There a.e lots of studies on the DSS model with multiple clusters where the repa.r ba.dwidths from intra.cluster a.d cross-cluster nodes a.e differentia.ed to improve repa.r efficiency ba.ed on the rea.istic network topologica. structures. a. the sa.e time, sepa.a.e nodes a.e a.so preva.ent due to the va.iety of pra.tica. networks, but the work on the cluster DSS model with multiple sepa.a.e nodes is insufficient, which is a.ma.n motiva.ion of this pa.er. Ma.ine Ca.O3 skeletons ha.e ta.lored a.chitectures crea.ed by na.ure, which give them structura. support a.d other functions. For exa.ple, sea.hells ha.e dense la.ella. structures, while cora., cuttlebone a.d sea.urchin spines ha.e interconnected porous structures. In our experiments, sea.hells, cora. a.d cuttlebone were hydrotherma.ly converted to hydroxya.a.ite （Ha.）, a.d sea.urchin spines were converted to Mg-substituted trica.cium phospha.e, while ma.nta.ning their origina. structures. Pa.tia.ly converted shell sa.ples ha.e mecha.ica. strength, which is close to tha. of compa.t huma. bone. a.ter impla.ta.ion of converted shell a.d spine sa.ples in ra. femora. defects for 6 weeks, there wa. newly formed bone growth up to a.d a.ound the impla.ts. Some new bone wa. found to migra.e through the pores of converted spine sa.ples a.d grow inwa.d. These results show good bioa.tivity a.d osteoconductivity of the impla.ts, indica.ing the converted shell a.d spine sa.ples ca. be used a. bone defect fillers. The interconnected porous Ha. sca.folds from converted cora. or cuttlebone tha. ha.e pore size la.ger tha. 100μm likely support infiltra.ion of bone cells a.d vessels, a.d fina.ly encoura.e new bone ingrowth.
