The main activity of Fas is to trigger cytoplasm death program in animal cells. In G2 pea, vacuole plays a pivotal role in inducing cell death in the cytoplasm of long-day (LD) grown apical meristem cells. Expression patterns of the Fas in G2 pea cells revealed that the Fas is mainly localized in the vacuole of cells undergoing programmed cell death (PCD). The Fas expression is corresponding to the initiation of menadione-induced PCD in tobacco protoplasts. The results suggest the existence of the Fas-like mediated cytoplasmic death pathway in plant cells.

基于不同铜离子(Cu^2+)胁迫梯度下玉米盆栽实验,依据所测玉米叶片光谱数据和叶片中Cu^2+含量,通过多分辨奇异值分解(MRSVD)提取光谱弱信息,建立玉米叶片Cu^2+污染定性分析及含量预测模型.利用MRSVD对350~1 300 nm波段内玉米叶片光谱进行多层分解,依据模极大值理论和定义的敏感因子确定反映Cu^2+污染信息的最佳分量,在此基础上构建奇异系数(SC)、奇异指数(SI)、奇异面积(SA)和奇异谱熵(SSE)等奇异特征参数分析光谱奇异性,并采用逐步回归分析法建立奇异特征参数与玉米叶片Cu^2+含量之间的定量关系模型.结果表明:第9层MRSVD细节分量能较好地提取Cu^2+污染信息,奇异性主要集中在480~850 nm波段内,奇异特征参数与玉米叶片Cu^2+含量有较好的相关性,其中SI和SSE与玉米叶片Cu^2+含量存在较强的定量关系,其决定系数(R^2)为0.842 5,均方根误差为0.826 0,模型精度优于常规方法.奇异特征参数能够较好地诊断并定量分析玉米叶片铜污染水平,可为作物重金属污染监测提供参考.

近年来,国内外学者对中药淫羊藿主要有效成分淫羊藿苷加速骨折愈合的机制做了一系列研究,目前研究结果显示,淫羊藿苷加速骨折愈合的机制主要是通过激活Wnts、BMP、MAPK、ER等相关信号通路促进BMSCs、ASCs的迁移归巢,进行成骨性分化为成骨细胞,同时促进成骨细胞的成熟、矿化以形成骨痂,并抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收活性。本文从淫羊藿苷对相关细胞以及对血管重建的作用方面对淫羊藿苷加速骨折愈合的作用机制做一回顾综述,以期为后续的研究提供参考。

钒含量对新型高强钢性能的影响

为了研究锐含量对Q690-0.5A1-0.5In新型高强钢性能的影响,对添加不同饥含量的Q690-0.5A1-0.5In钢进行制备,并对试样进行了冲击性能和拉伸性能的测试与分析。结果表明:随饥含量的增加,试样的冲击吸收功、强度表现为先增大后缓慢减小,断后伸长率先减小再缓慢增大。与锐含量0.05%相比,飢含量0.2%使试样的冲击吸收功增大了23.27%,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增大了42 MPa和25 MPa。从提高Q690-0.5A1-0.5In新型高强钢的性能出发,饥含量的最佳添加量为0.2%。

Totheeditor:Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a principal cause of disability worldwide and is often associated with high morbidity and mortality rates.Although there are several therapies available for the treatment of depression,about one-third of patients with MMD will not respond to two or more antidepressant drugs with different mechanisms;the patients are then referred to as having treatment-resistant depression(TRD).Patients with TRD have a poorer quality of life,greater economic burden and increased suicidal behaviours.Therefore,new antidepressant treatments that are effective,safe,long-lasting and tolerable are needed.Ketamine infusion,intranasal esketamine and transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)have been used to treat early stage TRD.’A recent review suggests that electroconvulsive therapy(ECT)may be superior to ketamine for reducing depression severity in the acute treatment of TRD.
