We describe a new species of Rhacophorus based on two adult specimens collected from Hoa Binh Province, northern Vietnam. Rhacophorus hoabinhensis sp. nov. is distinguishable from its congeners on the basis of a combination of the following morphological characters： size small （SVL 31.1-32.5 mm in males）; head slightly longer than wide; vomerine teeth absent; snout short （SNL/SVL 0.16）; dorsal skin smooth; forearm and tarsus with dermal fringes; dermal appendage at vent present; webbing formula on fingers I12/3-12/3II1-2III1-1IV and on toes I3/4-1II1/2- IIII1/2-1IVI-1/2V; dorsal surface grey yellow with brown spots; lower jaw region dark grey, throat, chest and belly cream; anterior and posterior thighs, as well as ventral surface of tibia orange. The interspecific uncorrected genetic distances （16S rRNA gene） between the new species from Hoa Binh and other analyzed congeners varied from 9.8% to 17.4%. In the phylogenetic analyses, the new species revealed to be a representative of Rhacophorus and was nested within the R. hoanglienensis-orlovi species group.

A reversible amine-carbamate approach has been developed to reduce the use of antisolvents such as water in the coagulation of biopolymers from ionic liquid(IL)solution and thus improve the economy of IL *** and chitin were recovered from 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([C_(2)mim][OAc])solution by introducing the miscible amines triethanolamine(TEA),ethylenediamine(EdA),or butylamine(BA)and bubbling CO_(2) at 40℃ and atmospheric pressure through the solutions to form carbamate salts in situ which resulted in biopolymer *** gave the best results because of its low boiling point and low viscosity,which benefited both biopolymer recovery and IL *** films and fibers could be formed by extrusion of an MCC/[C_(2)mim]-[OAc]solution into a coagulating bath comprised of a 1:1 M mixture of[C_(2)mim][OAc]and butylammonium butylcarbamate(BA-carbamate).The cellulose,IL,amine,and CO_(2) were easily separated,although the cellulose recovered required some water washings to remove traces of *** to 96.4%of the[C_(2)mim][OAc]could be recovered,76.2%from the coagulation bath and 20.2%from the water *** recycled IL was suitable for another cycle of cellulose dissolution and extrusion and 84.6%of the IL used for the second cycle was *** further work is needed,not the least of which will be reducing the amount of water needed for washing steps,some promising features of this process point the way for new directions for more economically viable IL recycling processes in biomass treatment with ILs.

Serum matrix metalloproteinase 3 in detecting remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema syndrome: A case report

We report a case of remitting seronegative symmetrical synovitis with pitting edema(RS3 PE) syndrome in a 71-year-old woman. She referred to our hospital with finger stiffness, edema of both hands and feet, pain of bilateral shoulder, wrist, metacarpophalangeal, proximal interphalangeal, and ankle joints. Rheumatoid factor was negative, human leukocyte antigen-B7 antigen was positive. Moreover, matrix metalloproteinase 3(MMP-3) was high. She was diagnosed with RS3 PE syndrome, and treatment with prednisolone(15 mg/d) was started. One week after prednisolone treatment initiation, CRP decreased to negative, and joint pain was almost completely resolved. However, hand stiffness persisted, and MMP-3 level was still high. Thus, prednisolone dose was increased to 20 mg/d, and the stiffness resolved. Twenty days after treatment initiation, MMP-3 was normalized. MMP-3 was more indicative of RS3 PE syndrome symptoms than CRP. Thus, MMP-3 seems to be more sensitive to RS3 PE syndrome symptoms.

Mining industrial areas with anthropogenic engineering structures are one of the most distinctive features of the real world.3d models of the real world have been increasingly popular with numerous applications,such as digital twins and smart factory *** this study,3d models of mining engineering structures were built based on the CityGML *** collecting spatial data,the two most popular geospatial technologies,namely UAV-SfM and TLS were *** accuracy of the UAV survey was at the centimeter level,and it satisfied the absolute positional accuracy requirement of creat-ing all levels of detail(Lod)according to the CityGML ***,the UAV-SfM point cloud dataset was used to build Lod 2 *** addition,the comparison between the UAV-SfM and TLS sub-clouds of facades and roofs indicates that the UAV-SfM and TLS point clouds of these objects are highly consistent,therefore,point clouds with a higher level of detail and accuracy provided by the integration of UAV-SfM and TLS were used to build Lod 3 *** resulting 3d CityGML models include 39 buildings at Lod 2,and two mine shafts with hoistrooms,headframes,and sheave wheels at Lod3.

3-dimension(3-d)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment *** application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasing personalization demand and still guarantee *** paper proposes amethod to construct 3-d human models by applying deep *** calculate the location of the main slices of the human body,including the neck,chest,belly,buttocks,and the rings of the extremities,using pre-existing ***,on the positioning frame,we find the key points(fixed and unaltered)of these key slices and update these points tomatch the current *** add points to a star slice,we use a deep learning model tomimic the form of the human body at that slice *** use interpolation to produce sub-slices of different body sections based on the main slices to create complete body parts *** combine all slices to construct a full 3-d representation of the human body.

This study aims to assess and rank the service quality of the healthcare system utilizing a Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical Process(Fuzzy AHP)andGreyRelationalAnalysis(Fuzzy GRA)*** this study,the six primary characteristics of healthcare service quality,comprising Tangibles(A),Healthcare Staff(B),Responsiveness(C),Relationships(d),Support Service(E),and Accessibility(F),are examined through a case study of 20 private and public hospitals in Hanoi,*** weighting results of Fuzzy AHP technique indicated that Responsiveness(C)has the highest ranking,followed by Relationships(d)and Healthcare Staff(B).Meanwhile,Tangibility has finally comprised the next priority for increasing satisfaction with the service quality in the healthcare ***,the highest service quality rankings are top 5 private hospitals via the Fuzzy GRA ***,this proposed approach may be applied to a complex decision-making process,which often makes sense with subjective data or imprecise information.
