Cr(III)ehydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)gels have been extensively studied as a promising strategy controlling waste water production for mature oilfields.However,the gelation time of the current technologies is not long enough for in-depth placement.In this study,we report a novel synthesis method to obtain chromium chloride/poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)nanocapsules which can significantly delay the gelation of HPAM through encapsulating the chromium chloride crosslinker.The chromium chloride-loaded nanocapsules(CreNC)are prepared via a facile inverse miniemulsion evaporation method during which the hydrophobic PMMA polymers,pre-dispersed in an organic solvent,were carefully controlled to precipitate onto stable aqueous miniemulsion droplets.The stable aqueous nanodroplets(W)containing Cr(III)are dispersed in a mixture of organic solvent(O1)with PMMA and nonsolvent medium(O2)to prepare an inverse miniemulsion.With the evaporation of the O1,PMMA forms CreNCs around the aqueous droplets.The CreNCs are readily transferred into water from the organic nonsolvent phase.The CreNCs exhibit the tunable size(358-983 nm),Cr loading(7.1%-19.1%),and Cr entrapment efficiency(11.7%-80.2%),with tunable zeta potentials in different PVA solutions.The CreNCs can delay release of Cr(III)and prolong the gelation time of HPAM up to 27 days.

BACKGROUND As one of the most important members in clinical trials,the number of clinical research nurses(CRN)can't keep up with the growth of experimental projects,so it is urgent to build clinical research training and strengthen the background knowledge of nurses.AIM To construct CRN training program based on position competence,accelerate the construction of CRN talent pool,and provide scientific guidance significance for CRN training.METHODS Based on the position competence model,combined with literature research and qualitative interview results,the first draft was prepared of the CRN training program.Two rounds of correspondence with 16 experts were conducted using the Delphi method to determine the training program.RESULTS The effective recovery rate of the expert correspondence questionnaire was 100%and the authority coefficients of the 2 rounds of experts were 0.826 and 0.895.Finally,4 first-level indicators and determine 15 s-level indicators of training objectives.The training program included 4 first-level indicators,training requirements,content,methods,assessment and evaluation,15 s-level indicators,and 74 third-level indicators.CONCLUSION The CRN training program based on position competence is scientific and extendable,providing a basis for participation in CRN training.

Materials design aims to identify the material features that provide optimal properties for various engineering applications,such as aerospace,automotive,and naval.One of the important but challenging problems for materials design is to discover multiple polycrystalline microstructures with optimal properties.This paper proposes an end-to-end artificial intelligence(AI)-driven microstructure optimization framework for elastic properties of materials.In this work,the microstructure is represented by the Orientation Distribution Function(ODF)that determines the volume densities of crystallographic orientations.The framework was evaluated on two crystal systems,cubic and hexagonal,for Titanium(Ti)in Joint Automated Repository for Various Integrated Simulations(JARVIS)database and is expected to be widely applicable for materials with multiple crystal systems.The proposed framework can discover multiple polycrystalline microstructures without compromising the optimal property values and saving significant computational time.

In 1935 Dirac established the physical wave equations in the de-Sitter spaces but neither energy-momentum operators nor their conservative laws were given. In this article it is proved that in the de-Sitter group there is a subgroup group isomorphic to the Heisenberg group and the generators of this groups are the energy-momentum operators which obey a conservative law.

目的:分析血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、抗凝血酶(AT)和炎性因子在急性创伤患者中表达水平及其与血栓形成的相关性。方法:将2020年1月~2022年12月本院收治的90例急性创伤患者纳入观察组,记录其血栓形成率,另将同期在本院进行体检的50例健康体检者纳入对照组,分别检测观察组、对照组及有无血栓形成患者的血清HMGB1、AT和炎性因子[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)]水平;采用双变量Spearman相关性法检验血清HMGB1、AT和炎性因子与血栓形成的相关性;建立多因素Logistic模型分析影响急性创伤患者血栓形成的独立危险因素;分析血清HMGB1、AT和炎性因子在急性创伤患者血栓形成中的预测效能。结果:与对照组比较,观察组血清HMGB1、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β水平较高,血清AT水平较低(P<0.05)。与无血栓组比较,血栓组血清HMGB1、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β水平较高,血清AT水平较低(P<0.05)。急性创伤患者血栓形成与血清HMGB1、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β呈正相关性,与血清AT呈负相关性(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,血清HMGB1、AT、IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β均是导致急性创伤患者血栓形成的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。血清HMGB1、AT、HMGB1+AT+炎性因子对急性创伤患者血栓形成的预测值较高,AUC值分别为0.868、0.857、0.912;血清IL-6、IL-10、IL-1β对急性创伤患者血栓形成的预测值一般,AUC值分别为0.761、0.758、0.784、0.767。结论:血清HMGB1、AT和炎性因子与急性创伤及其血栓形成均存在一定关联,可根据其指标水平变化评估并预测急性创伤患者的损伤情况和血栓形成风险。

An approximation method, namely, the Extended Wronskian Determinant Approach, is suggested to study the one-dimensional Dirac equation. An integral equation, which can be solved by iterative procedure to find the wave functions, is established. We employ this approach to study the one-dimensional Dirac equation with one-well potential,and give the energy levels and wave functions up to the first order iterative approximation. For double-well potential,the energy levels up to the first order approximation are given.

BACKGROUND Tumors of the spermatic cord are rare,and approximately 25%are malignant neoplasms.Metastatic spermatic cord tumors are even rarer.Several studies have revealed that the most frequent primary tumors metastasizing to the spermatic cord and peritesticular tissues are neoplasms of the stomach and prostate.Furthermore,metastasis to the spermatic cord or epididymis may occur via retrograde lymphatic and hematic routes.We present the case of a man with gastric cancer that metastasized to the spermatic cord and epididymis,with concomitant ipsilateral hydronephrosis after surgical resection and chemotherapy for his primary tumor.CASE SUMMARY A 71-year-old man underwent total gastrectomy for pT4aN2 poorly differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma in December 2016.Two months after surgery,he received adjuvant chemotherapy with TS-1 from February 2017 to February 2018.Surveillance computed tomography(CT)was performed in June 2018,which did not reveal any sign of tumor recurrence.In November 2019,he presented with left lower quadrant abdominal pain and a palpable left inguinal-scrotal mass.CT revealed left mild hydronephrosis and a left scrotal mass measuring 4.0 cm×1.7 cm.Tumor biomarkers,including alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),beta-human chorionic gonadotropin(βHCG),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9)were all normal.Renal and testicular echography showed left hydronephrosis and a left peritesticular soft tissue lesion with blood flow.Diagnostic ureteroscopy showed left lower ureter narrowing without an intraluminal lesion.A biopsy was obtained for the indurated spermatic cord and epididymis,which showed poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma.Immunohistochemical staining demonstrated that the tumor was diffusely and strongly positive for homeobox protein CDX2.The features were consistent with metastatic adenocarcinoma of a primary gastric tumor.CONCLUSION In patients with a history of primary cancer,an inguinal mass of unknown cause with accompanying ipsilateral hydro

A Wronskian Determinant approach is suggested to study the energy and the wave function for onedimensional Schroedinger equation.An integral equation and its corresponding Green function are constructed.As an example,we employed this approach to study the problem of double-well potential with strong coupling,A series of expansion of ground state energy up to the second order approximation of iterative procedure is given.
