Ti33o.5 films are depo.ited with the help o. an electro. beam evapo.ato. fo. their applicatio.s in metasurfaces. The film o. subwavelength （632nm） thickness is depo.ited o. a silico. substrate and annealed at 400℃. The ellipso.etry result sho.s a high refractive index abo.e 2.5 with the minimum abso.ptio. co.fficient in the visible regio., which is necessary fo. high efficiency o. transparent metasurfaces. Ato.ic fo.ce micro.co.y analysis is emplo.ed to.measure the ro.ghness o. the as-depo.ited films. It is seen fro. micro.raphs that the depo.ited films are very smo.th with the minimum ro.ghness to.prevent scattering and abso.ptio. lo.ses fo. metasurface devices. The absence o. grains and cracks can be seen by scanning electro. micro.co.e analysis, which is favo.able fo. electro. beam litho.raphy. Fo.rier transfo.m infrared spectro.co.y reveals the transmissio. and reflectio. o.tained fro. the film depo.ited o. glass substrates. The as-depo.ited film sho.s high transmissio. abo.e 60%, which is in go.d agreement with metasurfaces.

These co.po.nds were characterized as 7, 8-Dimetho.y-2,2,6-trimethyl-pyrano.quino.in-5-o.e, 4-Metho.y 1-methyl quino.in-2-o.e, 6-Hydro.y N-methyl 2,3-furo.quino.in-4-o.e, 1-Hydro.y-10-methyl acrido.e, 1- Hydro.y-2, 3-dimetho.y-10-methylacridin-9-o.e and Luteo.in-4'-o.[α-L-rhamno.yrano.yl-(1→2)-{α-L-rhamno.yra- no.yl-(1→6)}-β-D-glyco.yrano.ide]. The iso.ated co.po.nds were characterized by UV, IR and N. M. R (1H, 13C) studies.

La3+io.s at the spin-up(12k,2a,and 2b)*** Ni substitutio. is pro.en to.be a po.ential candidate fo. the tuning o. the o.tical and magnetic parameters o.
