Mapping global research trends: Nutrition associations with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease - a Scopus bibliometric analysis

BACKGROUND Several bibliometric analyses have been carried out to identify research hotspots and trends in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)***,there are still significant knowledge gaps that must be filled to advance our understanding of and ability to treat *** To evaluate,through bibliometric and visual analysis,the current status of related research,related research frontiers,and the developmental trends in the field of diet and *** We retrieved publications about diet and NAFLD published between 1987 and 2022 from ***,we used VOSviewer 1.6.20 to perform bibliometric analysis and *** We found a total of 1905 studies,including 1637(85.93%)original articles and 195(10.24%)reviews,focused on the examination of NAFLD and its correlation with diet that were published between 1987 and *** the remaining five types of documents,38 were letters,notes,editorials,meeting minutes,or brief surveys,representing 1.99%of the total *** countries with the most publications on this topic were China(n=539;28.29%),followed by the United States(n=379;19.90%),Japan(n=133;6.98%),and South Korea(n=127;6.6%).According to the citation analysis,the retrieved papers were cited an average of 32.3 times and had an h-index of 106,with 61014 total *** two main clusters on the map included those related to:(1)inflammation and oxidative stress;and(2)Dietary interventions for *** This was the first study to use data taken from Scopus to visualize network mapping in a novel bibliometric analysis of studies focused on diet and *** 2017,the two domains that received the most attention were“dietary interventions for NAFL”’and“‘inflammation and oxidative stress implicated in NAFLD and its correlation with diet.”We believe that this study provides important information for academics,dietitians,and doctors,and that additional research on dietary interventions and NAFLD is warranted.

Probabilistic Global Maximum Power Point Tracking Algorithm for Continuously Varying Partial Shading Conditions on Autonomous PV Systems

A photovoltaic (PV) string with multiple modules with bypass diodes frequently deployed on a variety of autonomous PV systems may present multiple power peaks under uneven shading. For optimal solar harvesting, there is a need for a control schema to force the PV string to operate at global maximum power point (GMPP). While a lot of tracking methods have been proposed in the literature, they are usually complex and do not fully take advantage of the available characteristics of the PV array. This work highlights how the voltage at operating point and the forward voltage of the bypass diode are considered to design a global maximum power point tracking (GMPPT) algorithm with a very limited global search phase called Fast GMPPT. This algorithm successfully tracks GMPP between 94% and 98% of the time under a theoretical evaluation. it is then compared against Perturb and Observe, Deterministic Particle Swarm Optimization, and Grey Wolf Optimization under a sequence of irradiance steps as well as a power-over-voltage characteristics profile that mimics the electrical characteristics of a PV string under varying partial shading conditions. Overall, the simulation with the sequence of irradiance steps shows that while Fast GMPPT does not have the best convergence time, it has an excellent convergence rate as well as causes the least amount of power loss during the global search phase. Experimental test under varying partial shading conditions shows that while the GMPPT proposal is simple and lightweight, it is very performant under a wide range of dynamically varying partial shading conditions and boasts the best energy efficiency (94.74%) out of the 4 tested algorithms.

To pursue the ideal of a safe high-tech society in a time when traffic accidents are frequent,the traffic signs detection system has become one of the necessary topics in recent years and in the *** ultimate goal of this research is to identify and classify the types of traffic signs in a panoramic *** accomplish this goal,the paper proposes a new model for traffic sign detection based on the Convolutional Neural Network for com-prehensive traffic sign classification and Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(R-CNN)implementation for identifying and extracting signs in panoramic *** augmentation and normalization of the images are also applied to assist in classifying better even if old traffic signs are degraded,and considerably minimize the rates of discovering the extra *** proposed model is tested on both the testing dataset and the actual images and gets 94.5%of the correct signs recognition rate,the classification rate of those signs discovered was 99.41%and the rate of false signs was only around 0.11.

Environmental pollution has had substantial impacts on human life,and trash is one of the main sources of such pollution in most *** classi-ﬁcation from a collection of trash images can limit the overloading of garbage dis-posal systems and efﬁciently promote recycling activities;thus,development of such a classiﬁcation system is topical and *** paper proposed an effective trash classiﬁcation system that relies on a classiﬁcation module embedded in a hard-ware setup to classify trash in real *** image dataset isﬁrst augmented to enhance the images before classifying them as either inorganic or organic *** deep learning–based ResNet-50 model,an improved version of the ResNet model,is used to classify trash from the dataset of trash *** experimental results,which are tested both on the dataset and in real time,show that ResNet-50 had an average accuracy of 96%,higher than that of related ***,integrating the classiﬁcation module into a Raspberry Pi computer,which con-trolled the trash bin slide so that garbage fell into the appropriate bin for inorganic or organic waste,created a complete trash classiﬁcation *** proves the efﬁciency and high applicability of the proposed system.
