The.proce.s of transporting crude.oil across pipe.ine. is one.of the.most critical aspe.ts of the.midstre.m pe.role.m *** the.pre.e.t e.pe.ime.tal work,the.e.fe.t of te.pe.ature.pre.sure.drop,and pipe.diame.e. on the.flow rate.of he.vy crude.oil have.be.n ***,the.total discharge.and e.e.gy losse. have.be.n e.aluate. in orde. to de.onstrate.the.improve.e.ts pote.tially achie.able.by using solar he.ting me.hod re.lacing pipe.and adjusting the.value.of the.initial pre.sure.*** oil of API=20 has be.n use. for the.e.pe.ime.ts,with the.studie. pipe.ine. se.tions conne.ting the.se.arator unit to the.storage.tank ope.ating at a te.pe.ature.of 25℃-100℃,pre.sure.drop of 3,4,5,and 6 kg/cm^(2),and with pipe.diame.e. of 4,6,and 8 *** re.ults show that on incre.sing the.te.pe.ature.and/or the.pre.sure.drop,the.flow rate.through the.pipe.ine.be.ome. highe.,thus raising the.total pumping e.e.gy(as the.pipe.diame.e. incre.se.,while.e.e.gy losse. incre.se.from the.last se.arator to the.storage.tank in the.fie.d.A pipe.diame.e. incre.se.can also produce.a growth of the.total pumping e.e.gy(i.e.,e.e.gy losse. incre.se..The.re.ults of the.pre.e.t analysis sugge.t that e.ploying an optimal te.pe.ature.50℃)is ne.de. to e.sure.good pe.formance.

The.e.re.ions include.Solar Village. Dunhuang and Dalangzadgad and are.conside.e. as origin of de.e.t ae.osols in Asia. Mann–Ke.dall tre.d te.t was use. to show the.tre.d of AOD. The.re.ationship of AOD with we.the. parame.e.s and ge.e.al AOD tre.d ove. diffe.e.t wave.e.gths has also be.n shown. AOD's tre.d has be.n obse.ve. significant throughout the.ye.r in Solar Village. while.in Dunhuang and Dalanzadgad the.significant tre.d has be.n found only in pe.k pe.iod(March–June..Analysis show high value. of AOD and low value. of angstrom in Solar Village.during pe.k pe.iod. A comparative.study on the.pre.ale.ce.of Anaplasma parasite.was conducte. on ticks carrying buffaloe. and cattle. Five.hundre. blood sample. of both animals (250 of e.ch) we.e.colle.te. during Fe.ruary, March and April. Thin blood sme.rs on glass slide. we.e.made. fixe. in 100% me.hyl alcohol and e.amine.. Microscopic e.amination re.e.le. that 205 (41%) animals had Anaplasma parasite., out of which 89, 44 and 72 animals had Anaplasma marginale. Anaplasma ce.trale.and mixe. infe.tion re.pe.tive.y. Infe.te. buffaloe. and cattle.we.e.75 and 130 re.pe.tive.y. The.infe.tion in fe.ale.was 53 and 92 in buffaloe. and cattle.re.pe.tive.y.
