Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Mn(II) complexes.s.nthes.zed by reflux of 6-bromo-3-(3-(4-chlorophenyl)acryloyl)-2H- chromen-2-one, Ciprofloxacin and various.trans.tion metal. 1H, 13C, IR and Es. Mas. confirm the formation of ligand. The metal complexes.were characterized on the bas.s.of various.s.ectros.opic techniques.like IR s.udies.and elemental analys.s.while the geometry of complexes.was.octahedral which is.confirmed by electronic s.ectra and thermogravimetric analys.s. The compounds.were s.bjected to antimicrobial, antioxidant and anti-tubercular activity s.reening us.ng s.rial broth dilution method and Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) is.determined. Mn(II) complex has.s.own s.gnificant antifungal activity with an MIC of 6.25 μg/ml while Cu(II) complex is.noticeable for antibacterial activity at the s.me concentration. Anti-TB activity of the ligand has.enhanced on complexation with Ni(II) and Co(II) ions. While Ni(II) complex s.ows.s.perior antioxidant activity than other complexes.

Pavement foundation des.gners.principally us. the California bearing ratio(CBR)to des.ribe the s.bgrade and s.bbas. materials.and their s.rength. s.veral laboratory experiments.were done to s.udy the variation in the CBR of cohes.ve mixtures.compris.d of clay-gravel mixtures. Nine different clay-gravel mixtures.were us.d in which the clay content varies.from 10% to 50% by *** variation of the CBR with clay percentage, mois.ure content, and undrained s.ear s.rength parameters.was.s.udied. The CBR value reduces.with the increas. in the mois.ure content and clay fraction in the mixtures.and increas.s.with an increas. in the dry dens.ty of the mixture under uns.aked conditions. The CBR als. increas.s.with the increas. of the angle of internal friction of clay-gravel mixtures.A functional relation has.been identified to es.imate the CBR of clay-gravel mixtures. Us.ng multiple linear regres.ion analys.s.MLRA), a relation is.propos.d to es.imate the CBR of clay-gravel mixtures.under uns.aked conditions. A s.atis.ical analys.s.was.done to judge the behavior of the pertinent variables.on the CBR. The propos.d relation predicts.the CBR of clay-gravel mixtures.very well. Artificial neural network(ANN) analys.s.us.ng R programming was.als. done to determine the effects.of the pertinent variables.on the CBR. ANN methodology was.applied to predict the contribution of each variable. Three different methods. Gars.n algorithm, Olden algorithm, and Lek’s.profile model are us.d to as.es. the influence of variable parameters. The Olden algorithm and Lek’s.profile both s.ow pos.tive as.ociation of cohes.on with CBR in an uns.aked condition. The role of mois.ure content was.found to be marginally negative in the Olden algorithm and Lek’s.profile res.lts

创面处理的原则,包括清创、创面准备和使用涉及改变创面生理以促进愈合的新技术,在试图治愈慢性糖尿病相关的足溃疡时是至关重要的。此外,糖尿病相关的足溃疡的发病率和治疗成本不断上升,这就需要结合作为金标准的多学科治疗已有共识,运用高质量的疗效和成本效益证据来支持和加强慢性糖尿病相关的足溃疡创面愈合的干预措施。本指南是2023年国际糖尿病足工作组(IWGDF)针对促进糖尿病患者足溃疡愈合的干预措施的循证指南。它是对2019年IWGDF指南的更新。我们遵循推荐、评估、发展、评价分级(GRADE)方法,以患者-干预-对照-结果(PICO)形式设计临床问题从而得出重要结果,进行系统综述,制定评判表汇总,并为每个问题撰写推荐和理由。每条推荐的形式都是基于系统综述中发现的证据,并使用GRADE评判汇总项目,包括理想和不理想的效果、证据的可信度、对患者的价值、所需的资源、成本效益、公平性、可行性和可接受性;我们制定的推荐由作者同意并由独立专家和利益相关者审查。根据系统综述和从证据到决策过程的结果,我们提出29条推荐。我们对使用干预措施改善糖尿病患者足溃疡的愈合提出了一些有条件的支持性推荐。这些推荐包括蔗糖八硫酸盐敷料的使用,对手术后的创面使用负压疗法,使用胎盘衍生产品,使用自体白细胞、血小板、纤维蛋白贴剂,使用局部氧疗,以及使用高压氧,但我们强调在任何情况下这些推荐应在单独应用最佳标准治疗无法治愈伤口且有资源可用于干预的情况下使用。这些关于创面愈合的推荐应该有助于提高糖尿病伴足溃疡患者的疗效,我们希望这些推荐能得到广泛的实施。然而,尽管作为推荐基础的许多证据的准确性正在提高,但总体上仍然很差,我们鼓励在这一领域进行更多、质量更好的试验,包括那些有关卫生经济学分析的试验。

聚环氧乙烯醚-聚环氧丙烯醚-聚环氧乙烯醚(EO20PO70EO20)三嵌段高分子为模板剂制备了s.A-15分子筛.用3-氨丙基-三乙氧基硅烷对s.A-15进行改性,改性后s.A-15表面上的氨基再与(+)O-,O′-二苯甲酰基-L-酒石酸酐(DBTA)进行酰化反应,以酰胺键将该手性羧酸连接在s.A-15表面上.XRD和氮气吸附结果表明,材料经过处理后仍然保持良好的孔性质;13C和29s.i魔角旋转核磁共振(MAs.NMR)谱图表明,s.A-15与氨丙基化合物的作用是共价成键,表面修饰度达25%;从傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱可见,有部分修饰氨基与DBTA成功地进行了酰化反应,以一个羧基裸露的形式将该二元羧酸化合物连接在表面上;从孔径分布图可知,胺丙基修饰之后孔减小了1.5 nm,与DBTA修饰后孔尺寸又减少0.5 nm,说明胺丙基化合物是头对头垂直连接在s.i表面上,而酒石酸分子是采取平行方式侧卧在氨基表面.
