Purpose:The genetic differences between human papilloma virus(HPV)–positive and –negative head and neck squamous cell carcinomas(HNScc) remain largely *** identify differential biology and novel therapeutic targets for both entities,we determined mutations and copy-number aberrations in a large cohort of locoregionally advanced *** Design:We performed massively parallel sequencing of 617 cancer-associated genes in 120 matched tumor/normal samples(42.5% HPV-positive).Mutations and copy-number aberrations were determined and results validated with a secondary ***:The overall mutational burden in HPV-negative and HPV-positive HNScc was similar with an average of 15.2 versus14.4 somatic exonic mutations in the targeted cancer-associated ***-negative tumors showed a mutational spectrum concordant with published lung squamous cell carcinoma analyses with enrichment for mutations in TP53,cDKN2 A,MLL2,cUL3,NSD1,PIK3 cA,and NOTcH ***-positive tumors showed unique mutations in DDX3 X,FGFR2/3 and aberrations in PIK3 cA,KRAS,MLL2/3,and NOTcH1 were enriched in HPVpositive *** targetable genomic alterations were identified in FGFR1,DDR2,EGFR,FGFR2/3,EPHA2,and PIK3 ***,ccND1,and FGFR1 amplifications occurred in HPV-negative tumors,whereas 17.6% of HPV-positive tumors harbored mutations in fibroblast growth factor receptor genes(FGFR2/3),including six recurrent FGFR3 S249 c ***-positive tumors showed a 5.8% incidence of KRAS mutations,and DNArepair gene aberrations,including 7.8% BRcA1/2 mutations,were ***:The mutational makeup of HPV-positive and HPV-negative HNScc differs significantly,including targetable *** harbors multiple therapeutically important genetic aberrations,including frequent aberrations in the FGFR and PI3K pathway genes.

This paper is the second in a series focused on providing a stable platform for the taxonomy of phytopathogenic *** focuses on 25 phytopathogenic genera:Alternaria,Bipolaris,Boeremia,Botryosphaeria,calonectria,coniella,corticiaceae,curvularia,Elsinoe,Entyloma,Erythricium,Fomitiporia,Fulviformes,Laetisaria,Limonomyces,Neofabraea,Neofusicoccum,Phaeoacremonium,Phellinotus,Phyllosticta,Plenodomus,Pseudopyricularia,Tilletia,Venturia and Waitea,using recent molecular data,up to date names and the latest taxonomic *** each genus a taxonomic background,diversity aspects,species identification and classification based on molecular phylogeny and recommended genetic markers are *** this study,varieties of the genus Boeremia have been elevated to species ***,Bipolaris,curvularia,Neofusicoccum and Phyllosticta that were included in the One Stop Shop 1 paper are provided with updated entries,as many new species have been introduced to these genera.

目的比较不同纤维桩在使用两种黏结系统时根管各部剪切黏结强度。方法24颗新鲜完整离体上中切牙于唇侧釉牙骨质界冠方2mm处截冠。根备后分组修复:碳纤维桩+全酸蚀系统组,碳纤维桩+自黏结系统组,石英纤维桩+全酸蚀系统组,石英纤维桩+自黏结系统组。包埋后置MTSSynergie综合测试仪上对不同根管段行剪切黏结实验,记录数值并行裂区方差分析。结果剪切黏结强度(MPa)依次为:11.14±1.26、5.04±0.94、11.82±1.16、6.72±1.02。石英纤维桩剪切黏结强度优于碳纤维桩,全酸蚀黏结系统优于自黏结系统,且桩与黏结系统之间有交互作用。根管由冠方向根方剪切黏结强度逐渐减弱。结论纤维桩修复的剪切黏结强度与黏结部位、黏结材料及桩材质密切相关。

Many fungi are pathogenic on plants and cause significant damage in agriculture and *** are also part of the natural ecosystem and may play a role in regulating plant numbers/*** identification and analysis of plant pathogenic fungi,while important,is often hampered by the scarcity of discriminatory taxonomic characters and the endophytic or inconspicuous nature of these ***(DNA sequence)data for plant pathogenic fungi have emerged as key information for diagnostic and classification studies,although hampered in part by non-standard laboratory practices and analytical *** facilitate current and future research,this study provides phylogenetic synopses for 25 groups of plant pathogenic fungi in the Ascomycota,Basidiomycota,Mucormycotina(Fungi),and Oomycota,using recent molecular data,up-to-date names,and the latest taxonomic *** laboratory protocols together with advice on their application,as well as general observations,are also *** hope to maintain updated backbone trees of these fungal lineages over time and to publish them jointly as new data *** of plant pathogenic fungi not covered by the present study are invited to join this future ***,Botryosphaeriaceae,Botryosphaeria,Botrytis,choanephora,colletotrichum,curvularia,Diaporthe,Diplodia,Dothiorella,Fusarium,Gilbertella,Lasiodiplodia,Mucor,Neofusicoccum,Pestalotiopsis,Phyllosticta,Phytophthora,Puccinia,Pyrenophora,Pythium,Rhizopus,Stagonosporopsis,Ustilago and Verticillium are dealt with in this paper.

Fungal diversity notes is one of the important journal series of fungal taxonomy that provide detailed descriptions and illustrations of new fungal taxa,as well as providing new information of fungal taxa *** article is the 11th contribution to the fungal diversity notes series,in which 126 taxa distributed in two phyla,six classes,24 orders and 55 families are described and *** in this study were mainly collected from Italy by Erio camporesi and also collected from china,India and Thailand,as well as in some other European,North American and South American *** described in the present study include two new families,12 new genera,82 new species,five new combinations and 25 new records on new hosts and new geographical distributions as well as sexual-asexual *** two new families are Eriomycetaceae(Dothideomycetes,family incertae sedis)and Fasciatisporaceae(Xylariales,Sordariomycetes).The twelve new genera comprise Bhagirathimyces(Phaeosphaeriaceae),camporesiomyces(Tubeufiaceae),Eriocamporesia(cryphonectriaceae),Eriomyces(Eriomycetaceae),Neomonodictys(Pleurotheciaceae),Paraloratospora(Phaeosphaeriaceae),Paramonodictys(Parabambusicolaceae),Pseudoconlarium(Diaporthomycetidae,genus incertae sedis),Pseudomurilentithecium(Lentitheciaceae),Setoapiospora(Muyocopronaceae),Srinivasanomyces(Vibrisseaceae)and Xenoanthostomella(Xylariales,genera incertae sedis).The 82 new species comprise Acremonium chiangraiense,Adustochaete nivea,Angustimassarina camporesii,Bhagirathimyces himalayensis,Brunneoclavispora camporesii,camarosporidiella camporesii,camporesiomyces mali,camposporium appendiculatum,camposporium multiseptatum,camposporium septatum,canalisporium aquaticium,clonostachys eriocamporesiana,clonostachys eriocamporesii,colletotrichum hederiicola,coniochaeta vineae,conioscypha verrucosa,cortinarius ainsworthii,cortinarius aurae,cortinarius britannicus,cortinarius heatherae,cortinarius scoticus,cortinarius subsaniosus,cytospora fusispor
