Mapping of QTLs and candidate genes associated with multiple phenotypic traits for Huanglongbing tolerance in citrus

Huanglongbing(HLB)is the most devastating disease for citrus *** Liberibacter asiaticus(C Las),vectored by Asian citrus psyllid(ACP,Diaphorina citri Kuwayama),is the most common pathogen causing the *** citrus varieties are highly susceptible to HLB,whereas trifoliate orange(Poncirus trifoliata)is considered highly tolerant to *** F1 segregating population and their parent trifoliate orange and sweet orange,which had been exposed to intense HLB pressure for three years,was evaluated for disease symptoms,ACP colonization,C Las titer and tree vigor repeatedly for two to three *** orange and sweet orange showed significant differences for most of the phenotypic traits,and the F1 population exhibited a large variation.A high-density SNP-based genetic map with 1402 markers was constructed for trifoliate orange,which exhibited high synteny and high coverage of its reference genome.A total of 26 quantitative trait locus(QTLs)were identified in four linkage groups LG-t6,LG-t7,LG-t8 and LG-t9,of which four QTL clusters exhibit a clear co-localization of QTLs associated with different *** genome-wide analysis of gene expression in response to C Las infection in‘Flying Dragon’and‘Larger-Flower DPI-50-7’trifoliate orange,85 differentially expressed genes were found located within the QTL *** them,seven genes were classified as defense or immunity protein which exhibited the highest transcriptional change after C Las *** results indicate a quantitative genetic nature of HLB tolerance and identified candidate genes that should be valuable for searching for genetic solutions to HLB through breeding or genetic engineering.

BACKGROUND Recently,neonatal abstinence syndrome(NAS)emerged as a significant global concern with a dramatic increase in healthcare *** incidence of the NAS has increased notably in the past decade and emergence as a global public health *** To evaluate the development and trend of global NAS research from 1958 to 2019 by bibliometric *** Analyzed aspects included publication output per year,language,document types,journals,countries/territories,h-index,authors,and top research *** VOSviewer was used to determine the top research priorities,and trends,and to present bibliometric networks concerning various dimensions,such as coauthorship,authors,and *** A total of 1738 articles were retrieved in the Scopus database from 1958 to *** was found that the great majority of the total NAS documents(n=1295)were original articles followed by reviews(n=268)and letters(n=48).The most productive countries in the NAS field were the United States(n=833),Canada(n=112),the United Kingdom(n=111),and Germany(n=77).Treatment and hospital outcomes in NAS,evidence-based nurse-driven interventions for the care of newborns with NAS,and a systematic reviews and network meta-analysis for therapeutic approaches of NAS were found in recent years(after 2010),compared with terms such as pathophysiology,mechanisms of NAS,and signs and symptoms in the early *** Treatment and pediatric outcomes and the effectiveness of pharmacological treatment may be frontiers in the NAS field,and continued efforts from researchers are needed in those topics.

Large-scale state assessments in the USA are typically administered once per year and provide a single summary score to reflect the overall performance level of the student in a certain content area. The utility of the assessment would be enhanced if the assessment also provided students(and their teachers) with useful diagnostic information in addition to the single score. The goal of cognitive or diagnostic assessment is to provide the best of both worlds. Ideally, an exam would be able to meet the rigorous psychometric standards of current large-scale assessments, but be able to also provide specific diagnostic information regarding individual examinees’ educational needs. In fact, the desire to provide this additional diagnostic information on large-scale state assessments has recently become a requirement: the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 mandates that such

本文介绍的是在超核生成反应（如：１２Ｃ（ｋ－，π０）１２ΛＢ）中，为确定入射粒子ｋ－在靶中停止位置而建造的一种多丝正比室，该室已应用在Ｅ９０７实验中，并在ＡＧＳ（ＢＮＬ）的π，ｋ束中进行了数据获取。该室的工作方式采用阴极感应条信号读出方式。通过对活性靶室的数据分析，给出了它的感应信号的平均输出幅度、效率以及位置分辨率。最后对ｋ－停止事例，给出如何确定其在碳靶中的停止位置，以及停止率。对ｋ－测得的位置分辨为：ｘ＝０．９３ｍｍ，ｙ＝０．３６ｍｍ和ｚ≥１．００ｍｍ。在碳靶中ｋ－的停止率约为２０％。
