The recent Southampton consensus guideline and two previous international consensus meetings held in Louisville and Morioka in 2008 and 2014,respectively have recommended laparoscopic liver resection(LLR)as a standard procedure for selected patients with colorectal liver metastases(CRLM)(1-3).The Oslo-CoMet and LapOpHuva studies are the only two randomized controlled trials(RCTs)that have provided solid evidence showing that LLR is a safer,less invasive,and more cost-effective approach with higher health-related quality of life and oncological outcomes equivalent to those of open liver resection(OLR)for patients with CRLM(4-6).

Tuberculosis(TB) is still a major health problem worldwide. We present a rare case of an immunocompetent patient with perianal TB. A 38-year-old man visited a clinic with pain, swelling, and redness in the perineum. He had been persistently coughing for the past 6 mo. The abscess had formed a fistula to the perianal region, indicating perianal abscess. Mycobacterium tuberculosis was found in sputum and perianal abscess. Surgical drainage was performed, and oral anti-tuberculous drugs were administered for 6 mo. The patient's clinical course was favorable. On review of the literature on 58 cases of perianal TB, we found that the duration of persistent perianal lesion was much longer in patients without active pulmonary TB(APTB) than in those with APTB(66.4 mo vs 8.3 mo; confidence interval, 0.0760-0.9620, P = 0.0380). Thus, in cases of non-healing or recurrent perianal lesions, TB should be considered.

目的比较全身PET/CT和PET/MR一体机的诊断准确性及与总扫描时间的关系。方法纳入123例确诊为原发恶性肿瘤且临床怀疑转移的患者[男40例、女83例, 平均年龄59.6(20～83)岁)], 行全身18F-FDG PET/CT和18F-FDG PET/MR显像。静脉注射110～301 MBq18F-FDG后行数据采集, 先行PET/CT数据采集, 后行PET/MR数据采集。PET/CT和PET/MR平均摄取时间分别为(68.0±8.0)和(98.0±14) min。全身PET/CT和PET/MR总扫描时间分别为20.0和25.0 min。结果重建PET/CT和PET/MR数据检测出111例(90.2%, 111/123)患者共333处(93.8%, 333/355)相同病变。355处病变中PET/CT和PET/MR分别单独检出348和340处病变。2种技术总检测效率差异无统计学意义(P=0.08), 但对肺(P=0.003)和脑脊髓病变(P=0.007)检测的差异则有统计学意义。仅通过PET/CT发现的15处病变中, 肺8处、淋巴结3处、骨2处, 腹膜和肾上腺各1处;而仅通过PET/MR检出的7处病变中, 脑转移灶6处, 骨病变1处。结论 PET/MR一体机可用于全身扫描模式, 其在脑转移病灶的检测上可能优于PET/CT显像, 但仍需进一步的临床验证来证明其诊断价值。

Batesian mimics are harmless prey species that resemble dangerous ones (models), and thus receive protection from predators. How such adaptive resemblances evolve is a classical problem in evolutionary biology. Mimicry is typically thought to be difficult to evolve, especially if the model and mimic produce the convergent phenotype through different proximate mechanisms. However, mimicry may evolve more readily if mimic and model share similar pathways for producing the convergent phenotype. In such cases, these pathways can be co-opted in ancestral mimic populations to produce high-fidelity mimicry without the need for major evolutionary innovations. Here, we show that a Batesian mimic, the scarlet kingsnakeLampropeltis elapsoides, produces its coloration using the same physiological mechanisms as does its model, the eastern coral snakeMicrurus fulvius. Therefore, precise color mimicry may have been able to evolve easily in this system. Generally, we know relatively little about the proximate mechanisms underlying mimicry.

Relationship between Primary Crystal Temperature and Carbon Equivalent in Cast Iron

CE （=%C＋（1/3）x（%Si）） does not suit experiment results in many cases. In this work, the effect of alloy elements on primary crystal temperature was measured and the relationship between primary crystal temperature （Tc） and carbon equivalent （CEL） was investigated. The results show that Tc （Celsius degree） = 1650-110 × （%C） -25 × （%Si）＋3 × （%Mn） -35 × （%P） -71 × （%5）-2 × （%Ni） -7 × （%Cr）; CEL=%C ＋ 0.23×（%Si）-0.03× （%Mn）＋0.32×（%P）＋0.64×（%S）＋0.02×（%Ni）＋0.06×（%Cr）. That is, in hypo eutectic composition, carbon equivalent should be calculated with CEL=%C＋ 0.23×（%Si）, not with CE=%C＋（1/3） x（%Si）.

Like other optical astrometric techniques,the Photographic Zenith Tube(PZT) has played a key role in the past observations of the Earth rotation,and it also has a potential to be applied to several other observations by taking advantage of automatic observations with self compensation of tilt of the *** here propose In-situ Lunar Orientation Measurement(ILOM) to study lunar rotational dynamics by direct observations of the lunar rotation from the lunar surface by using a small telescope like PZT with an accuracy of 1 milli-seconds of arc(1 mas) in the post-SELENE *** second application is to obtain local gravity field on the Earth by combining deflection of the vertical measured by PZT and the position measured by Global Positioning System(GPS) or Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS).The accuracy required for this purpose is not as strict as *** have already developed a Bread Board Model(BBM) of the telescope for ILOM and made some experiments in order to know the performance of the driving mechanism under a similar condition to the lunar environment showing high vacuum,large temperature change and dusty *** have also shown that it is possible to correct the effects of uniform temperature change upon the optical system by using a simple model with an accuracy of better than 1 *** model has the potential to attain the accuracy of 1 mas,based on the results of the experiments and the simulations.
