A novel spectra-edge-matching approach is proposed for the quantitative analysis of the nonlinear fluorescence spectra of the air impurities excited by a femtosecond *** fluorescence spectra are first denoised and compressed,both by wavelet transform,and several peak groups are then picked from each spectrum according to a threshold of intensity and are used to extract the spectral features through principal component *** is indicated that the first two principle components actually cover up to 98% of the total information and are sufficient for the final concentration *** analysis reveals a monotone relationship between the spectra intensity and the concentration of the air impurities,suggesting that the femtosecond laser induced fluorescence spectroscopy along with the proposed spectra analysis method can become a powerful tool for monitoring environmental pollutants.

合适的能量管理策略能够有效提升混合动力汽车续驶里程,通过Matlab/Simulink搭建整车模型,对P2.5构型的双动力源插电式混合动力汽车(PHEV)工况识别的能量管理策略展开研究。选取19个国内外典型循环工况,根据工况特征用层次聚类分析法将其划分为3类,建立支持向量机工况识别模型,采用鲸鱼算法对其进行优化,仿真结果表明,优化后工况识别模型识别准确率可达97.905%,与优化前相比,提高了21.646%。结合在线工况识别模型,通过神经网络学习不同工况类别下动态规划能量管理策略的功率分配结果,将离线学习结果应用于在线控制中,制定基于工况识别的能量管理策略。仿真结果显示,与电量消耗-电量维持(CD-CS)策略相比,基于工况识别的能量管理策略经济性提升了7.62%。

We have investigated the photonic band gap and transmission properties of metallic photonic crystals(PCs)filled with liquid crystal(LC)in the terahertz region by using the finite element method and the finite-dierence time-domain *** calculations on the LC-filled metallic PC and metallic PC waveguide demonstrated that they can realize low-loss broadband terahertz tunable filters,which have a tunable range of about 110 GHz and extinction ratio larger than 35 ***,the 3 dB bandwidths of the filters keep *** designed filters based on the metallic PC can greatly improve the performances in terms of loss,bandwidth and tunable region compared to those based on the LC-filled dielectric PC.

与单一结构相比,有机嵌段异质结构具有特殊的光电性能.然而,有机分子间的相互作用主导了异质结构构建单元的生长顺序,如有机单元A、B会自发形成BAB型结构而不是相反的ABA型结构,不能可控生长.在此,我们提出了次序结晶工程,结合晶种逐步自组装,控制共晶R与共晶N在彼此的两端纵向外延生长,从而精确合成具有可逆嵌段构型的有机嵌段异质结构:RNR和NRN. RNR有机嵌段异质结构,由于其逐渐掺杂的异质结而表现出渐变色的发射和波导特性,而NRN有机嵌段异质结构由于其明显的构筑异质结界限而表现出纯双色发射和波导特性.本工作实现了有机嵌段异质结构中嵌段块的有序可控生长,为未来光子学发展提供了制备合理复杂有机嵌段异质结构的途径.

A series of hydrogenated silicon thin films were prepared by the radio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition method (RF-PECVD) with various si-lane concentrations. The influence of silane concentration on structural and elec-trical characteristics of these films was investigated to study the phase transition region from amorphous to microcrystalline phase. At the same time,optical emis-sion spectra (OES) from the plasma during the deposition process were monitored to get information about the plasma properties,Raman spectra were measured to study the structural characteristics of the deposited films. The combinatorial analysis of OES and Raman spectra results demonstrated that the OES can be used as a fast method to diagnose phase transition from amorphous to microcrystalline silicon. At last the physical mechanism,why both OES and Raman can be used to diagnose the phase transition,was analyzed theoretically.

Bulked-segregant analysis by deep sequencing(BSA-seq) is a widely used method for mapping QTL(quantitative trait loci) due to its simplicity, speed, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency. However, the ability of BSA-seq to detect QTL is often limited by inappropriate experimental designs, as evidenced by numerous practical studies. Most BSA-seq studies have utilized small to medium-sized populations, with F2populations being the most common choice. Nevertheless, theoretical studies have shown that using a large population with an appropriate pool size can significantly enhance the power and resolution of QTL detection in BSA-seq, with F_(3)populations offering notable advantages over F2populations. To provide an experimental demonstration, we tested the power of BSA-seq to identify QTL controlling days from sowing to heading(DTH) in a 7200-plant rice F_(3)population in two environments, with a pool size of approximately 500. Each experiment identified 34 QTL, an order of magnitude greater than reported in most BSA-seq experiments, of which 23 were detected in both experiments, with 17 of these located near41 previously reported QTL and eight cloned genes known to control DTH in rice. These results indicate that QTL mapping by BSA-seq in large F_(3)populations and multi-environment experiments can achieve high power, resolution, and reliability.
