Chalcone analogue as potent anti-malaria. compounds against Plasmodium f.lciparum:Synthesis,biological evaluation,and docking simulation study

To investigate in vitro antimalaria. activity of.chalcone derivative compounds against Plasmodium f.lciparum 3D7 (Pf.D7) strain and in silico antimalaria. *** of.the chalcone derivatives was conducted via Claisen-Schmidt method using NaOH 60% base as catalyst. An in vitro antimalaria. activity assay was carried out according to the Rieckmann method against the chloroquine-sensitive Pf.D7 strain. Molecular docking studies of.the prepared compounds were perf.rmed using Discovery Studio 3.1 (Accelrys, Inc., San Diego, USA) sof.ware to dihydrof.late reductases-thymidylate synthase (Pf.Hf.-TS) protein with Protein Data Bank id of.*** (sensitive-protein) and id: *** (resistance-protein).ResultsThis work has successf.lly synthesized seven chalcone derivatives with a great antimalaria. activity. It has been revealed that allyloxy, hydroxy and alkoxy f.nctional groups could increase the antimalaria. activity of.the chalcone derivatives. The best antimalaria. activity of.the prepared compounds was possessed by 3b with an IC50 value of.0.59 μM and categorized as an excellent antiplasmodial. Molecular docking studies of.3b showed binding interaction with the amino acid residues such as Ala16, Ile164, Phe58, Tyr170 of.the *** protein and also Ala16, Phe58, Ile112, Met55 of.the *** *** in vitro antimalaria. assay of.the prepared chalcone derivative (3a-g) showed an excellent and good antiplasmodial activity against the chloroquine-sensitive Pf.D7 strain. In silico antimalaria. studies revealed that 3a-g made binding interaction with both sensitive-protein (***) and resistance-protein (***), which means that they were both active against chloroquine-sensitive and resistant plasmodium strain.

引入AHP熵值赋权的武装直升机作战效能评估

为解决传统熵值法评价指标赋权时,会出现指标权重过大的问题,引入层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)的赋权方式对熵值法进行改进。对指标差异性系数进行两两对比来求解指标权重,通过实际数据检验,指出传统熵值法的弊端,构造基于信息熵的判断矩阵并求解出指标权重,分别使用传统熵值法和引入AHP的熵值赋权法对武装直升机作战能力的7项指标赋权进行作战效能评估。结果表明:该方法能弥补传统熵值法赋权时单一指标权重可能过大的不足,赋权结果更加合理,武装直升机作战能力随某个指标变化的评估结果也更为准确。
