Essential oil from.clove buds Syzygium.arom.ticum.L. m.rr. ＆ Perry （m.rtaceae） was extracted using petroleum.ether in Soxhlet apparatus. The resultant oil contained eugenol （48.92%）, caryophyllene （18.55%）, α-caryophyllene （3.25%）, eugenol acetate （23%）, cis-13-docosenam.de （3.2 1%）, presenting m.re than 96% of the oil. This oil was exam.ned as a fum.gant and repellent agent against adults of the red flour beetle, Tribolium.castaneum. Data showed that various concentrations of the oil have revealed dram.tic repellent activity against the tested insect, where it gave 100% repellency by 1.0, 0.8, and 0.2% clove oil at 4, 8, 10 m.n, respectively. The RTs0 and RT95 were 1.1 and 8.0 m.n at 0.2% and 0.4, 2.6 m.n at 0.8%, respectively. In addition, fum.gation assay has also exhibited strong fum.gant activity toward the adults of T. castaneum. At 100 μL oil/L air, m.rtality was 75, 80 and 100% after 6, 7, and 8 days exposure period with LCs0 and LC95 17 and 70 μL/L air, respectively. The utilization of clove oil for its potential effects against stored product insect is discussed.

The vehicle drive line system.is subjected to torsional vibration from.different sources of the system.such as;engine fluctuating torque, Hook’s joint and the final drive. However, the essential source is the friction torque induced in the friction elem.nts, during their engagem.nt. In the autom.tic transm.ssion system. the planetary gear set includes several friction elem.nts such as;clutch, band brakes, and one way clutch. During the engagem.nt, severe torsional vibration is induced by friction which is noticeable by the passengers in the form.of what so called vehicle shunt. In present paper, a torsional vibration m.del for Drive Line (DL) system.includes three different configurations of autom.tic transm.ssion is constructed. A com.uter program.using m.TLAB subroutines is im.lem.nted to obtain the system.response. Effect of system.param.ters on the dynam.c behavior and stability has been investigated. The system.dam.ing and the trend of the friction coefficient have an essential effect on the dynam.c behavior and stability of the system. The system.response is now predictable with change of the system.param.ters which opens up the opportunity in future to control the vibration level.

Nowadays, m.chine learning is growing fast to be m.re popular in the world, especially in the healthcare field. Heart diseases are one of the m.st fatal diseases, and an early prediction of such disease is a vital task for m.ny m.0}ical professionals to save their patient’s life. The m.in contribution of this research is to provide a com.arative analysis of different m.chine learning m.dels to reach the m.st supporting decision for diagnosing heart disease with better accuracy as com.ared to existing m.dels. Five m.dels nam.ly, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), Logistic Regression (LR), Random.Forest (RF), Support Vector m.chine (SVm., and Extrem. Gradient Boost (XGB), have been introduced for this purpose. Their perform.nce has been tested and com.ared considering different m.trics for precise evaluation. The com.arative study has proven that the XGB is the m.st suitable m.del due to its superior prediction capability to other m.dels with an accuracy of 91.6% and 100% on two different heart ailm.nts datasets, respectively. Both datasets were acquired from.the heart diseases repositories where dataset_1 was taken from.the University of California, Irvine (UCI) and dataset_2 was from.Kaggle.

We present a detailed theoretical study of the behavior of m.no-vacancy and B-doped defects in carbon heterojunction nanodevices. We have introduced a com.lete set of form.tion energy and surface reactivity calculations, considering a range of different diam.ters and chiralities of com.ined carbon nanotubes. We have investigated three distinct com.inations of carbon heterojunctions using density functional theory (DFT) and applying B3LYP/3-21g: arm.hair-arm.hair herteojunctions, zigzag-zigzag heterojunctions, and zigzag-arm.hair heterojunctions. We have shown for first tim. a detailed study of form.tion energy of m.no-vacancy and B-doped defects of carbon heterojunction nanodevices. Our calculations show that the highest surface reactivity is found for the B-doped zigzag-arm.hair heterojunctions and it is easier to rem.ve the carbon atom.from.the network of heterojunction arm.hair-arm.hair CNTs than the heterojunction zigzag-arm.hair and zigzag-zigzag CNTs.

One of the m.st com.on kinds of cancer is breast *** early detection of it m.y help lower its overall rates of *** this paper,we robustly propose a novel approach for detecting and classifying breast cancer regions in therm.l *** proposed approach starts with data preprocessing the input im.ges and segm.nting the significant regions of *** addition,to properly train the m.chine learning m.dels,data augm.ntation is applied to increase the num.er of segm.nted regions using various scaling *** the other hand,to extract the relevant features from.the breast cancer cases,a set of deep neural networks(VGGNet,ResNet-50,AlexNet,and GoogLeNet)are *** resulting set of features is processed using the binary dipper throated algorithm.to select the m.st effective features that can realize high classification *** selected features are used to train a neural network to finally classify the therm.l im.ges of breast *** achieve accurate classification,the param.ters of the em.loyed neural network are optim.zed using the continuous dipper throated optim.zation *** results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in classifying the breast cancer cases when com.ared to other recent approaches in the ***,several experim.nts were conducted to com.are the perform.nce of the proposed approach with the other *** results of these experim.nts em.hasized the superiority of the proposed approach.

Due to the difficulties of brain tum.r segm.ntation, this paper proposes a strategy for extracting brain tum.rs from.three-dim.nsional m.gneticResonance Im.ge (m.I) and Com.uted Tom.graphy (CT) scans utilizing3D U-Net Design and ResNet50, taken after by conventional classificationstrategies. In this inquire, the ResNet50 picked up accuracy with 98.96%, andthe 3D U-Net scored 97.99% am.ng the different m.thods of deep *** is to be m.ntioned that traditional Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)gives 97.90% accuracy on top of the 3D m.I. In expansion, the im.gefusion approach com.ines the m.ltim.dal im.ges and m.kes a fused im.ge toextricate m.re highlights from.the m.0}ical im.ges. Other than that, we haveidentified the loss function by utilizing several dice m.asurem.nts approachand received Dice Result on top of a specific test case. The average m.an scoreof dice coefficient and soft dice loss for three test cases was 0.0980. At thesam. tim., for two test cases, the sensitivity and specification were recordedto be 0.0211 and 0.5867 using patch level predictions. On the other hand,a software integration pipeline was integrated to deploy the concentratedm.del into the webserver for accessing it from.the software system.using theRepresentational state transfer (REST) API. Eventually, the suggested m.delswere validated through the Area Under the Curve–Receiver CharacteristicOperator (AUC–ROC) curve and Confusion m.trix and com.ared with theexisting research articles to understand the underlying problem. ThroughCom.arative Analysis, we have extracted m.aningful insights regarding braintum.ur segm.ntation and figured out potential gaps. Nevertheless, the proposed m.del can be adjustable in daily life and the healthcare dom.in to identify the infected regions and cancer of the brain through various im.gingm.dalities.

Clinical infection with varicella in both its’ form., prim.ry and reactivation, can be associated with a variety of com.lications. Cardiac com.lications, though very rare, have been associated with the prim.ry form.of varicella zoster and as such should be recognized in order to initiate early treatm.nt and prevent m.rbidity and m.rtality. However, cardiac com.lications have not been described in association with the reactivation form.of varicella. We report a case of an adult im.unocom.etent m.le who presented with herpes zoster com.licated by pericarditis with pericardial effusion and a positive varicella zoster virus (VZV) polym.rase chain reaction (PCR) in pericardial fluid.
