Managements of Special Health Care Needs Patients from Dental Assistant Point

The main role of this article is to describe dental assistants and the dental department’s role in the dental delivery system for Special health care needs (SCHN) by creating a structure to educate the dental assisting profession and project factors that have a significant impact on the dental assistant. The dental assisting management of SCHN patient’s profession including dental Assistance general responsibilities, regulation credentialing, and education. The SCHN patient’s management creates a challenge in all area of the dental department. Handling patient with a SCHN is underexplored throughout the dental staff especially when there is not enough theoretical foundation, education and training to deal with this category of patients. SCHN patients are defined as individuals who have abnormal behavioral impairments, mental conditions or/and chronic disease or abnormal laboratory results. Thus, the aim of this article is to guide all dental assistance staff in the best dental management choice for SCHN patients. All health care teams are part of patient care in most medical settings. A work environment supportive ensures positive outcomes for patient care. This article was considered as those categories of patients required more care and special way to deal with, moreover language, age, gender and education level of the patient are also considered significant parries. Not Many studies were found to support the care of SCHN patients in dentistry department. Taking experience from other area help to design a system to handle the SCHN even if it requires hiring a Dentist who is specialized in that filed.

Web usage mining,content mining,and structure mining comprise the web mining ***-Page Recommendation(WPR)development by incor-porating Data Mining Techniques(DMT)did not include end-users with improved performance in the obtainedﬁltering *** cluster user proﬁle-based clustering process is delayed when it has a low precision *** Chain Monte Carlo-Dynamic Clustering(MC2-DC)is based on the User Behavior Proﬁle(UBP)model group’s similar user behavior on a dynamic update of *** Reversible-Jump Concept(RJC)reviews the history with updated UBP and moves to appropriate ***’s Filtering Framework(HFF)is designed toﬁlter user data based on personalised information on automatically updated UBP through the Search Engine(SE).The Hamilton Filtered Regime Switching User Query Probability(HFRSUQP)works forward the updated UBP for easy and accurateﬁltering of users’interests and improves WPR.A Probabilistic User Result Feature Ranking based on gaussian Distribution(PURFR-gD)has been developed to user rank results in a web mining ***-gD decreases the delay time in the end-to-end workﬂow for SE personalization in various meth-ods by using the gaussian Distribution Function(gDF).The theoretical analysis and experiment results of the proposed MC2-DC method automatically increase the updated UBP accuracy by 18.78%.HFRSUQP enabled extensive Maximize Log-Likelihood(ML-L)increases to 15.28%of User Personalized Information Search Retrieval Rate(UPISRT).For feature ranking,the PURFR-gD model deﬁnes higher Classiﬁcation Accuracy(CA)and Precision Ratio(PR)while uti-lising minimum Execution Time(ET).Furthermore,UPISRT's ranking perfor-mance has improved by 20%.

Suppression of inflammatory gene expression in T cells by Porphyromonas gingivalis is mediated by targeting MAPK signaling

There is increasing awareness of the effects of Porphyromonas gingivalis on host immune responses. Degradation of cytokines and chemokines by cysteine proteinases has previously been reported. However, the precise mechanisms by which P. gingivalis is able to alter intracellular signaling, and thus proliferation and inflammation, have not been descri bed. We have previously reported s u ppression of activator protei n-1 （AP-1） and degradation of I L-2 by protei nases from P. gingivalis. In the present study, we have analyzed the effects of P. gingivalis on Jurkat T-cell signal transduction and subsequent IL-2 and CXCL8 expression. We found that CXCL8, but not IL-2, gene expression levels were significantly suppressed by viable P. gingivalis. Analysis of intracellular signaling revealed an inhibitory effect of P. gingivalis on c-Jun and c-Fos, but not NFκB（p50and p65）, NFATor STAT5expression. This inhibitory effect was not due to suppression of mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK）（p38, erkand JNK） gene expression, but was rather due to prevention of protein kinase C （PKC） and p38 phosphorylation, as demonstrated by western blot analysis. Furthermore, SOCS1 and SOCS3 expression levels decreased following treatment of Jurkat T cells with viable P. gingivalis. The results indicate that P. gingivalis is able to suppress inflammatory gene expression by targeting the activity of MAPK pathways in T cells, which was confirmed by using specific inhibitors of NF-κB, PKC, ERK, p38 and JNK.

Variability of Wintertime Surface Air Temperature over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Variability of wintertime surface air temperature (SAT) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) is studied. The study is based on time series over thirty one years in length (1978-2008). For the analysis, we use the coefficient of variability (COV) Mann-Kendal statistical test, running mean and cumulative annual mean (CAM). The coefficient of variability (COV) for wintertime SAT decreases gradually from the north to the south of KSA. The higher values for COV occur in northern and northeastern KSA;there are due to the effect of the traveling Mediterranean depressions and their interaction with the inverted-V shape trough of the Sudan low. The relationship between COV and latitude is highly significant, while with longitude it is not significant. The Mann-Kendal statistical test illustrates that positive trends (warming) in wintertime SAT series occurs over the all stations, and that the trends are significant at middle and southern regions of KSA. Recent warming has only occurred during the last two decades at most stations. While cooling in the wintertime SAT appears for the short period of about 5 years, 1978-1983 and 1988-1992. These trends are consistence with trends in the global mean SAT. The results obtained from CAW lead to the conclusion that the thermic regime is modifying in the KSA. This dramatic enhancement, occurred at the beginning of the year 1993, is reflected in net modification in the SAT time series. The analysis of the SAT also shows a significant warming trend after the year 1997 with a rate of 0.03?C/year.

Efficient PbS quantum dots tandem solar cells through compatible interconnection layer

Lead sulfide quantum dots(PbS QDs) hold unique characteristics, including bandgap tunability, solutionprocessability etc., which make them highly applicable in tandem solar cells(TSCs). In all QD TSCs, its efficiency lags much behind to their single junction counterparts due to the deficient interconnection layer(ICL) and defective subcells. To improve TSCs performance, we developed three kinds of ICL structures based on 1.34 and 0.96 e V PbS QDs subcells. The control, 1,2-ethanedithiol capped PbS QDs(PbS-EDT)/Au/tin dioxide(SnO_(2))/zinc oxide(Zn O), utilized SnO_(2) layer to obtain high surface ***, its energy level mismatch causes incomplete recombination. Bypassing it, the second ICL(PbS-EDT/Au/Zn O) removed SnO_(2) and boosted the power conversion efficiency(PCE) from 5.75% to 8.69%. In the third ICL(PbS-EDT/poly[bis(4-phenyl)(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine](PTAA)/Au/Zn O), a thin layer of PTAA can effectively fill fissures on the surface of PbS-EDT and also protect the front cells from solvent penetration. This TSC obtained a PCE of 9.49% with an open circuit voltage of 0.91 V, a short circuit current density of 15.47 m A/cm~2, and a fill factor of 67.7%. To the best of our knowledge, this was the highest PCE achieved by all PbS QD TSCs reported to date. These TSCs maintained stable performance for a long working time under ambient conditions.

Magnet Attract Shell during Head and Neck Surgery

Objective: New method to use magnet for localization and extraction of shell during head and neck surgery. Method: Series of 3 cases study all are boy’s 17_15_5 years old respectively. All are with penetrating shell injuries to head and neck in Salahaden general Hospital-Tikrit city-Iraq from 25-Oct.-2016 to 30 March 2017. This hospital is a central general governmental hospital that receives referral cases from region distal to the center of Salahaden province at north of Baghdad city (capital of Iraq) and plays a major rule in management of injured patient during war. The cases are selected after explanation of this new method to the patients, it is expected result, risk, possible complication, and unexpected sequelae that may happen after surgery. Prior consent from patients and their families about this sort of surgery has been got. These patients are from families of low socio economic group except the last one he is medium class. All are undergoing surgical management with the aid of magnet. Result: we have 3 cases of shell injuries to head and neck magnet is used successfully for identification of shells and helps in their extraction. Our trial is limited for metallic objects and limited depth. Conclusion: These results suggest that magnet aid removal of shell during head and neck surgery, is less invasive technique, minimal trauma to the surrounding tissues and reducing time of surgery.

Infrared solar cells are more efective than normal bandgap solar cells at reducing the spectral loss in the near-infrared region,thus also at broadening the absorption spectra and improving power conversion *** colloidal quantum dots(QDs)with tunable bandgap are ideal infrared photovoltaic ***,QD solar cell production sufers from small-areabased spin-coating fabrication methods and unstable QD ***,the QD ink stability mechanism was fully investigated according to Lewis acid–base theory and colloid stability *** further studied a mixed solvent system using dimethylformamide and butylamine,compatible with the scalable manufacture of method-blade *** on the ink system,100 cm2 of uniform and dense near-infrared PbS QDs(~0.96 eV)flm was successfully prepared by blade *** average efciencies of above absorber-based devices reached 11.14%under AM1.5g illumination,and the 800 nm-fltered efciency achieved 4.28%.Both were the top values among blade coating method based *** newly developed ink showed excellent stability,and the device performance based on the ink stored for 7 h was similar to that of fresh *** matched solvent system for stable PbS QD ink represents a crucial step toward large area blade coating photoelectric devices.

Psychological Consequences of COVID-19 and Challenges forPost-traumatic Interventions

This article reviewed the psychological consequences of the novel coronavirus disease COVID-19 and the challenges that face post-traumatic *** outbreak of the virus,the daily deaths and quarantine procedures resulted in several mental health problems and the need for psychological interventions was increasingly highlighted in different *** only the patients but those who are in the frontline like physicians and nurses need psychological services as *** infected people suffer from fear of death,similarly the quarantined people are afraid of infection and suffer also from social isolation,loneliness,anger,depression,anxiety and *** most common troubles resulted from the outbreak of COVID-19 are sleep disorders,overprotection measures,feeling helplessness,emotional problems,worry about health,sadness and *** are different challenges of post-traumatic interventions,take for example,shortage of professional psychiatrists and experienced psychologists,lack of training on psychological skills to deal with patients’anxiety,panic,and other emotional problems and unwillingness to be quarantined and lack of cooperation in remedial *** studies should adopt interview and self-reported questionnaire to get a deeper insight into the Psychiatric and Psychological disorders associated with the ***,post-traumatic interventions should focus on improving coping strategies and reducing mental health problems.
