Object oriented database OODB is the third generation of databases. It was a natural result of limitations on relational database and increasing requirements of software, and business needs. This paper presents the method to apply OODB on ISO 9001:2000 System. It focuses in analysis and design phase by using Unified Modeling Language UML, and how can represent this type of database. This paper provides comprehensive information about applying OODB on software.

Nowadays,security plays an important role in Internet of Things(IoT)environment especially in medical services’domains like disease prediction and medical data *** healthcare sector,huge volumes of data are generated on a daily basis,owing to the involvement of advanced health care *** general terms,health care images are highly sensitive to alterations due to which any modifications in its content can result in faulty *** the same time,it is also significant to maintain the delicate contents of health care images during reconstruction ***,an encryption system is required in order to raise the privacy and security of healthcare data by not leaking any sensitive *** current study introduces Improved Multileader Optimization with Shadow Image Encryption for Medical Image Security(IMLOSIE-MIS)technique for IoT *** aim of the proposed IMLOSIE-MIS model is to accomplish security by generating shadows and encrypting them *** do so,the presented IMLOSIE-MIS model initially generates a set of shadows for every input medical ***,shadow image encryption process takes place with the help of Multileader Optimization(MLO)withHomomorphic Encryption(IMLO-HE)technique,where the optimal keys are generated with the help of MLO *** the receiver side,decryption process is initially carried out and shadow image reconstruction process is *** experimentation analysis was carried out on medical images and the results inferred that the proposed IMLOSIE-MIS model is an excellent performer compared to other *** comparison study outcomes demonstrate that IMLOSIE-MIS model is robust and offers high security in IoT-enabled healthcare environment.

Background Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children(MIS-C)is a serious health condition that develops from and is linked to coronavirus disease ***-C is considered a multi-organ dysfunction involving cardiac,renal,respiratory,hematologic,gastrointestinal and neurological symptoms and groups of signs and symptoms such as rash or bilateral non-purulent conjunctivitis,hypotension or shock and acute gastrointestinal problems,which require immediate therapeutic intervention to prevent the aggravation of the patient’s health ***-C is relatively new in the field of evidence-based medicine;however,there are several clinical guidelines for good clinical *** every disorder,the guidelines have different ***,based on the current status of the evidence,recommendations have been combined to form a unified guideline for therapeutic *** This paper compares and evaluates the current MIS-C-specific clinical practice guidelines(namely,American Academy of Pediatrics,American College of Rheumatology,Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital Foundation,Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters,and the Infectious Diseases Society of America).The compiled literature was then assessed by the authors separately,and an algorithm was proposed for each disorder,taking into consideration the various guidelines proposed for the management of the *** The features of MIS-C patients are unified;this is very helpful in managing its symptoms and decreasing mortality *** addition,recommendations for pharmacological treatment for MIS-C symptoms are formulated after cross-comparison across five different *** This study provides a general interpretation of the results in the context of other evidence and implications for future *** proposes a unified guideline based on the current evidence,with the best potential to maintain suitable clinical standards in the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health.

An attacker has several options for breaking through an organization’s information security protections. Human factors are determined to be the source of some of the worst cyber-attacks every day in every business. The human method, often known as “social engineering”, is the hardest to cope with. This paper examines many types of social engineering. The aim of this study was to ascertain the level of awareness of social engineering, provide appropriate solutions to problems to reduce those engineering risks, and avoid obstacles that could prevent increasing awareness of the dangers of social engineering—Shaqra University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). A questionnaire was developed and surveyed 508 employees working at different organizations. The overall Cronbach’s alpha was 0.756, which very good value, the correlation coefficient between each of the items is statistically significant at 0.01 level. The study showed that 63.4% of the surveyed sample had no idea about social engineering. 67.3% of the total samples had no idea about social engineering threats. 42.1% have a weak knowledge of social engineering and only 7.5% of the sample had a good knowledge of social engineering. 64.7% of the male did not know what social engineering is. 68.0% of the administrators did not know what social engineering is. Employees who did not take courses showed statistically significant differences.

Perceived Stress and Coping Styles among the General Population in Saudi Arabia during COVID-19 Pandemic

This article examines the stress levels,coping responses,and influence of adaptive and maladaptive coping styles on stress in Saudi Arabia during the COVID-19 *** online cross-sectional survey was distributed to the attendees of a pandemic-related awareness *** questionnaire assessed demographic and clinical characteristics,coping strategies(the brief COPE inventory),and stress levels(the Perceived Stress Scale).A multivariate linear regression analysis was conducted to assess the predictors of *** highest adaptive and maladaptive coping styles were reported for religion and *** groups were independently more vulnerable to experience stress,including young-and middle-aged adults,females,students,and those with a lowto-middle income,with a personal or familial history of mental conditions,and living with someone with COVID-19 in their close *** levels of stress were also predicted by lower levels of using positive coping styles,particularly positive reframing,planning,and returning to religion,and higher levels of negative coping styles,such as venting,self-blame,and *** psychotherapeutic interventions through the media and digital solutions are warranted to mitigate and manage stress by targeting vulnerable groups,promoting active coping styles,and discouraging negative coping strategies.

The objective of this research paper is to study numerical relationships between a block of a finite group and a defect group of such block. We define a new notion which is called a strongly k(D)- block and give a necessary and sufficient condition of a block with a cyclic defect group to be a k(D) -block in term of its inertial index. We believe that the notion and the results in this work will contribute to the developments of the theory of blocks of finite groups.

Breast cancer(BC)is the most widely recognized cancer in women *** 2018,627,000 women had died of breast cancer(World Health Organization Report 2018).To diagnose BC,the evaluation of tumours is achieved by analysis of histological *** present,the Nottingham Bloom Richardson framework is the least expensive approach used to grade BC *** contemplate three elements,*** count,*** formation,and *** atypia,which is a laborious process that witness’s variations in expert’s ***,some algorithms have been proposed for the detection of mitotic cells,but nuclear atypia in breast cancer histopathology has not received much *** atypia analysis is performed not only to grade BC but also to provide critical information in the discrimination of normal breast,non-invasive breast(usual ductal hyperplasia,atypical ductal hyperplasia)and pre-invasive breast(ductal carcinoma in situ)and invasive breast *** proposed a deep-stacked multi-layer autoencoder ensemble with a softmax layer for the feature extraction and classification *** classification results show the value of the multilayer autoencoder model in the evaluation of nuclear *** proposed method has indicated promising results,making them more fit in breast cancer grading.

Soil salinity is a serious land degradation issue in *** is a major threat to agriculture *** irrigation water is applied to leach down the salts from the root zone of the plants in the form of a Leaching fraction(LF)of irrigation *** the leaching process to be effective,the LF of irriga-tion water needs to be adjusted according to the environmental conditions and soil salinity level in the form of Evapotranspiration(ET)*** relationship between environmental conditions and ET rate is hard to be deﬁned by a linear relationship and data-driven Machine learning(ML)based decisions are required to determine the calibrated Evapotranspiration(ETc)***-assisted ETc is pro-posed to adjust the LF according to the ETc and soil salinity level.A regression model is proposed to determine the ETc rate according to the prevailing tempera-ture,humidity,and sunshine,which would be used to determine the smart LF according to the ETc and soil salinity *** proposed model is trained and tested against the Blaney Criddle method of Reference evapotranspiration(ETo)*** validation of the model from the test dataset reveals the accu-racy of the ML model in terms of Root mean squared errors(RMSE)are 0.41,Mean absolute errors(MAE)are 0.34,and Mean squared errors(MSE)are 0.28 mm *** applications of the proposed solution in a real-time environ-ment show that the LF by the proposed solution is more effective in reducing the soil salinity as compared to the traditional process of leaching.
