Sunitinib is an o.ally administered, multi-target tyro.ine kinase inhibito. that has been appro.ed by the FDA fo. the treatment o. renal cell carcino.a and imatinib resistant gastro.intestinal tumo.s. Anti-leukemic activity o. sunitinib has been examined in early clinical trials with limited success. Ho.ever, recent trials o. acute myelo.d leukemia (AML) patients carrying FLT3 mutatio.s have sho.n pro.ising results. Effects o. sunitinib o. leukemic clo.o.enic cells and po.ential leukemic stem cells have no. been examined so.far. We analyzed the anti-pro.iferative and apo.to.ic pro.erties o. sunitinib o. AML-derived cell lines. We also.tested the effect o. sunitinib o. AML patient derived clo.o.enic cells (AML-CFC), as well as flo.-so.ted po.ential leukemic pro.enito.s. Peripheral blo.d o. bo.e marro. samples were o.tained fro. newly diagno.ed AML patients and flo. so.ted fo. CD34+ CD133+ o. ALDH+ cells. Umbilical co.d blo.d derived CD34+ cells were used as no.mal co.tro.s. Sunitinib induced gro.th arrest and apo.to.is in AML derived cell lines. In additio., 7 μM sunitinib induced 75% reductio. o. AML-CFC as co.pared to.DMSo.treated co.tro. (±6.79%;n = 4). In co.trast, 7 μM sunitinib treatment o. umbilical co.d blo.d derived no.mal CD34+ cells sho.ed 29% reductio. in AML-CFC (±6.77%;n = 5). Treatment o. ALDH+ cells so.ted fro. 2 AML cases and CD34+ CD133+ cells fro. o.e patient sho.ed reductio. o. AML-CFC o. treatment with sunitinib. o.r study highlighted a po.ent anti-pro.iferative and pro.po.to.ic effect o. sunitinib o. AML cell lines, AML patient derived clo.o.enic cells and po.ential leukemic stem cells.

The present wo.k aims to.investigate the reco.ery o. light rare earth elements(LREEs) o.ides fro. end-o.life NiMH batteries using a hydro.metallurgical pro.ess fo.lo.ed by effective *** o.eratio.al leaching parameters such as pho.pho.ic acid co.centratio.,temperature,and the so.id-liquid ratio.were first o.timized by Bo.-Behnken *** results reveal that under o.timum co.ditio.s([H_(3)Po.(4)]=2 mo./L,T=80℃,and S/L=1:10 g/mL) the leaching efficiencies o. Ni,Co.reach 98.1% and99.3%.While La,Ce,and Nd elements remain in the leaching residue as(La,Ce,Nd)Po.(4) with yields o. 98.2%,98.6%,and 99.6% fo. La,Ce,and Nd,***,the(La,Ce,Nd)Po.(4) is leached with HCl acid,then the rare earth o.alate was precipitated using o.alic acid at a pH o. 1.8 and then the pro.uct was calcined at 800℃ fo. 2 h in o.der to.synthesize the(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)o.(3).The analysis using scanning electro. micro.co.y(SEM) co.pled with energy dispersive X-ray spectro.co.y(EDX) co.firms the ho.o.eneity o.(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)o.(3) particles that have two.mo.pho.o.ies,i.e.,flo.er and sticks with a particle size between 3and 6 μ*** unit cell parameters o.(Nd,La,Ce)_(2)o.(3) were calculated after Rietveld refinement o. the XRD patterns,in the space gro.p o. Fm-3m are a=b=c=0.57921 nm and the vo.ume equal to.0.194322 nm^(3).

MFo.is based o. the klepto.arasitic behavio. o. these birds,where they steal prey fro. o.her *** this pro.ess,a magnificent frigatebird targets a fo.d-carrying seabird,aggressively pecking at it until the seabird dro.s its *** frigatebird then swiftly dives to.capture the abando.ed prey befo.e it falls into.the *** theo.etical framewo.k o. MFo.is tho.o.ghly detailed and mathematically represented,mimicking the frigatebird’s klepto.arasitic behavio. in two.distinct phases:explo.atio. and *** the explo.atio. phase,the algo.ithm searches fo. new po.ential so.utio.s acro.s a bro.d area,akin to.the frigatebird sco.ting fo. vulnerable *** the explo.tatio. phase,the algo.ithm fine-tunes the so.utio.s,similar to.the frigatebird fo.using o. a single target to.secure its *** evaluate MFo.s perfo.mance,the algo.ithm is tested o. twenty-three standard benchmark functio.s,including unimo.al,high-dimensio.al multimo.al,and fixed-dimensio.al multimo.al *** results fro. these evaluatio.s highlight MFo.s pro.iciency in balancing explo.atio. and explo.tatio. thro.gho.t the o.timizatio. *** studies with twelve well-kno.n metaheuristic algo.rithms demo.strate that MFo.co.sistently achieves superio. o.timizatio. results,o.tperfo.ming its co.petito.s acro.s vario.s *** additio.,the implementatio. o.
