驾驶辅助系统不仅是为了辅助驾驶员进行一般的驾驶活动,而且要能在关键情况下接管驾驶。使用原型车进行试驾是测试该系统最现实的方式,试驾可使驾驶辅助系统暴露在各种实际环境下,从而检查其可靠性。由于带有原型的测试驱动器成本很高,而且难以完全相同方式复制驾驶活动,因此在系统开发和测试过程中经常使用硬件在环(HiL)测试台。HiL测试台不仅提供相关硬件,还可以为这些被测系统(SUT)提供模拟环境。在实际车辆的试驾过程中,由于不同的环境影响,电气系统的电压会发生变化,这些变化是基于不断变化的电气负载影响。目前,车辆电气系统的电压变化无法在硬件在环测试台上模拟。为了确定电压变化的原因和潜在现象,需要对实际试驾记录数据进行检查,以了解潜在现象。然后将这些结果用于推导唯象激励,该唯象激励可用于模拟测试台上的真实电压曲线。本文分析了车辆测量结果,目的是找出车载电压长期和短期热变化的可能原因,提出一种在HiL测试台上进行虚拟测试驱动的情况下真实模拟电压变化的方法。

A large dynamic index measurement range （n =1 to n = 1.7） using surface plasmon resonance （SPR） shifts was demonstrated with a ZnSe prism at 632.8nm, limited by the available high index liquid hosts. In contrast to borosilicate based SPR measurements, where angular limitations restrict solvent use to water and require considerable care dealing with Fresnel reflections, the ZnSe approach allows SPR spectroscopies to be applied to a varied range of solvents. An uncertainty in angular resolution between 1.5° and 6°, depending on the solvent and SPR angle, was estimated. The refractive index change for a given glucose concentration in water was measured to be n = （0.114 ± 0.007）/%[C6H12O6]. Given the transmission properties of ZnSe, the processes can be readily extended into the mid infrared.

BACKGROUND Isolated left ventricular apical hypoplasia(ILVAH),also known as truncated left ventricle(LV),is a very unusual *** is characterised by a truncated,spherical,and non-apex forming *** true apex is occupied by the right *** to the rarity of the disease,just a few case reports and limited case series have been published in the *** To analysing the so far 37 reported ILVAH cases *** The electronic databases PubMed and Scopus were investigated from their establishment up to December 13,*** The majority of cases reported occurred in males(52.7%).Mean age at diagnosis was 26.1±19.6 *** than a third of the patients were asymptomatic(35.1%).The most usual clinical presentation was breathlessness(40.5%).The most commonly detected electrocardiogram changes were T wave abnormalities(29.7%)and right axis deviation with poor R wave progression(24.3%).Atrial fibrillation/flutter was detected in 24.3%.Echocardiography was performed in 97.3%of cases and cardiac MRI in 91.9%of *** fraction was reduced in more than a half of patients(56.7%).An associated congenital heart disease was found in 16.2%.Heart failure therapy was administered in 35.1%of *** outcome was favorable in the vast majority of patients,with just one *** ILVAH is a multifaceted entity with a so far unpredictable course,ranging from benign until the elderly to sudden death during adolescence.

Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) cascades play pivotal roles in plant defense against phytopathogens downstream of immune receptor complexes. The amplitude and duration of MAPK activation must be strictly controlled, but the underlying mechanism remains unclear. Here, we identified Arabidopsis CPL1(C-terminal domain phosphatase-like 1)as a negative regulator of microbe-associated molecular pattern(MAMP)-triggered immunity via a forward-genetic screen. Disruption of CPL1 significantly enhanced plant resistance to Pseudomonas pathogens induced by the bacterial peptide fg22. Furthermore, fg22-induced MPK3/MPK4/MPK6 phosphorylation was dramatically elevated in cpl1 mutants but severely impaired in CPL1 overexpression lines, suggesting that CPL1 might interfere with fg22-induced MAPK activation. Indeed, CPL1 directly interacted with MPK3 and MPK6, as well as the upstream MKK4 and MKK5. A firefy luciferase-based complementation assay indicated that the interaction between MKK4/MKK5 and MPK3/MPK6 was significantly reduced in the presence of CPL1. These results suggest that CPL1 plays a novel regulatory role in suppressing MAMP-induced MAPK cascade activation and MAMP-triggered immunity to bacterial pathogens.

Aqueous synthesis is a green but challenging pathway to produce cadmium-free,bright,and near-infrared(NIR)emitting quantum dots(QDs).Herein,we develop a straightforward aqueous phase approach to prepare Zn-Cu-In-Se QDs with tunable emission from 630 to 800 nm through varying the molar ratio of Zn and *** ultrasmall nanoparticle size remains nearly fixed(~2.6 nm)when the QD composition is varied,allowing for the effects of composition on the optical properties of QDs to be decoupled from the impact of particle *** leveraging the off-stoichiometric effect on photoluminescence(PL),Zn-Cu-In-Se QDs with a Zn:Cu molar ratio of 1.0 show a long PL decay lifetime of 211 ns and an absolute photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 14.2%.The PLQY is further enhanced by overcoating a ZnS shell,reaching up to 25.8%.Based on the bright,biocompatible,and emission-tunable QDs,nanoprobes with targeting capability for multiple tumor markers are further constructed and employed to simultaneously ascertain targets in the cytoplasm and cell *** study provides a green and effective strategy for achieving bright and biocompatible NIR quantum dots for multiplexed biodetection applications.

Aquaponics is a fish-plant recirculating system where nutrients received from the fish culture are absorbed by the plants for *** technology is relatively new for fish culture in Kenya,and the principles and operations remain largely untested for many fish *** study determined how stocking density affects the growth performance and water quality in a Nile tilapia-lettuce(Lactuca sativa)aquaponics *** experimental design included five replicates for each of the aquaponic systems stocked at densities of 150,300,and 450 fish/m^(3) for a rearing period of 56 *** treatment had a planting density of 16 lettuce/*** water quality parameters ranges during the rearing period were 3.83-5.35 mg/L for dissolved oxygen,7.44 to 7.6 for pH,0.014 mg/L to 0.032 mg/L for total ammonium nitrate(TAN),1.11-1.34 mg/L for nitrate,and 0.01-0.08 mg/L for nitrite,and all decreased with increasing stocking *** final weight of fingerlings was 25.2±4.2 g,32.0±3.8 g and 42.6±3.1 g for 450,300,and 150 fish/m^(3) *** growth rate(SGR)was reduced with increasing stocking density whereas food conversion ratio(FCR)increased with stocking *** systems with the lowest stocking densities performed better than 300 and 450 fish/m^(3) respectively.
