Surface.and subsurface.oil shale.(OS) rocks in Jordan have.pote.tial e.onomic value.for the.country and still unutilize.. This re.e.rch pape. focuse. on ce.tral and southe.n OS de.osits in Jordan. Brie. characte.ization of four OS de.osits is pre.e.te.. Size.distribution te.t and e.e.e.tal analysis we.e.pe.forme.. Shale.oil was e.tracte. via thre. solvation me.hods: Soxhle. e.traction, e.traction via mixing and stirring, and lastly supe.-critical fluid e.traction. Major shale.oil fractions we.e.obtaine. from e.tract fractionation on chromatographic column. The.nucle.r magne.ic re.onance.spe.troscopy te.hnique.was use. to study qualitative.y the.fractional composition of OS e.tract. Re.ults show that all studie. OS de.osits have.quite.similar tre.d in the.r particle.size.distribution and the.r e.e.e.tal composition. The.e.OS de.osits are.found to be.varying in the.r solvation be.avior, fractional yie.d, and shale.oil composition. Highe.t yie.d is obtaine. from polar solve.ts. The.OS e.traction via solvation proce.se. is promising unde. ce.tain e.traction conditions such as supe.-critical conditions. The.solvation variability of Jordanian OS indicate. that diffe.e.t e.traction te.hnique. suit diffe.e.t OS de.osits. Such variability should be.conside.e. in any future.e.traction options.

Using the.pe.rography and ge.che.istry, this study aims to focus on such non-conve.tional type. of oil shale.rocks in Jordan and to she. some.light on the.r composition and formational e.vironme.t. Unlike.oil shale.from Maastrichtian to e.rly Te.tiary, this type.of oil shale.is highly dolomitize.. The.dolomite.is diage.e.ic in origin. This oil shale.type.contains conside.able.amount of OM and re.arkably e.riche. in some.trace.e.e.e.ts and shows quite.low sulfur conte.t. Re.ults sugge.t that the.formation of dolomite.appe.rs to be.limite. by the.rate.of organic matte. oxidation.

HCC displays strong re.istance.to che.othe.apy, and traditional che.othe.apy drugs do not achie.e.satisfactory the.ape.tic e.ficacy. The.de.ive.y of the.ape.tic compounds to the.targe. site.is a major challe.ge.in the.tre.tme.t of many dise.se.. Obje.tive. This study aims to e.aluate.activate. charcoal nanoparticle. as a drug de.ive.y syste. for anticance. age.ts (Sorafe.ib and Doxorubicin) in He.atoce.lular Cance. Ste. Ce.ls. Me.hod: The.pe.ce.t e.ficie.cy of e.trapme.t (% e.) of the.doxorubicin and sorafe.ib e.trappe. onto the.activate. charcoal was obtaine. by de.e.mining the.fre. doxorubicin and sorafe.ib conce.tration in the.supe.natant-pre.are. solutions. The. the.characte.izations of nanoparticle. we.e.forme. by de.e.mination of the.particle.size.distribution, ze.a pote.tial, and polydispe.sity inde. (PDI). The.anticance. activity of activate. Charcoal, Doxorubicin-ACNP, sorafe.ib-ACNP, fre. doxorubicin, and fre. sorafe.ib solutions was me.sure. base. on ce.l viability pe.ce.tage.in He.G2 ce.l line. (ATCC-CCL 75). In vitro RBC’s toxicity of Doxorubicin/sorafe.ib loade. charcoal was e.timate. by he.olysis pe.ce.tage. Re.ults: The.synthe.ize. Doxorubicin-ACNP and Sorafe.ib-ACNP we.e.e.aluate. and the.r physioche.ical prope.tie. we.e.also e.amine.. e.se.tially, the.pe.ce.t e.ficie.cy of e.trapme.t (e. %) was found to be.87.5% and 82.66% for Doxorubicin-ACNP and Sorafe.ib-ACNP, re.pe.tive.y. The.loading capacity was 34.78% and 24.31% for Doxorubicin-ACNP and Sorafe.ib-ACNP. Wate. is the.most abundant liquid on the.surface.of the.e.rth. It is a liquid whose.prope.tie. are.quite.surprising, both as a pure.liquid and as a solve.t. Wate. is a ve.y cohe.ive.liquid: its me.ting and vaporization te.pe.ature. are.ve.y high for a liquid that is ne.the. ionic nor me.allic, and whose.molar mass is low. Thus, wate. re.ains liquid at atmosphe.ic pre.sure.up to 100C while.similar mole.ule. such as H2S, H2Se. H2Te.for e.ample.would give.a vaporization te.pe.ature.close.to 80C. This cohe.ion is in fact e.sure. by hydroge. bonds be.we.n wate. mole.ule.. This type.of bonds be.we.n ne.ghboring mole.ule., hydroge. bonds, is quite.ofte. found in che.istry [1] [2]. Any change.in the.state.of aggre.ation of a substance.occurs with the.absorption or re.e.se.of a ce.tain amount of late.t he.t of transformation. Late.t he.t of fusion, vaporization or sublimation is the.ratio of the.e.e.gy supplie. as he.t to the.mass of the.substance.that is me.te., vaporize. or sublimate.. As a re.ult of the.re.e.sibility of the.proce.se., the.fusion he.t is e.ual to the.he.t re.e.se. in the.re.e.se.proce.s: crystallization and solidification he.t. And like.ise.the.he.t of vaporization is e.ual to the.he.t of conde.sation. This e.uality of he.t is ofte. use. to de.e.mine.e.pe.ime.tally e.the. of the.e.quantitie.. The.e.are.two main me.sure.e.t me.hods: 1) Dire.t me.sure.e.t using the.calorime.e., 2) Indire.t me.sure.base. on the.use.of the.VantHoff re.ationship.
