Xiyanping injection,a traditional Chinese medicine injection made of andrographolide sulfonate,consisting of well-defined ingredients with antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic efficacy,has been widely used for treating infectious diseases of respiratory and digestive ***,its wide applications may easily lead to unreasonable clinical *** order to guide the precise clinical application and rational use of Xiyanping injection,experts in related fields conducted systematically literature review,evaluated and deliberated the application of Xiyanping injection in treating acute infectious diseases using evidence-based medicine method,and jointly drafted the consensus to summarize types of acute infectious diseases in children and adults that can be treated with Xiyanping injection,and recommend the intervention time,usage and dosage,course of treatment and combined medication of the ***,the consensus elucidates the safety,precautions and contraindications of the injection,so as to provide guidance for clinical use.

*** Sudden cardiac death(SCD)refers to sudden death due to a variety of cardiac *** is manifested as a sudden loss of consciousness,cardiac arrest,and respiratory arrest and generally shows early symptoms that are atypical and not easily detected[1].According to a recent study,nearly 544?000 patients suffer from SCD every year in China[2].Rescue of SCD patients in the shortest time is important as the survival rate will decrease by 7%-10%if the rescue is delayed for one minute[3].However,SCD mostly occurs in public places outside the hospital,including public sports places,transportation hubs(such as airports,railway stations,and subway stations),shopping centers,factories,and so ***,out-of-hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)is a huge threat to people's lives."Chain of survival"proposed by the American Heart Association in 2015 emphasized the importance of early call for help,rapid implementation of high-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR),and immediate use of an automated external defibrillator(AED)in improving the survival rate of OHCA *** have shown that conducting CPR within 1 min and AEDs defibrillation within 3 to 5 min can achieve a 50%to 70%survival rate for cardiac arrest patients[4].Therefore,early defibrillation of OHCA patients will markedly increase the survival rate.

创伤是全世界的重大公共卫生问题,是45岁以下人群第1位的死亡原因,也是我国城乡居民的五大死因之一。创伤救治体系的建设是提高患者生存率的关键,完善的创伤救治体系能够确保患者迅速得到专业医疗救助,创伤中心的建设能够改善创伤救治效果。目前,我国不同地区的创伤救治质量大不相同,对创伤救治的医疗过程采用全面质量管理和对创伤的现场救援、院前急救和院内治疗进行标准化控制,是提高创伤救治能力水平和创伤患者生存率的重要措施。医疗质量控制指标作为医疗全面质量管理的关键因素,其可以引领创伤中心发展的方向。为进一步加强创伤救治的医疗质量管理,规范临床诊疗行为,促进医疗服务的标准化、同质化,国家创伤医学中心医疗质量控制专业委员会结合国内创伤救治现状,对国家卫生健康委员会2018年发布的《关于进一步提升创伤救治能力的通知》中创伤中心医疗质量的16项控制指标进行了细化和更新,制定了新版19项质量控制指标,包含名称、定义、计算方式、意义、质量控制对象等,供各级创伤中心在医疗质量管理工作中使用,为创伤中心的质量控制工作提供可循路径。实施这些质量控制指标能够引导医疗机构对创伤救治的各个环节进行严格监控和评估,并及时解决存在的问题;同时,这些指标可以提升机构内部协作效率,加强相关科室之间的沟通和协作,从而提高创伤救治的效率与水平。

＜正＞Regeneration of damaged brain tissue with neural stem cells（NSCs） is a promising strategy for reversing neurological *** nanoparticles have been used to label and track stem cells in animal experiments. Here,we report the feasibility of labeling human NSCs with Superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles（SPIOs） and tracking them with magnetic resonance imaging（MRI）.We isolated and cultured NSCs from exposed brain tissue of patients with open brain *** an emergency operation,exposed neural tissue from his brain was collected and cultured in a medium previously shown to select neural stem *** day before implantation,we incubated the cells with Feridex IV（a SPIO contrast agent approved by the US FDA5） and lipofection reagent in medium for 60 min to allow the Feridex IV to infuse into the NSCs and thereby label *** were then autologously implanted stereotactically around the region of brain *** was obtained by gradient reflection echo with TR/TE 200 ms/20 ms and 20°flip-angle with an MR imager（Signa3.0T-GE） at 24 hours and every 7 days following transplantation for ten *** observed a susceptibility change with powerful signal damping on T2-weighted *** pronounced hypointense signals were found in the injection sites before *** injection sites were visible as circular dark tissue areas on the first day after *** hypointense signal at each injection point faded *** week after implantation,the change in signal was consistent with the cells accumulating and proliferating around the *** signal around the periphery of the lesion intensified during the second and third weeks,suggesting that the NSCs migrated from the primary sites of injection and to the border zone of the damaged *** did not observe hypointensive signal after seven weeks,which we attribute to a dilution of signal by cell *** explore the possibility that magnetic signal was generated

Evaluation of differences in injury patterns according to seat position in trauma victims survived traffic accidents

Purpose： Investigation of injury patterns epidemiology among car occupants may help to develop different therapeutic approach according to the seat position. The aim of the study was to evaluate and compare differences in the incidence of serious injuries, between occupants in different locations in private cars. Methods： A retrospective study including trauma patients who were involved in motor vehicle accidents and admitted alive to 20 hospitals （6 level I trauma centers and 14 level II trauma centers）. We examined the incidence of injures with abbreviated injury score 3 and more, and compared their occurrence be- tween seat locations. Results： The study included 28,653 trauma patients, drivers account for 60.8% （17,417）. Front passenger mortality was 0.47% higher than in drivers. Rear seat passengers were at greater risk （10.26%） for trau- matic brain injuries than front seat passengers （7.48%） and drivers （7.01%）. Drivers are less likely to suffer from serious abdominal injuries （3.84%） compared to the passengers （front passengers - 5.91%, rear passengers - 5.46%）. Conclusion： Out of victims who arrived alive to the hospital, highest mortality was found in front seat passengers. The rate of serious chest injuries was higher as well. Rear seat passengers are at greater risk for serious traumatic brain injuries. All passengers have a greater incidence of abdominal injuries. These findings need to be addressed in order to develop ＂customized＂ therapeutic policy in trauma victims.

Purpose: Pelvic fracture evaluation with abdominopelvic computed tomography (CT) and formal CT cystography for rule out of urine bladder injury have been commonly employed in pediatric trauma patients. The additional delayed imaging required to obtain optimal CT cystography is, however, associated with increased doses of ionizing radiation to pelvic organs and represent a significant risk in the pediatric population for future carcinogenic risk. We hypothesized that avoidance of routine CT cystography among pediatric pelvic fracture victims would not result in an appreciable rate of missed bladder injuries and would aid in mitigating the radiation exposure risk associated with these additional ***: A retrospective cohort study involving blunt trauma pelvic fractures among pediatric trauma patients (agetrauma Registry. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS statistical software version 9.4 via the tests of Chisquare test and two-sided Fisher’s exact test. Ap value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically ***: A total of 1072 children were identified from the registry for inclusion. Mean age of patients was 7.7 years (range 0-14) and 713 (66.5%) were male. Overall mortality in this population was 4.1% (44/1072). Only 2.1% (23) of pediatric patients with pelvic fractures had bladder injury identified, with just 9 children having intraperitoneal bladder rupture (0.8% of all the patients).Conclusion: The vast majority of blunt pediatric trauma victims with pelvic fractures do not have urine bladder injuries. Based on our study results we do not recommend the routine utilization of CT cystography in this unique population.

目的:了解空军飞行学员的口腔健康状况,为有针对性开展军人口腔疾病医疗保健和卫生宣教提供依据。方法:参照WHO《口腔健康调查基本方法》(4版)和第三次全军口腔健康调查方案,采用分层、整群抽样方法对空军某院校1 150名飞行学员的龋病、牙周病、口腔溃疡、口腔副功能活动及颞下颌关节紊乱病(TMD)等情况进行调查,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:空军飞行学员的患龋率41.18%,龋均0.91;牙周病患病率51.58%;1年内口腔溃疡患病率18.73%;有口腔副功能活动者20.54%,TMD患病率23.89%;口腔疾病患病率大二年级最高,大三年级最低。结论:空军飞行学员口腔健康状况不容乐观,且不同年级的口腔健康状况不尽相同,应采取适合不同军人类型特点的保健防治措施。
