It is challenging for precise governing of electronic configuration of the individually-atomic catalysts toward optimal electrocatalysis,as d-band configuration of a metal center determines the adsorption behavior of reactive species to the center in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).The addition of Cu atom modifies the d-band center position of Fe central atom,thus strengthening the d-π*orbital ***,FeCu-NC catalyst in the nitrogen-doped carbon(NC)support containing individual dual-metal CuN4/FeN4 sites was prepared by the surface confinement strategy of zeolitic imidazolate framework(ZIF),treated as a model *** and theoretically co-verified dual-metal CuN4/FeN4 sites highly dispersed in the NC support,enable transferring more electrons from FeN4 sites to*OH intermediates,thereby accelerating the desorption process of*OH *** to those commercial Pt/C,Our FeCu-NC catalyst exhibited extraordinary ORR activity(with a E1/2 as high as 0.87 V)and cycling stability in 0.1 M KOH electrolyte,and thereof demonstrated excellent discharge performance in zinc-air *** construction of dual-atom catalysts(DACs)provides a strategy for atom-by-atom designing high-efficiency catalysts via orbital regulation.

To further enhance the property of piezoelectric materials is of great significance to improve the overall performance of electro-mechanical *** in this work,we propose a thermal annealing and high temperature poling approach to achieve significantly enhanced piezoelectricity in Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)single bondPb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)single bondPbTiO_(3)(PIN-PMN-PT)crystals with a morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)*** main idea of our approach is to realize a more sufficiently polarized crystal via active manipulation of defects and orientation of defect *** of defect dipoles by the high temperature poling is proved by the piezo-response force ***,a d_(33)of 3300 pC/N and a SE of 0.25%are obtained,nearly 60%higher than that of conventionally poled ***,such a boosting of piezoelectric property is obtained under a maintained Curie *** research not only reveals the active control of defect dipole via modified poling method in the PIN-PMN-PT crystal,but also provides a feasible strategy to further improve the property of piezoelectric materials.

氮是植物生长所需的三大主要营养元素之一,而硝态氮和铵态氮是植物吸收的2种主要氮素形态。硝态氮与铵态氮在植物生长过程中发挥着不同的作用。植物主要通过根系吸收硝态氮来满足生长过程中氮的需求,并转化为氨基酸、蛋白质等生物活性物质的合成原料,同时硝态氮参与叶绿素的合成,促进光合作用的进行;铵态氮也可被植物根系吸收,并用于植物体内蛋白质和氨基酸的合成,而且铵态氮的吸收速度较快,能够满足植物对氮素的迅速需求。由于植物生长特性不同,植物对硝态氮和铵态氮的利用效率有所差异。植物的基因型和环境因素都会影响其对不同氮素形态的利用能力,形成一些植物对硝态氮偏爱,而另一些植物则对铵态氮更为偏爱。本文从土壤氮素形态与转化影响因子、植物对氮素吸收机制以及高效氮素循环转化展望3个层面综述相关的研究进展,为作物生产中氮肥调控、土壤生态修复等科学研究提供技术理论参考依据。

Effectiveness of colorectal cancer screening integrating non-genetic and genetic risk: a prospective study based on UK Biobank data

Objective: Few studies have evaluated the benefits of colorectal cancer(CRC) screening integrating both non-genetic and genetic risk factors. Here, we aimed to integrate an existing non-genetic risk model(QCancer-10) and a 139-variant polygenic risk score to evaluate the effectiveness of screening on CRC incidence and ***: We applied the integrated model to calculate 10-year CRC risk for 430,908 participants in the UK Biobank, and divided the participants into low-, intermediate-, and high-risk groups. We calculated the screening-associated hazard ratios(HRs) and absolute risk reductions(ARRs) for CRC incidence and mortality according to risk ***: During a median follow-up of 11.03 years and 12.60 years, we observed 5,158 CRC cases and 1,487 CRC deaths, respectively. CRC incidence and mortality were significantly lower among screened than non-screened participants in both the intermediateand high-risk groups [incidence: HR: 0.87, 95% confidence interval(CI): 0.81±0.94; 0.81, 0.73±0.90; mortality: 0.75, 0.64±0.87; 0.70, 0.58±0.85], which composed approximately 60% of the study population. The ARRs(95% CI) were 0.17(0.11±0.24) and 0.43(0.24±0.61), respectively, for CRC incidence, and 0.08(0.05±0.11) and 0.24(0.15±0.33), respectively, for mortality. Screening did not significantly reduce the relative or absolute risk of CRC incidence and mortality in the low-risk group. Further analysis revealed that screening was most effective for men and individuals with distal CRC among the intermediate to high-risk ***: After integrating both genetic and non-genetic factors, our findings provided priority evidence of risk-stratified CRC screening and valuable insights for the rational allocation of health resources.

Controlling the atomic arrangement of elemental atoms in intermetallic catalysts to govern their surface and subsurface properties is a crucial but challenging endeavor in electrocatalytic *** hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),adjusting the d-band center of the conventional noble-metallic Pt by introducing Fe enables the optimization of catalytic ***,a notable gap exists in research on the effective transition from disordered Fe/Pt alloys to highly ordered intermetallic compounds(IMCs)such as FePt_(3)in the alkaline HER,hampering their broader *** this study,a series of catalysts FePt_(3-x)H(x=5,6,7,8 and 9)supported on carbon nanotubes(CNTs)were synthesized via a simple impregnation method,along with a range of heat treatment processes,including annealing in a reductive atmosphere,to regulate the order degree of the arrangement of Fe/Pt atoms within the FePt_(3)*** using advanced microscopy and spectroscopy techniques,we systematically explored the impact of the order degree of FePt_(3)in the *** as-prepared FePt_(3)-8H exhibited notable HER catalytic activity with low overpotentials(η=37 mV in 1.0 mol L^(-1)KOH)at j=10 mA cm^(-2).The surface of the L1_(2)FePt_(3)-8H catalyst was demonstrated to be *** Pt on the surface was not easily oxidized due to the unique Fe/Pt coordination,resulting in significant enhancement of HER performance.

The poor stability of non-noble metal catalysts in oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is a main bottleneck that limits their big-scale application in metal-air batteries. Herein, we construct a chainmail catalyst(Co-NC-AD) with outstanding stability, via the competitive complexation and post absorption strategy,consisting of highly graphitic layers wrapped uniform-size Co nanoparticles(Co-NPs). Experiments combined with density functional theory(DFT) calculations jointly confirmed that the electron transfer occurred from the inner Co-NPs to the external graphitic layers. It facilitated the adsorption process of oxygen molecules and the hybridization of the O-2 p and C-1 p orbitals, which accelerated the ORR reaction kinetics. Consequently, our prepared Co-NC-AD shows excellent ORR activity, offered with a more positive initial potential(E_(onset)= 0.95 V) and half-wave potential(E_(1/2)= 0.86 V). The remarkable stability and resistance of methanol poisoning are merited from the protection effect of stable graphitic layers. In addition, the high electrochemical performance of Co-NC-AD-based zinc-air battery demonstrates their potential for practical applications. Therefore, our work provides new ideas for the design of nanoconfined catalysts with high stability and activity.

目的比较连续埋线法与切开法重睑成形术对先天性单侧单睑的矫正效果。方法回顾性分析自2016年10月至2022年10月,中国医学科学院北京协和医院整形美容外科收治的24例先天性单侧单睑患者,11例采用连续埋线法重睑成形术矫正(连续埋线组),13例采用切开法重睑成形术矫正(切开组)。术前评估患者上睑特点,术后随访记录手术并发症情况,并调查患者满意度。结果24例患者中,21例(连续埋线组10例,切开组11例)获随访3~60个月,平均9.6个月。两组均无并发症发生。问卷调查结果显示:连续埋线组患者自觉水肿消退时间为2~6 d,平均4 d,均无眼周淤青情况,无瘢痕形成;主观体验良好,术后恢复较快;非常满意9例(90%),满意1例(10%)。切开组患者自觉水肿、淤青7~60 d消退,平均20 d;主观体验较好,但普遍反映恢复期较长,重睑形态欠自然,存在线状瘢痕;非常满意7例(64%),满意3例(27%),感觉一般1例(9%)。结论在先天性单侧单睑的矫正中,连续埋线法重睑成形术尤其适用于无明显皮肤松弛、上睑臃肿,无需去皮、去脂的患者,具有简便、安全、创伤较小、恢复较快,皮肤切口无瘢痕等优势,美学效果较好;对于上睑皮肤有较明显松弛、软组织臃肿,需同时矫正内眦赘皮等情况,切开法重睑成形术更为适用。
