Study on Microstructure and Property of H13 Die Steel with Nitrogen

Composition segregation and microstructure nonuniform of H13 steel have been obviously improved though adding nitrogen element. The microstructure and property of H13 steel with nitrogen contents of 0.021% and 0.085% are studied under various quenching and tempering states. Dual quenching that is quenching between 1000-1010 ℃ twice is employed in order to increase the tensile strength and hardness of coupons. The temperature and time are explored for improving the toughness under optimal quenching treatment. For extrusion die steel, the tensile strength can reach a satisfactory level and impact toughness are met the requirements of NADCA at the temperature.

We propose several physical/chemical causes to support:the seismic results which find presence of Bottom Simulating Reflector (BSR)at site 1144 and site 1148 in Dongsha Region,North of South china *** site 1144,according to geothermal gradient, the bottom of stability zone of conduction mode is in agreement with *** site 1148,however,the stability zone of conduction mode is smaller than the natural gas presence zone predicted by the *** propose three causes,that is,mixed convection and conduction thermal flow mode,multiple composition of natural gas and overpressure in deep sediment to explain the BSR presence or gas hydrate ***,our numerical simulation results suggest yet another reason for the presence of BSR at site 1144 and site *** the temperatures in deep sediment calculated from the mixed convection and conduction thermal flow mode are lower than that from the single conduction mode,the bottom of gas hydrate stability zone(GHSZ)is deeper than the bottom of gas hydrate deposition zone(GHDZ)or *** result indicates that occurrence zone of natural is decided by the condition that natural gas concentrate in the zone is greater than its solubility.

＜正＞POU domain genes have been shown to play critical roles in the development of the nervous system. We have obtained a new member of the class ⅢPOU domain genes, qBrn-la, from the cDNA library of embryonic day 5 quail, and made an extensive expression pattern analysis of qBrn-la and qBrn-2 throughout the early embryonic development by in situ hybridization. Further analysis by immunohistochemistry with a specific antibody we prepared showed that the location of qBrn-la protein is consistent with that of the transcripts in the early developing quail. Molecular and quantum mechanical studies on the monomer recognition of a highly-regular β-helical antifreeze protein

The possible interaction models for an antifreeze protein from Tenebrio molitar (TmAFP) have been systematically studied using the methods of molecular mechanics, molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry. It is hoped that these approaches would provide insights into the nature of interaction between protein monomers through sampling a number of interaction possibilities and evaluating their interaction energies between two monomers in the course of recognition. The results derived from the molecular mechanics indicate that monomer? β-sheets would be involved in interaction area and the side chains on two p-faces can match each other at the two-dimensional level. The results from molecular mechanics and ONIOM methods show that the strongest interaction energy could be gained through the formation of H-bonds when the twoβ-sheets are involved in the interaction model. Furthermore, the calculation of DFT and analysis of van der Waals bond charge density confirm further that recognition between the two TCTs mainly depends on inter-molecular hydroxyls. Therefore, our results demonstrate that during the course of interaction the most favorable association of TmAFPs is via their β-sheets.

Due to the inevitable and frequent intercell transfers, ideal cell manufacturing systems can hardly be implemented in large scale manufacturing enterprises of china, which leads to new challenges for production scheduling. The intercell cooperative production mode is presented and its influence to production scheduling is analyzed. The research background, related works, and some future directions with respect to the intercell scheduling are also presented in this paper.

Using quantum chemical descriptors and partial least squares （PLS） regression, a quantitative activity-property relationship （QSAR） model was developed to predict the depuration rate constants （k d ） of tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in the American oyster （Crassostrea virginica）. The cross-validated Q 2 cum and standard deviation （SD） are 0.701 and 0.096 respec- tively, indicating good predictive ability of the optimal model. Since the significant descriptors of E HOMO - E LUMO , E HOMO and Q C - are all able to quantify hydrogen-bonding ability of PCDD/Fs, the depuration of PCDD/Fs chlorinated by 4 to 7 chlorines may be mainly attributed to some biota-water partitioning or biota-biota partitioning processes. While for the model with the physicochemical parameter of log K OW , the low squared correlation coefficient suggests that the mechanism of biota-water prtitioning or biota-biota partitioning is different from the liquid-liquid partitioning. Mechanisms other than lipid solubility might exist in the depuration of tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans in oysters.
