Objective To review the development of patient-reported outcome measurement(PROM)for patients with psoriasis in China,and to analyze the main results and methodology.Methods The systematic review method of COSMIN(consensus-based standards for the selection of health measurement instruments)was adopted,and the domestic and foreign databases were searched to find the patient-reported outcome scales based on Chinese psoriasis patients.Then,the included studies were evaluated by using COSMIN risk of bias checklist.Results and Conclusion A total of 3 studies were included,involving 3 scales.We found that the quality evaluation of the development process of the 3 scales was not high,and there were large methodological loopholes in the whole cycle of scale development and verification.The included studies have many problems such as low extrapolation,poor quality,and lack of validation,which can provide more insights for the quality control requirements of the whole cycle of scale development in the future.

Since the construction of the Three Gorges Dam, the Poyang Lake hydrological characteristics obviously changed. During the impoundment period of the Three Gorges Reservoir, the hydrodynamic factors of Poyang Lake varied. Water level dropped, the velocity decreased and water exchange time lengthened, which changed the release of phosphorous from sediments. In order to investigate how the hydrodynamic factors influence the release of phosphorous from sediments, we used a two-way annular flume device to simulate the release characteristics of phosphorous from sediments under variable water levels and velocities. We found that both water level rising and velocity increasing could enhance the distur- bance intensity to sediments, which caused the increase of suspended solids （SS） concentration, total phosphorus （TP） concentration in the overlying water, and the ability that phosphorus released to overlying water from sediments enhanced as well： when overlying water velocity maintained 0.3 m/s, SS concentration increased to 4035.85 mg/L at the water level 25 cm which was about 25 times compared to the minimum value and TP concentration in the overlying water also reached the maximum value at the water level 25 cm which was 1.2 times that of the value at 10 cm; when water level maintained 15 cm, SS concentration increased to 4363.35 mg/L at the velocity of 0.5 m/s which was about 28 times compared to the value of 0 m/s, and TP concentration in the overlying water increased from 0.11 mg/L to 0.44 mg/L. When the water level maintained 15 cm, the phosphorous release rate reached the maximum value of 4,86 mg/（md） at 0.4 m/s. The concentration of total dissolved phosphorous （TDP） and soluble reactive phosphate （SRP） both in overlying water and sediment-water interface were negatively correlated with pH. Using the parabolic equation, the optimum water level at a velocity of 0.3 m/s was calculated to be 0.57 cm, and the optimum velocity at water level of 15 cm was found to be 0.2 m/s.

The objective of this study was to investigate the concentration and spatial distribu- tion patterns of 9 potentially toxic heavy metal elements （As, Cd, Co, Cr, Pb, Cu, Z.n, Mn, and Ni） in road dust in the Bayan Obo Mining Region in Inner Mongolia, China. Contamination levels were evaluated using the geoaccumulation index and the enrichment factor. Human health risks for each heavy metal element were assessed using a human exposure model. Results showed that the dust contained significantly elevated heavy metal elements concen- trations compared with the background soil. The spatial distribution pattern of all tested met- als except for As coincided with the locations of industrial areas while the spatial distribution of As was associated with domestic sources. The contamination evaluation indicated that Cd, Pb, and Mn in road dust mainly originated from anthropogenic sources with a rating of ＂heav- ily polluted＂ to ＂extremely polluted,＂ whereas the remaining metals originated from both natural and anthropogenic sources with a level of ＂moderately polluted＂. The non-cancer health risk assessment showed that ingestion was the primary exposure route for all metals in the road dust and that Mn, Cr, Pb, and As were the main contributors to non-cancer risks in both children and adults. Higher HI values were calculated for children （H1=1.89）, indicating that children will likely experience higher health risks compared with adults （H1=0.23）. The cancer risk assessment showed that Cr was the main contributor, with cancer risks which were 2-3 orders of magnitude higher than those for other metals. Taken in concert, the non-cancer risks posed by all studied heavy metal elements and the cancer risks posed by As Co, Cr, Cd, and Ni to both children and adults in Bayan Obo Mining Region fell within the acceptable range.

With the development of data age,data quality has become one of the problems that people pay much attention to.As a field of data mining,outlier detection is related to the quality of data.The isolated forest algorithm is one of the more prominent numerical data outlier detection algorithms in recent years.In the process of constructing the isolation tree by the isolated forest algorithm,as the isolation tree is continuously generated,the difference of isolation trees will gradually decrease or even no difference,which will result in the waste of memory and reduced efficiency of outlier detection.And in the constructed isolation trees,some isolation trees cannot detect outlier.In this paper,an improved iForest-based method GA-iForest is proposed.This method optimizes the isolated forest by selecting some better isolation trees according to the detection accuracy and the difference of isolation trees,thereby reducing some duplicate,similar and poor detection isolation trees and improving the accuracy and stability of outlier detection.In the experiment,Ubuntu system and Spark platform are used to build the experiment environment.The outlier datasets provided by ODDS are used as test.According to indicators such as the accuracy,recall rate,ROC curves,AUC and execution time,the performance of the proposed method is evaluated.Experimental results show that the proposed method can not only improve the accuracy and stability of outlier detection,but also reduce the number of isolation trees by 20%-40%compared with the original iForest method.

In aquaculture,co-culturing rice with fish may mitigate greenhouse-gas emissions.In this study,co-culture of four rice cultivars in a laboratory-scale rice–fish system reduced CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions relative to fish monoculture.Differences in CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions among rice cultivars primarily stem from the differential effects of rice plants on plant-mediated CH_(4)transport,CH_(4)oxidation and nitrogen absorption.

Background: Circ RNA is a type of RNA with a covalently closed configuration, which play important role in the development and progression of malignancies. This study aimed to evaluate the prognosis and clinicopathological significance of upregulated circ RNAs in pancreatic cancer.Methods: literature retrieval was conducted on PubMed, Embase, CNKI. The included studies were observational studies on the relationship between circRNA expression and prognosis in patients with pancreatic cancer. Pooled hazard ratios（HRs） with 95% confidence intervals（CIs） were calculated to assess the association between circRNA expression, and overall survival（OS） and clinical parameters.Meta-analysis of total HR was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results: A total of 15 eligible observational studies（979 cases of pancreatic cancer） were included.Meta-analysis for overall survival shows that the combined HR value is 1.91, 95%CI is 1.65-2.20, and the p-value is p＜0.00001. That the high expression of circRNA in pancreatic cancer is significantly associated with a poor prognosis of pancreaticcancer. Meta-analysis for clinicopathological parameters shows tumor differentiate（1.74, 95%CI 1.20-2.54）, TNM stage（2.22, 95%CI 1.51-3.25）, lymph node metastasis（2.42, 95%CI 1.60-3.65）, distant metastasis（2.11, 95%CI 1.61-2.76） indicate unfavorable clinical features.Conclusion: Upregulated circRNA expression is associated with poor prognosis in patients with pancreatic cancer, circRNA might be a useful prognostic biomarker in pancreatic cancer.

Optimizing high-coordination shell of Co-based single-atom catalysts for efficient ORR and zinc-air batteries

Human umbilical cord blood（CB） provides an excellent alternative source of hematopoietic stem cells for the treatment of malignant and nonmalignant hematologic diseases.However,due to the limited cell dose in CB graft,it is associated with delayed engraftment,and profound delays in immune reconstitution resulting in high rates of infectious complications.To increase the HSCs/PCs cell numbers,a variety of ex vivo expansion techniques have been developed.Recent studies of HSCs/PCs have also revealed several intrinsic and extrinsic factors that control the molecular signals fundamental to self-renewal and differentiation of human HSCs.The cytokine-activated Janus kinase（JAK）/signal transducer and activator of transcription（STAT） pathway plays an important role in the control of HSC proliferation.Discovering small molecules to activate the JAK/STAT pathway will greatly facilitate the development of new approach to expand human cord blood hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.In this study,to screen a natural products-based library,we first established a cell-based screening assay using human UT7/TPO、Hek293 cells and umbilical cord blood-derived CD34+HSCs/PCs cells.the motif specifically recognized activation of JAK/STAT pathway.We have established a small-molecule compound library which has ability to expansion efficiently expand HSCs/HPCs in ex vivo with STAT5 upstream signal receptors（TPOR）,STAT5 active compound,and STAT5 downstream targeted gene enhancer compound.Among 1,500 natural product compounds screened,seven compounds were identified as activators of the JAK/STAT pathway.Among them a novel small-molecule c-MPL agonist INM-01 expanded human CD34CD38cord blood cells in serum-free media with fibronectin and growth factors.We also tested and analyzed a novel small-molecule compound T66,which activated the JAK/STAT pathway-mediated induction of HSC for>10 folds expand in ex vivo.In addition,combined treat of T66 and the small molecule H32 screened from Carthamus tinctorius L was significantly better than treat

Atom-level modulation of the coordination environment for single-atom catalysts(SACs) is considered as an effective strategy for elevating the catalytic performance. For the MNxsite, breaking the symmetrical geometry and charge distribution by introducing relatively weak electronegative atoms into the first/second shell is an efficient way, but it remains challenging for elucidating the underlying mechanism of interaction. Herein, a practical strategy was reported to rationally design single cobalt atoms coordinated with both phosphorus and nitrogen atoms in a hierarchically porous carbon derived from metal-organic frameworks. X-ray absorption spectrum reveals that atomically dispersed Co sites are coordinated with four N atoms in the first shell and varying numbers of P atoms in the second shell(denoted as Co-N/P-C).The prepared catalyst exhibits excellent oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) activity as well as zinc-air battery performance. The introduction of P atoms in the Co-SACs weakens the interaction between Co and N,significantly promoting the adsorption process of *OOH, resulting in the acceleration of reaction kinetics and reduction of thermodynamic barrier, responsible for the increased intrinsic activity. Our discovery provides insights into an ultimate design of single-atom catalysts with adjustable electrocatalytic activities for efficient electrochemical energy conversion.
