With the development of computers,artificial intelligence,and cognitive science,engagement in deep communication between humans and computers has become increasingly important.Therefore,affective computing is a current hot research topic.Thus,this study constructs a Physiological signal-based,Mean-threshold,and Decision-level fusion algorithm(PMD)to identify human emotional states.First,we select key features from electroencephalogram and peripheral physiological signals,and use the mean-value method to obtain the classification threshold of each participant and distinguish individual differences.Then,we employ Gaussian Naive Bayes(GNB),Linear Regression(LR),Support Vector Machine(SVM),and other classification methods to perform emotion recognition.Finally,we improve the classification accuracy by developing an ensemble model.The experimental results reveal that physiological signals are more suitable for emotion recognition than classical facial and speech signals.Our proposed mean-threshold method can solve the problem of individual differences to a certain extent,and the ensemble learning model we developed significantly outperforms other classification models,such as GNB and LR.

针对现有视频彩色化方法难以同时保证着色质量和时间一致性的问题,提出一种结合注意力机制和多尺度特征融合的视频彩色化方法AMVC-GAN。首先,提出以GAN为主体的视频彩色化网络模型,通过在GAN的生成器中设计以循环时间网络为主体的多尺度特征融合模块,来获取不同时间频率的信息;其次,为了有效地考虑相邻帧之间的关系,将不同时间频率提取的特征进行融合,加强帧与帧之间的联系,以此增强彩色化的时间一致性;最后,为了获取更多的有效信息,在主网络的上采样部分引入了注意力模块,并通过使用PatchGAN来对结果进行优化训练,以增强最终的着色效果。在DAVIS和VIDEVO数据集上与先进的全自动视频彩色化方法进行对比实验。结果表明,AMVC-GAN在多项指标上排名第一,具有更好的时间一致性和着色效果。相比于其他方法,AMVC-GAN能够有效地减少时间闪烁,同时保证着色效果更为真实、自然。

水利水电工程安全监测需要在现场布设相应传感器,引出相应电缆到测站进行数据集中采集。建筑物内部的监测仪器需要特定的安装结构,集中引出电缆可能给工程本身或多或少带来局部的影响。分析电缆接续、敷设、保护等方式,探讨混凝土坝坝基测压管的布置、管理,研究盾构隧洞的监测仪器的安装结构,提出优化措施,对超高水头的抽水蓄能电站重点部位采用横向、纵向阻水的水密电缆,从本质上消减安全监测设施给水工结构带来的潜在风险。相关经验在项目中得到成功验证,可供类似项目参考。

导引头系列产品中,非规则线缆的广泛应用、大批量需求及纯手工制作的生产特点,已满足不了导引头生产装配的自动化发展需求。针对导引头系列产品的小型化、轻量化、集成化发展趋势,需要一种新型电气互连方式来解决产品生产过程中非规则线缆制作这一瓶颈问题。利用电子组件柔性互连技术,采用刚柔结合印制板制造形式,实现了电信号在导引头内的稳定传输与可靠连接,经过抗载验证,满足了导引头抗载应用需求,达到了导引头非规则线缆自动化、批量化制作的目的。

Edge and lithium concentration effects on intercalation kinetics for graphite anodes

Graphite interfaces are an important part of the anode in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),significantly influencing Li intercalation kinetics.Graphite anodes adopt different stacking sequences depending on the concentration of the intercalated Li ions.In this work,we performed first-principles calculations to comprehensively address the energetics and dynamics of Li intercalation and Li vacancy diffusion near the no n-basal edges of graphite,namely the armchair and zigzag-edges,at high Li concentration.We find that surface effects persist in stage-Ⅱ that bind Li strongly at the edge sites.However,the pronounced effect previously identified at the zigzag edge of pristine graphite is reduced in LiC_(12),penetrating only to the subsurface site,and eventually disappearing in LiC_(6).Consequently,the distinctive surface state at the zigzag edge significantly impacts and restrains the charging rate at the initial lithiation of graphite anodes,whilst diminishes with an increasing degree of lithiation.Longer diffusion time for Li hopping to the bulk site from either the zigzag edge or the armchair edge in LiC_(6) was observed during high state of charge due to charge repulsion.Effectively controlling Li occupation and diffusion kinetics at this stage is also crucial for enhancing the charge rate.

The pore structure characteristic parameters of vuggy carbonate reservoirs were extracted,and matrix resistivity of vuggy reservoir was calculated by the percolation network simulation.A segmented cross-scale resistivity calculation method was established,in which the finite element method was used to simulate the resistivity of vuggy reservoirs.The mathematical models of vug porosity and water saturation with rock resistivity in vuggy carbonate reservoir were established,and the relationships between them were obtained.Experimental results verified the reliability of the simulation results.The method presented provides new technical means and research method for the resistivity log interpretation of vuggy carbonate reservoirs.The matrix porosity,vug porosity and matrix pore water saturation are the key factors determining the resistivity of reservoir rocks.

The multi-UAV adversary swarm defense(MUASD)problem is to defend a static base against an adversary UAV swarm by a defensive UAV swarm.Decomposing the problem into task assignment and low-level interception strategies is a widely used approach.Learning-based approaches for task assignment are a promising direction.Existing studies on learning-based methods generally assume decentralized decision-making architecture,which is not beneficial for conflict resolution.In contrast,centralized decision-making architecture is beneficial for conflict resolution while it is often detrimental to scalability.To achieve scalability and conflict resolution simultaneously,inspired by a self-attention-based task assignment method for sensor target coverage problem,a scalable centralized assignment method based on self-attention mechanism together with a defender-attacker pairwise observation preprocessing(DAP-SelfAtt)is proposed.Then,an imperative-priori conflict resolution(IPCR)mechanism is proposed to achieve conflict-free assignment.Further,the IPCR mechanism is parallelized to enable efficient training.To validate the algorithm,a variant of proximal policy optimization algorithm(PPO)is employed for training in scenarios of various scales.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm not only achieves conflict-free task assignment but also maintains scalability,and significantly improve the success rate of defense.

针对致密油藏岩石孔隙结构复杂、流体渗流阻力大、油气产量低、开发效益较差等问题,以四川盆地中部地区(简称“川中地区”)公山庙油田中侏罗统沙溪庙组一段低渗透、特低渗透致密砂岩油藏为例,在储层岩石润湿性实验基础上,开展了流体低速渗流实验、恒速水驱油实验和自发渗吸实验等多项研究。研究结果表明:①川中地区公山庙油田沙一段致密油藏的储层岩石总体上呈弱亲水性特征,在完全饱和地层水条件下的水相渗流曲线为一条直线,且经过坐标原点,地层水单相渗流符合达西定律且不存在启动压力或启动压力梯度。②在通过油驱水建立束缚水饱和度的条件下,岩石孔隙表面吸附的水膜降低了油相渗流通道,两相渗流存在贾敏效应,增加了油相渗流的附加阻力。油相低速渗流曲线不过坐标原点,存在启动压力或启动压力梯度;储层岩石的渗透率越低,启动压力或启动压力梯度越大。③驱替速度和岩石渗透率对水驱油效果有较大影响,在较高的驱替速度下,注入水在大孔道中发生指进和沿裂缝发生水窜是造成水驱油效率降低的主要原因。④岩石渗透率对渗吸驱油效果有显著影响,且裂缝样品的渗吸驱油效率大于基质样品的渗吸驱油效率。⑤对致密油藏实施大规模压裂改造,所形成的高渗透缝网可有效降低流体渗流的启动压力或启动压力梯度,再辅以单井吞吐(水油渗吸交换)的开采方式,这种组合是保证致密油藏长期稳产的重要技术措施。研究成果对致密油藏以及页岩油的开发具有重要的借鉴意义。

AN ADAPTIVE COLOR PLANE INTERPOLATION METHOD BASED ON EDGE DETECTION

In this letter, an adaptive interpolation algorithm based on edge detection is proposed. With this algorithm, all the missing green values can be reconstructed in Bayer pattern image by using edge detection interpolation method. Reconstructed images composed of green pixels are classified according to the high frequency components in image, and the threshold T needed for all kinds of green images in the edge detection is determined through experiments. The edge detection is carried out based on the one Dimensional (1D) gradient operator. If the gradient value is greater than T, this pixel is located on the edge; otherwise the pixel is in the smooth area of the image. Finally, the simple bilinear interpolation is used for the smooth area while the Laplacian interpolation with the second-order correction term is adopted to reconstruct the other red/blue values on the edge. This algorithm resolves effectively the conflicts between reconstructing high quality color image and reducing computational complexity, and thus largely enhances the processing speed for the reconstructed color image.

Cell walls in plants,particularly forest trees,are the major carbon sink of the terrestrial ecosystem.Chemical and biosynthetic features of plant cell walls were revealed early on,focusing mostly on herbaceous model species.Recent developments in genomics,transcriptomics,epigenomics,transgenesis,and associated analytical techniques are enabling novel insights into formation of woody cell walls.Here,we review multilevel regulation of cell wall biosynthesis in forest tree species.We highlight current approaches to engineering cell walls as potential feedstock for materials and energy and survey reported field tests of such engineered transgenic trees.We outline opportunities and challenges in future research to better understand cell type biogenesis for more efficient wood cell wall modification and utilization for biomaterials or for enhanced carbon capture and storage.
