Among all of t.e assessment.met.ods （visual night.ime inspect.on, ret.oreflect.vit. measurement. and management.met.ods （expect.d life, blanket.replacement. and cont.ol signs） out.ined in t.e MUt.D, expect.d sign life has been t.e most.select.d by agencies for maint.ining compliance. In current.lit.rat.re, lit.le research exist. wit. regard t. schedule sign replacement. focusing rat.er on t.e current.favorit. predict.r, sign age. However, aft.r collect.ng dat. on 1683 in-service t.affic signs across t.e st.t. of Ut.h, t.is st.dy primarily concluded t.at.not.only sign age, but.ot.er cont.ibut.ng fact.rs affect.sign ret.oreflect.ve performance.
