In this study,machine learning representation is introduced to evaluate the flexoelectricity effect in truncated pyramid nanostructure under compression.A Non-Uniform Rational B-spline(NURBS)based IGA formulation is employed to model the *** investigate 2D system with an isotropic linear elastic material under plane strain conditions discretized by 45×30 grid of B-spline *** input parameters are selected to construct a deep neural network(DNN)*** are the Young's modulus,two dielectric permittivity constants,the longitudinal and transversal flexoelectric coefficients and the order of the shape *** outputs of interest are the strain in the stress direction and the electric potential due *** dataset are generated from the forward analysis of the flexoelectric model.80%of the dataset is used for training purpose while the remaining is used for validation by checking the mean squared *** addition to the input and output layers,the developed DNN model is composed of four hidden *** results showed high predictions capabilities of the proposed method with much lower computational time in comparison to the numerical model.

The proposed method is based on replacement of the unknown function by a truncated series of the shifted Legendre polynomial expansion. An approximate formula of the integer derivative is introduced. Special attention is given to study the convergence analysis and derive an upper bound of the error for the presented approximate formula. The introduced method converts the proposed equation by means of collocation points to a system of algebraic equations with shifted Legendre coefficients. Thus, after solving this system of equations, the shifted Legendre coefficients are obtained. This efficient numerical method is used to solve the system of ordinary differential equations which describe the thin film flow and heat transfer with the effects of the thermal radiation, magnetic field, and slip velocity.

This article presents a numerical solution for the flow of a Newtonian fluid over an impermeable stretching sheet embedded in a porous medium with the power law surface velocity and variable thickness in the presence of thermal radiation. The flow is caused by non-linear stretching of a sheet. Thermal conductivity of the fluid is assumed to vary linearly with temperature. The governing partial differential equations （PDEs） are transformed into a system of coupled non-linear ordinary differential equations （ODEs） with appropriate boundary conditions for various physical parameters. The remaining system of ODEs is solved numerically using a differential transformation method （DTm）. The effects of the porous parameter, the wall thickness parameter, the radiation parameter, the thermal conductivity parameter, and the Prandtl number on the flow and temperature profiles are presented. moreover, the local skin-friction and the Nusselt numbers are presented. Comparison of the obtained numerical results is made with previously published results in some special cases, with good agreement. The results obtained in this paper confirm the idea that DTm is a powerful mathematical tool and can be applied to a large class of linear and non-linear problems in different fields of science and engineering.

We present a new reliable analytical study for solving the discontinued problems arising in nanotechnology. Such problems are presented as nonlinear differential-difference equations. The proposed method is based on the Laplace trans- form with the homotopy analysis method （HAm）. This method is a powerful tool for solving a large amount of problems. This technique provides a series of functions which may converge to the exact solution of the problem. A good agreement between the obtained solution and some well-known results is obtained.

The Lie group method is applied to present an analysis of the magneto hydro-dynamics（mHD） steady laminar flow and the heat transfer from a warm laminar liquid flow to a melting moving surface in the presence of thermal *** using the Lie group method,we have presented the transformation groups for the problem apart from the scaling *** application of this method reduces the partial differential equations（PDEs） with their boundary conditions governing the flow and heat transfer to a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations（ODEs） with appropriate boundary *** resulting nonlinear system of ODEs is solved numerically using the implicit finite difference method（FDm）.The local skin-friction coefficients and the local Nusselt numbers for different physical parameters are presented in a table.

In this paper, an efficient numerical method is introduced for solving the fractional (Caputo sense) Fisher equation. We use the spectral collocation method which is based upon Chebyshev approximations. The properties of Chebyshev polynomials of the third kind are used to reduce the proposed problem to a system of ODEs, which is solved by the finite difference method (FDm). Some theorems about the convergence analysis are stated and proved. A numerical simulation is given and the results are compared with the exact solution.

Nowadays,commercial transactions and customer reviews are part of human life and various business *** technologies create a great impact on online user reviews and activities,affecting the business *** reviews and ratings are more helpful to the new customer to purchase the product,but the fake reviews completely affect the *** traditional systems consume maximum time and create complexity while analyzing a large volume of customer ***,in this work optimized recommendation system is developed for analyzing customer reviews with minimum ***,Amazon Product Kaggle dataset information is utilized for investigating the customer *** collected information is analyzed and processed by batch normalized capsule networks(NCN).The network explores the user reviews according to product details,time,price purchasing factors,etc.,ensuring product quality and *** effective recommendation system is developed using a butterfly optimized matrix factorizationfiltering *** the system’s efficiency is evaluated using the Rand Index,Dunn index,accuracy,and error rate.

In this paper, we introduce a numerical treatment using generalized Euler method (GEm) for the non-linear programming problem which is governed by a system of fractional differential equations (FDEs). The appeared fractional derivatives in these equations are in the Caputo sense. We compare our numerical solutions with those numerical solutions using RK4 method. The obtained numerical results of the optimization problem model show the simplicity and the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

A rapid, efficient, and facile synthesis of an assortment of C-2 substituted imidazopyrazines has been achieved by utilizing the palladium catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling of 2-bromo-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyrazine with various boronic acids under microwave irradiation. The utilization of（A-^（ta）phos）_2PdCl_2 as a catalyst in combination with Cs F as base and DmE-H_2O（4：1） as the solvent system at 100℃ procured the diaryls in acceptable to excellent yields. Prominent features of this developed methodology include short reaction times, fewer side products, and exceptional tolerance to a wide variety of functional groups.
