemical *** main aim of this research is to address entropy generation due to magnetic field,nonlinear thermal radiation,viscous dissipation,thermal diffusion and nonlinear chemical reaction in the transport of viscoelastic fluid in the vicinity of a stagnation point over a lubricated *** conservation laws of mass and momentum along with the first law of thermodynamics and Fick’s law are used to discuss the flow,heat and mass transfer,while the second law of thermodynamics is used to analyze the entropy and *** numbers of independent variables in the modeled set of nonlinear partial differential equations are reduced using similarity variables and the resulting system is numerically approximated using the Keller box *** effects of thermophoresis,Brownian motion and the magnetic parameter on temperature are presented for lubricated and rough *** local Nusselt and Sherwood numbers are documented for both linear and nonlinear thermal radiation and lubricated and rough *** representations of the entropy generation number and Bejan number for various parameters are also shown for lubricated and rough *** concentration of nanoparticles at the lubricated surface reduces with the magnetic parameter and Brownian *** entropy generation declines for thermophoresis diffusion and Brownian motion when lubrication effects are *** is concluded that both entropy generation and the magnitude of the Bejan number increase in the presence of *** current results present many applications in the lubrication phenomenon,heating processes,cooling of devices,thermal engineering,energy production,extrusion processes etc.

Infectious bursal disease(IBD),caused by IBD virus(IBDV),is one of the most devastating and immunosuppressive diseases of the poultry and has been a constraint on the sustainable poultry production around the globe including *** the disease is threatening the poulty industry,the nature of predominant strains of IBDV in Pakistan remained *** this study,an epidemiology survey was conducted in the main chicken-farming regions of *** batch of Pakistan IBDVs genes simultaneously covering both VP1 and VP2 were amplified,sequenced,and *** unique segment-reassortant IBDVs(vv-A/Uniq-B),carrying segmentA from vvIBDV and segment B from one unique ancestor,were identifed as one important type of circulating strains in *** data also discovered the characteristic molecular features of Pakistan IBDVs,which will contribute to scientific vaccine selection and effective prevention of the disease.
