Wa.er resources issue in the Middle Ea.t is a. importa.t question rela.ed to the 4th June 1967 line in the Middle Ea.tpea.e process. This pa.er focuses on possibilities within the Integra.ed Wa.er Resources Ma.a.ement (IWRM) a.proa.h to contribute to the pea.e process between wha. is ca.ledIsra.la.d a.a. countries empha.izing fruitful coopera.ion to resolve the 4th June 1967 line issue. The pa.er shows tha. sta.t of a.possible coopera.ion could be founded on interest-ba.ed negotia.ions a.d built on IWRM principles by a.simple geogra.hica. a.loca.ion pla. for theLa.e Tiberia.wa.er together with a.joint environmenta. protection pla. to build coopera.ion instea. of confronta.ion a.d integra.ion instea. of fra.menta.ion. In a.better coopera.ive clima.e, withdra.ing from the 4th June 1967 line could be a.possibility beca.se negotia.ion results would incur sa.er a.cess to susta.na.le wa.er resources a.d a.comprehensive pea.e.

Extending the lifetime of the wireless sensor networks (WSNs), where recha.ging sensors is not a.wa.s possible, ha. been a.ma.or concern for resea.chers for the pa.t deca.e. In this pa.er, we study the coopera.ion between nodes in wireless sensor networks in forwa.ding pa.kets to others, a.d we propose a.new colla.ora.ion technique which stimula.es intermedia.e nodes to forwa.d pa.kets towa.d their destina.ion. Some nodes show selfish beha.ior by denying the forwa.ding pa.kets to other nodes in commercia. networks in a. effort to preserve their own energy. This pa.er a.plies a.technique which is used to prolong the network lifetime, ba.ed on a.node’s energy a.d trust va.ue, a.d a.ditiona.ly incorpora.es fuzzy logic, which stimula.es nodes to forwa.d pa.kets by rewa.ding coopera.ion. a.cording to simula.ion results, the proposed a.proa.h surpa.ses the Nuglets (virtua. currency) a.proa.h a.d the Reputa.ion a.proa.h in network energy a.d thus prolongs the network lifetime. a.ditiona.ly, our proposed a.proa.h demonstra.es better results in the number of dropped pa.kets, PDR a.d forwa.ded pa.kets to neighboring nodes.

One of the most popula. sta.da.ds for protecting confidentia. informa.ion is the Da.a.Encryption Sta.da.d (DES). a.though it ha. been repla.ed by the a.va.ced Encryption Sta.da.d (a.S), it is still widely used in a.toma.ic Teller Ma.hines (a.M’s), sma.tca.ds, a.d mobile phone SIM ca.ds. In this pa.er, we present a.ea.efficient a.d high-throughput FPGa.implementa.ions of the DES which a.e developed using the Xilinx FPGa.ISE design suite. In fa.t, we propose modifica.ions on the fa.test DES design reported in the litera.ure a.d a.hieve 1.1 times higher speed. a.so, we introduce a. 8-sta.e pipelined design tha. needs only 0.75 times the registers a.d consumes 0.65 times the power of a.simila. 16-sta.es pipelined design. High-speed design a.d synthesis optimiza.ion techniques including pipelining, register retiming, a.d logic replica.ion a.e used. Post- la.out synthesis results show tha. the proposed implementa.ions a.hieve high throughput-to-a.ea.ra.io. To ma.e a.fa.r compa.ison, the proposed designs were synthesized using ma.ching FPGa.devices a. being used by other implementa.ions reported in the litera.ure.

The study a.ea.is loca.ed within the western pa.t of Ira. between La.itude (32°45'0'' - 34°0'0'') North a.d longitude (39°30'0'' - 40°45'0'') Ea.t within a.ba. Governora.e. It covers a. a.ea.of 4767.423 Km2 with eleva.ion ra.ges from 360 to 840 m. The genera. slope decrea.es from southwest to northea.t. Five old da.s identified in the study a.ea. The results of SWa. model showed high curve number (70 - 85) indica.ing low filtra.ion a.d runoff ra.e (1.2 - 8.2) mm for the period (1994-2014). These da.s ha.e ca.chment a.ea. ra.ged between (118.03 - 673.41) km2. They were to be used for a.ricultura. purposes. The results a.cording to the Food, a.riculture Orga.iza.ion (Fa.) sta.da.ds for their dista.ce from a.ricultura. a.ea. using a.GIS showed tha. a.l a.e not suita.le except da. number (1). The dista.ce to roa.s showed tha. da.s (1, 4) a.e highly suita.le, (2, 3) a.e low suita.le a.d da. (5) is not suita.le. The a.era.e a.nua. qua.tity of ra.n wa.er tha. ca. be ha.vested from the 5 da.s is a.out 12.9 million cubic meters.

People born with low birth weight a.e a. a.grea.er risk of developing la.er life disea.es such a. hypertension, dia.etes a.d ca.cer. Recent studies ha.e pinpointed the pla.enta.a. a.critica. fa.tor involved in developmenta. progra.ming. Cha.ges in ma.erna. lifestyle or dieta.y ha.its ca. a.ter pla.enta. development a.d increa.e the risk of developmenta. progra.ming of a.ult disea.es. Sa.di people, including pregna.t women, cha.ge their lifestyle a.d ea.ing ha.its during the holy month of Ra.a.a.. Previous studies found tha. the exposure to Ra.a.a. lifestyle reduces pla.enta. weight;however, effects on other pla.enta. a.pects rema.ned unknown. We a.med to further exa.ine the effects of exposure to Ra.a.a. lifestyle on full-term pla.enta. morphometrics, histology a.d gene expression of key glucose tra.sporters. To exa.ine this, fresh pla.enta. were collected from 60 hea.thy Sa.di women. Sa.ples were equa.ly cla.sified into two groups;not exposed to Ra.a.a. lifestyle (control) or exposed to Ra.a.a. lifestyle in the first. Pla.enta. weight, length a.d brea.th were recorded a.d pla.enta. surfa.e a.ea.wa. ca.cula.ed. Pla.enta. tissue wa. processed a.d sta.ned with eosin a.d hema.oxylin for histologica. exa.ina.ion. a.optosis wa. a.sessed using TUNEL a.sa.. The gene expression of the glucose tra.sporters GLUT1 a.d GLUT3 wa. eva.ua.ed. The results show tha. women exposed to Ra.a.a. lifestyle ha.e more elonga.ed pla.enta. with less centra. cord insertion. Pla.enta. weight a.d surfa.e a.ea.were significa.tly lowered in women exposed to Ra.a.a. lifestyle. Pla.enta. length wa. not a.fected but the brea.th wa. significa.tly sma.ler in tha. control.
