Aiming at the problems of low detection efficiency and difficult positioning of traditional steel surface defect detection methods， a lightweight steel surface defect detection model based on YOLOv7 is proposed. First， a CSS Block module is proposed， which uses more lightweight operations to obtain redundant information in the feature map， reduces the amount of computation， and effectively improves the detection speed. Secondly， the improved SPPCSPC structure is adopted to ensure that the model can also pay attention to the defect location information while predicting the defect category information， obtain richer defect features. In addition， the convolution operation in the original model is simplified， which significantly reduces the size of the model and helps to improve the detection speed. Finally， using EIOU Loss to focus on high-quality Anchors， speed up convergence and improve positioning accuracy. Experiments were carried out on the NEU-DET steel surface defect dataset. Compared with the original YOLOv7 model， the number of parameters of this model was reduced by 40%， the FPS reached 112， and the average accuracy reached 79.1%.， the detection accuracy and speed have been improved， which can meet the needs of steel surface defect detection.

This article introduces a consistency index for measuring the consistency level of an interval fuzzy preference relation（IFPR）.An approach is then proposed to construct an additive consistent IFPR from a given inconsistent *** using a weighted averaging method combining the original IFPR and the constructed consistent IFPR,a formula is put forward to repair an inconsistent IFPR to generate an IFPR with acceptable *** iterative algorithm is subsequently developed to rectify an inconsistent IFPR and derive one with acceptable consistency and weak *** proposed approaches can not only improve consistency of IFPRs but also preserve the initial interval uncertainty information as much as *** examples are presented to illustrate how to apply the proposed approaches.

Appreciation of soft-tissue thickness(STT)at surgical sites is an increasingly recognized aspect of arthroplasty procedures as it may potentially impacting postoperative *** research has focused on the predictive value of preoperative STT measurements for complications following various forms of arthroplasty,particularly infections,across procedures such as total knee,hip,shoulder,and ankle *** studies have indicated that increased STT is associated with a higher risk of complications,including infection and wound healing *** assessment of STT before surgery could play a crucial role in identifying patients at a higher risk of complications and may be instru-mental in guiding preoperative planning to optimize outcomes in arthroplasty *** measurement techniques and further research are essential to enhance the reliability and clinical utility of STT assessment for arthro-plasty surgery.

Tungsten and its oxides are highly versatile catalysts with unique properties that hold great promise for a wide array of applications,including biological pathways and chemical *** chemo-catalysis of cellulose to ethanol presents a promising avenue for ethanol synthesis with the potential for enhanced efficiency compared to conventional methods,offering a sustainable and carbon-neutral alternative to existing petrochemical and biological ***,Ir/WOxcatalysts enriched with oxygen vacancies were meticulously prepared and demonstrated remarkable catalytic performance in converting cellulose to ethanol directly in the presence of tungstic *** catalyst achieved a high ethanol yield of 66.5%under optimal reaction conditions,approaching the theoretical yield limit of traditional ethanol *** results revealed the presence of oxygen defects,Bronsted/Lewis acidity,and Ir nanoclusters on the catalyst surface,working synergistically to facilitate the cascade catalysis of cellulose hydrolysis,sugar retro-aldol condensation reaction,and C2 intermediate hydrodeoxygenation to *** situ Fourier transform infrared spectrometer analysis confirmed the catalyst's ability to enhance the adsorption and activation of ethylene glycol for ethanol *** manipulating subtle structural features,this study offers a fresh perspective on tungsten group catalyst design and underscores the importance of synergistic effects among catalytic sites for the efficient production of ethanol from cellulose.

智能精密播种机是一种自动化的农业设备,可大幅提高种植效率、减少种植成本。但是,目前智能精密播种机依赖高精度的传感器、控制系统和算法来实现准确的种子投放和深度控制,需要较高的技术要求和技术支持,且对于一些不规则形状的种子或大粒小种的种子,适应性较差。为此,提出了一种智能精密播种机优化方案,并使用高精度传感器和控制系统实现多功能播种,控制种子的投放量和调整播种深度,使用节能设备模块化设计和使用易于更换的部件、数据分析功能和简单易用的用户界面。最后,通过田间试验进行功能性试验,结果表明:经过优化后的智能精密播种机播种变异系数≤5%,满足播种农艺要求,可以实现准确的种子投放和深度控制,避免种植密度不均匀和深度不一致等问题,从而提高种植效率和作物品质。

由于环境污染具有负外部性,跨区域的环境问题不断涌现,因此,地方政府之间的合作治理是化解区域环境问题的重要路径,也是未来中国区域环境治理的发展方向。本文基于复杂网络理论、演化博弈理论,考虑地方政府间的偏好异质性和收入异质性,引入权重来刻画不同地区在合作中的贡献度的差异,并纳入收益分配机制、违约金机制,构建了加权NW小世界网络上地方政府间合作治理的演化博弈模型;通过数值仿真,分析了合作收益和成本、违约金、异质性三方面对网络合作水平的影响。研究结果表明:合作收益增加与合作成本降低均能促进地方政府合作治理网络向着帕累托最优方向演化,且当合作收益和合作成本到达一定水平时,经济发展水平低的地区对合作收益和合作成本的变化更为敏感。适当的违约金可以促进地方政府合作行为的演化,但违约金只是起到保障和制约的作用,仅提高违约金难以促进合作策略全扩散。节点异质性对于提高地方政府区域合作治理水平是一把双刃剑。
