BACKGROUND Hepat.cellular carcinoma(HCC)is a primary liver t.mor generally diagnosed based on radiographic *** disease is t.pically associat.d wit. increased t.mor diamet.r,mult.focalit.,and vascular *** report.a case of a pat.ent.who present.d wit. ext.ahepat.c HCC met.st.sis t. a port.caval lymph node wit. occult.hepat.c primary on comput.d t.mography(Ct..We review t.e lit.rat.re for cases of ext.ahepat.c HCC present.t.on wit.out.known hepat.c lesions and discuss st.at.gies t. different.at. bet.een met.st.t.c and ect.pic *** SUMMARY A 67-year-old male wit. remot.ly t.eat.d hepat.s C was referred for evaluat.on of an enlarging port.caval,mixed cyst.c-solid *** Ct.evaluat.ons demonst.at.d st.at.sis,but.no cirrhosis or liver *** ult.asound demonst.at.d a normal-appearing pancreas,biliary t.ee,and *** needle aspirat.on yielded at.pical *** different.al diagnosis included duodenal or pancreat.c cyst.lymphoproliferat.ve cyst.st.omal or mesenchymal lesions,nodal involvement.from gast.oint.st.nal or hemat.logic malignancy,or duodenal gast.oint.st.nal st.omal *** review by a mult.disciplinary t.mor board,t.e pat.ent.underwent.open surgical resect.on of a 5.2 cm×5.5 cm ret.operit.neal mass wit. pat.ology consist.nt.wit. moderat.ly-different.at.d *** resonance imaging(MRI)subsequent.y demonst.at.d a 1.2 cm segment.VIII hepat.c lesion wit. lat. art.rial enhancement.fat.y sparing,and int.insic t. *** fet.prot.in was 23.3 ng/*** pat.ent.was diagnosed wit. Background:t.e period following pregnancy is a crit.cal t.me window when fut.re habit. wit. respect.t. physical act.vit.(PA) and sedent.ry behavior(SB) are est.blished;t.erefore,it.warrant. *** purpose of t.is scoping review was t. summarize public healt.-orient.d count.y-specific post.art.m PA and SB guidelines ***:t. ident.t. guidelines published since 2010,we performed a(a) syst.mat.c search of 4 dat.bases(CINAHL,Global Healt.,PubMed,and SPORt.iscus),(b) st.uct.red repeat.ble web-based search separat.ly for 194 count.ies,and(c) separat. web-based *** t.e most.recent.guideline was included for each ***:We ident.fied 22 count.ies wit. public healt.-orient.d post.art.m guidelines for PA and 11 count.ies wit. SB *** cont.nent. wit. guidelines included Europe(n=12),Asia(n=5),Oceania(n=2),Africa(n=1),Nort. America(n=1),and Sout. America(n=1).t.e most.common benefit. recorded for PA included weight.cont.ol/management.n=10),reducing t.e risk of post.art.m depression or depressive sympt.ms(n=9),and improving mood/well-being(n=8).Post.art.m guidelines specified exercises t. engage in,including pelvic floor exercises(n=17);muscle st.engt.ening,weight.t.aining,or resist.nce exercises(n=13);aerobics/general aerobic act.vit.(n=13);walking(n=11);cycling(n=9);and swimming(n=9).Eleven guidelines remarked on t.e int.ract.on bet.een PA and breast.eeding;several guidelines st.t.d t.at.PA did not.impact.breast.milk quant.t.(n=7),breast.milk qualit.(n=6),or infant.growt.(n=3).For SB,suggest.ons included limit.ng long-t.rm sit.ing and int.rrupt.ng sit.ing wit. ***:Count.y-specific post.art.m guidelines for PA and SB can help promot. healt.y behaviors using a cult.rally appropriat. cont.xt.while providing specific guidance t. public healt. pract.t.oners.
