With the development of the miniaturization of electronic equipment and lightweight weapon equipment,there are new requirements for electromagnetic wave absorption material(EMWAM).EMWAM has outstanding electromagnetic wave absorption properties and lightweight characteristics become an important direction of *** this study,graphene/g-C_(3)N_(4)(ggCN)EMWAM was first synthesized in situ by simple heat treatment,in which the g-C_(3)N_(4) had a porous structure and dispersed on the surface of *** impedance matching of the ggCN was well adjusted by decreasing the dielectric constant and attenuation constant due to the g-C_(3)N_(4) semiconductor property and the graphite-like *** EMW loss mechanism of ggCN was also analyzed by simulating ggCN’s electric field mode distribution and resistance loss power *** analysis result shows that the distribution of g-C_(3)N_(4) among ggCN sheets can produce more polarization effects and relaxation effects by increasing the lamellar ***,the polarization loss of ggCN could be increased successfully by porous g-C_(3)N_(4).Ultimately,the EMW absorption property of ggCN is optimized significantly,and ggCN exhibits excellent EMW absorption *** the thickness is 2 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)can reach 4.6 gHz,and when the thickness is 4.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss(RLmin)at 4.56 gHz can reach-34.69 ***,the practical application of EMWAM was studied by radar cross-section(RCS)simulation,showing that ggCN has a good application prospect.

hermetia illucens(HI) meal is a promising substitute for fish meal(FM) in the feeds of farmed ***, the impacts of dietary HI meal on largemouth bass(LMB) remain unknown. In this study, we formulated three isonitrogenous and isolipid diets with 0%(HI0, control), 20%(HI20) and 40%(HI40) of FM substituted by HI meal. A total of 270 juvenile largemouth bass with an initial body weight of10.02 ± 0.03 g were used(30 fish per tank). After an 80-day feeding trial, the fish fed with the HI40 diet demonstrated decreased growth performance and protein efficiency ratio(PER), and increased liver oxidative indices and lipid accumulation compared to the control(P he effects of high dietary HI meal on liver gene expression. Consistent with the reduced growth and disturbed liver oxidative status, the upregulated genes were enriched in the biological processes associated with protein catabolism and endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress; while the downregulated genes were enriched in cellular proliferation, growth, metabolism, immunity and maintenance of tissue homeostasis. Differential metabolites in the liver samples were also identified by untargeted metabolomic assay. The results of joint transcriptomic-metabolomic analyses revealed that the pathways such as one carbon pool by folate, propanoate metabolism and alpha-linolenic acid metabolism were disturbed by high dietary HI meal. In summary, our data revealed the candidate genes, metabolites and biological pathways that account for the adverse effects of high HI meal diet on the growth and health of LMB.

Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)have important applications in both reproduction and regenerative ***,specific genes and signaling transduction pathways in mediating fate decisions of human SSCs remain ***,we have demonstrated for the first time that OIP5(Opa interacting protein 5)controlled the self-renewal and apoptosis of human *** sequencing identified that NCK2 was a target for OIP5 in human SSCs,and interestingly,OIP5 could interact with NCK2 as shown by Co-IP(co-immunoprecipitation),IP-MS(mass spectrometry),and gST pulldown ***2 silencing decreased human SSC proliferation and DNA synthesis but enhanced their ***,NCK2 knockdown reversed the influence of OIP5 overexpression on human ***,OIP5 inhibition decreased the numbers of human SSCs at S and g2/M phases,while the levels of numerous cell cycle proteins,including cyclins A2,B1,D1,E1 and H,especially cyclin D1,were remarkably ***,whole-exome sequencing of 777 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)revealed 54 singlenucleotide polymorphism mutations of the OIP5 gene(6.95%),while the level of OIP5 protein was obviously lower in testes of NOA patients compared to fertile ***,these results implicate that OIP5 interacts with NCK2 to modulate human SSC self-renewal and apoptosis via cell cyclins and cell cycle progression and that its mutation and/or lower expression is correlated with *** such,this study offers novel insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the fate determinations of human SSCs and the pathogenesis of NOA,and it provides new targets for treating male infertility.
