The impact of false information on numerical judgments was examined on young normal subjects by an event-related potential(ERP) *** imitate the judgments in real world,we ensured the subjects acknowledged of the target *** behavioral results found that both uncertain information and false information assimilated the final estimates:higher after higher anchors and lower after lower anchors;and false information caused a weaker anchoring bias than uncertain *** results provided further electro- physiological evidence for the mechanism of *** the early phrase,it was an accessibility-dominated process in which two kinds of anchors elicited an N300 component related to the accessibility of anchors *** knowledge relevant to targets joined the process in the late phrase,which caused a larger amplitude of late positive component(LPC)for implausible lower anchors than that for plausible higher *** analysis showed that medial frontal gyrus,whose activity was suggested to signal the need of adjust- ment,was more reliable to explain the LPC elicited by implausible lower ***,we suggest that accessibility is facilitated when the external anchor is consistent with the world knowledge,and adjustment is initiated when the external anchor is inconsistent.

The visual attention mechanism in the brain was studied among16young subjects through the precue-target visual search paradigm using the event-related potentials(ERPs)technique,with the attentive ranges cued with different scales of chinese *** results showed that the response time was shortened as the cue scale was reduced,while the amplitudes of the P1and N1components of the ERPs *** results not only provided the electrophysiological evidence supporting the spotlight theory,but also indicated that the spotlight effect occurred during the early period of the selected *** kinds of separation in the P2effect were *** separation was between the P1effect and P2effect,which meant that additional computation was needed when the spatial scale of attention was enlarged;the other was between the left and right hemisphere of the P2effect,which indicates that the at-tentive processing of the cue range mainly occurred in the left hemisphere.

To treat tobacco addiction,a tea filter was developed and studied for smoking *** work reports the smoking cessation effect of tea when it was used as a component of cigarette *** one trial it was found that after using the tea filters for 2 months,the volunteer smokers decreased their cigarette consumption by 56.5%,and 31.7% of them stopped *** work identified a new method and material,tea filter and theanine,which inhibit tobacco and nicotine addiction and provide an effective strategy for treating tobacco addiction.

The visual spatial attention mechanism in the brain was studied in 16 young subjects through the visual search paradigm of precue-target by the event-related potential (ERP) technique, with the attentive ranges cued by different scales of chinese character and region cues. The results showed that the response time for chinese character cues was much longer than that for region cues especially for small region cues. With the exterior interferences, the target stimuli recognition under region cues was much quicker than that under chinese character cues. Compared with that under region cues, targets under chinese character cues could lead to increase of the posterior P1, decrease of the N1 and increase of the P2. It should also be noted that the differences between region cues and chinese character cues were affected by the interference types. Under exterior interferences, no significant difference was found between region cues and chinese character cues; however, it was not the case under the interior interferences. Considering the difference between the exterior interferences and the interior interferences, we could conclude that with the increase of difficulty in target recognition there was obvious difference in the consumption of anterior frontal resources by target stimuli under the two kinds of cues.

新近的脑成像研究结果提示:“知道感”(FOK)与“不知道感”(FOnK)可能是由两种不同的认知与脑机制所实现的。尽管这一设想质疑了以往的知道感研究中对此二者不加区分的处理方法,但脑成像研究在本质上是一种相关研究,因而并不能提供因果性的推论。这项行为实验将加工深度对FOK和FOnK的影响分开来加以考察,结果发现:深度加工只能使FOK的预测准确性增加,但却不但不能使FOnK的预测准确性增加,反而会使之降低。上述结果在(1)被试内设计,(2)被试间设计,(3)排除熟悉性所导致的不确定的再认等三种情况下都成立。上述结果为知道感的“双过程假设”提供了来自行为研究的证据。

＜正＞It is known that drug abuse during pregnancy may induce neurobiological changes in offspring,including deficits in learning and memory function and alterations in susceptibility to substance ***, we have reported that embryo day 5-8（E5-8） may be the critical period to impair memory consolidation tested by one-trial passive avoidance learning（PAL） in day-old chicks due to prenatal morphine *** plasticity is one of the important neurophysiological mechanisms underlying learning and *** is considerable evidence to suggest that the intermediate medial mesopallium（IMM）,a region of the avian forebrain,is intimately involved in the imprinting learning and PAL learning processes,which is accompanied with significant synaptic ***,we investigate whether short- and long-term potentiation（LTP） recorded in IMM neurons from chick forebrain slices is affected by early prenatal morphine *** depolarized synapse responses（i.e. EPSPs） evoked by dorsal（D-EPSPs） or ventral（V-EPSPs） focal electrical stimuli at 0.1 Hz were intracellularly recorded in the IMM neurons of 3-4 days old chick brain slices prepared from control group（no treatment）,saline group（treated by intra-allantoic injection of saline in E5-8） and morphine group（treated by intra-allantoic injection of morphine in E5-8）.Paired-pulse stimulation was delivered with an interpulse interval of 50 ms or 100 ms,and paired-pulse depression（PPD） or paired-pulse facilitation（PPF） was evaluated by calculating paired-pulse *** was observed that PPF incidence was lower in IMM neurons from morphine-exposed chicks（V-EPSPs:19.5%;D-EPSPs: 14.6%,n=41） than from control group（V-EPSPs:43.2%;D-EPSPs:34.1%,n=44） and saline group（V-EPSPs: 46.8%;D-EPSPs:46.8%,n=47）（Chi-square test,P＜0.05）.Moreover,homosynatic and heterosynaptic LTP were also estimated with criterion that the amplitude of EPSPs was potentiated to more than 120%of control level,which lasted at least 30 min af

＜正＞Objective Schizophrenia patients always have significant attenuated mismatch negativity（MMN） response,which reveals a deficient cognitive process precision on pre-attentive sensory *** in NMDA receptor system are supposed to mediate the MMN attenuation on schizophrenia ***,there are few studies on MMN response in animal schizophrenia model,especially on awake ***,this study is aimed to explore the proper condition to evoke MMN responses in both awake and anesthetized rats,compare MMN responses under different consciousness states,and estimate whether the NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801 could block the MMN *** Auditory evoked potentials were recorded during odd ball paradigm,in different states（awake,anesthetized）,drugs（saline,low dose MK-801,high dose MK-801） and inter-stimulus intervals（ISI）（1000 ms,2000 ms,3000 ms）.Results（1） MMN response in awake rats presented two negative components which peaked at 50 ms and 120 ms ***,in the anesthetized rats,the MMN response was one positive slow wave happened during 150-350 ms.（2） Compared with the saline injection,both the low-dose and high-dose MK-801 injection could significantly attenuate the MMN responses in the two states.（3） MMN responses had a significantly lager amplitude at the 3000 ms ISI both during the awake and anesthetized states,compared with the 1000 ms and 2000 ms *** MMN response could be estimated in both awake and anesthetized rats. The NMDA receptor antagonist MK-801,which suggested a temporary schizophrenia simulation,could attenuate the MMN response.

对于较小数目的快速准确认知的“感数”现象一直是一个引人兴趣的问题 ,这一感数过程到底本质是什么 ,它与计数过程究竟是同一种加工还是分属两种不同类别 ,对于这个问题多年来一直存在着争论。本实验的目的在于研究感数加工的本质 ,运用ERP手段来探索其与计数的不同机制 ;并且以分心物变量为指标 ,研究在有分心物呈现时 ,感数与计数过程将会有哪些变化以及其潜在的神经机制。对 1 4名正常青年人记录感数与计数加工过程中的事件相关脑电位 (ERP)。刺激图片由位于屏幕中心的靶 (白色矩形 )或者靶 +分心物 (白色圆形 )组成 ,靶的数目分为感数 (1～ 3个靶 )及计数 (4～ 6 ) ;而分心物的数目有三种水平 :零 (无分心物 ) ,与靶的数目相同及两倍于靶的数目。被试计算图片上白色矩形的个数并对所得数目进行奇偶判断 ,最后根据奇偶性用左右手进行按键反应。行为结果表明 ,感数与计数的反应时在靶数目之间有显著性差异 ,靶数目相同时 ,分心物越多 ,则被试所需要的反应时就越长。ERP测量表明P1波幅随着靶数目的增加而增大 ,随着分心物数目的增加而增加 ;N1波潜伏期随着靶数目的增加和分心物数目增加而减小 ,N1波幅随着靶数目和分心物的增加而增加 ;P3波幅随着靶数目的增加而减小 ,在某些记录点具有靶效应和干扰效?
