Rock slope hazard assessment is an important part of risk analysis for open pit *** main parameters that can lead to rock slope failures are the parameters traditionally used in geomechanical classifications,the slope geometrical parameters and external factors like rainfall and *** paper presents a methodology for a hazard assessment system for open pit mine slopes based on 88 cases collated around the world using principal components analysis,discriminant analysis and confidence *** historical cases used in this study included copper,gold,iron,diamond,lead and zinc,platinum and claystone *** variables used in the assessment methodology are uniaxial compressive strength of intact rock;spacing,persistence,opening,roughness,infilling and orientation of the main discontinuity set;weathering of the rock mass;groundwater;blasting method;and height and inclination of the *** principal component analysis was used to quantify the data,the discriminant analysis was used to establish a rule to classify new slopes about its stability *** provide a practical hazard assessment system,confidence ellipses were used to propose a hazard graph and generate the *** discriminant rule developed in this research has a high discrimination capacity with an error rate of 11.36%.

猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)是套式病毒目冠状病毒属的成员。可以感染各个年龄的猪,对2周龄以下的仔猪致死率为100%,对2～6个月的仔猪致死率为25～30%。TGE感染的症状包括呕吐、腹泻、体重减轻和严重脱水。TGEV可经过粪-口途径在农场迅速蔓延,从而给养猪业造成巨大的经济损失。目前暂无针对TGEV的特效药,因此筛选并设计一个抗TGEV的化学药物具有广泛的市场和临床应用价值。本研究基于一个由978种化合物组成的药物库,来筛选TGEV特效抑制剂。从这个库中,我们筛选出6个有潜在抑制作用的化合物,其中有2个被发现对TGEV有显著抑制效果。这两个化合物可以作为TGEV治疗的潜在候选药物。主要结果如下:1、建立TGEV抑制剂的高通量筛选模型筛选TGEV抑制剂的细胞模型是基于细胞接种密度、检测时间、病毒感染剂量和DMSO浓度对于细胞活力的影响而建立的。将PK-15细胞进行传代,细胞接种密度调整为5 × 104个/mL,接种于96孔板培养14h。接下来用不同浓度的化合物处理细胞1h,然后加入0.1MOI的病毒。细胞活力于120h后检测。整个实验中,DMSO的浓度等于或小于2%。第一轮筛选和第二轮筛选将范围缩小为6种化合物,经过第三轮筛选后缩小为2种。2、验证化合物对TGEV的抑制效果6种化合物分别作用于PK-15,检测不同浓度化合物针对TGEV的抑制效率。结果表明,甲磺酸阿帕替尼和阿曲汀这两种化合物的抑制率高于60%。通过细胞毒性实验检测化合物的CC50表明,此外,通过WB和IFA检测TGEV蛋白在感染细胞中的表达时,每种化合物都摸索了最有效的浓度。实验结果表明TGEV-N蛋白的表达随着化合物浓度的增加而降低。因此,这两种化合物都表现了明显的抗病毒效果。3、化合物抑制TGEV机制的初步研究为了研究两种化合物抑制TGEV的机制,对药物在病毒4个阶段中的作用进行了分析:预处理细胞阶段,预吸附阶段,吸附阶段和吸附后阶段。细胞上清液通过不同浓度的病毒滴度来测定,结果显示25μM的甲磺酸阿帕替尼在预处理细胞阶段最有效,而50μM的阿曲汀在吸附阶段更有效,且预吸附阶段也有一定效果。4、初步研究甲磺酸阿帕替尼对TGEV细胞受体的影响先前研究表明,甲磺酸阿帕替尼可以通过血管内皮生长因子受体2(VEGEFR2)来调节APN/CD13蛋白的表达。我们用不同浓度的甲磺酸阿帕替尼和TGEV处理细胞并用WB检测APN的表达量,结果显示,当化合物浓度升高时,APN的表达水平下降。

Optoelectronic devices are advantageous in in-memory light sensing for visual information processing,recognition,and storage in an energy-efficient ***,in-memory light sensors have been proposed to improve the energy,area,and time efficiencies of neuromorphic computing *** study is primarily focused on the development of a single sensing-storage-processing node based on a two-terminal solution-processable MoS2 metal-oxide-semiconductor(MOS)charge-trapping memory structure—the basic structure for charge-coupled devices(CCD)—and showing its suitability for in-memory light sensing and artificial visual *** memory window of the device increased from 2.8 V to more than 6V when the device was irradiated with optical lights of different wavelengths during the program ***,the charge retention capability of the device at a high temperature(100 ℃)was enhanced from 36 to 64%when exposed to a light wavelength of 400 *** larger shift in the threshold voltage with an increasing operating voltage confirmed that more charges were trapped at the Al_(2)O_(3)/MoS_(2) interface and in the MoS_(2) layer.A small convolutional neural network was proposed to measure the optical sensing and electrical programming abilities of the *** array simulation received optical images transmitted using a blue light wavelength and performed inference computation to process and recognize the images with 91%*** study is a significant step toward the development of optoelectronic MOS memory devices for neuromorphic visual perception,adaptive parallel processing networks for in-memory light sensing,and smart CCD cameras with artificial visual perception capabilities.

The contribution of chronic peripheral inflammation to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases is an outstanding question. Sustained activation of the peripheral innate and adaptive immune systems occurs in the context of a broad array of disorders ranging from chronic infectious diseases to autoimmune and metabolic diseases. In addition, progressive systemic inflammation is increasingly recognized during aging. Peripheral immune cells could potentially modulate the cellular brain environment via the secretion of soluble molecules. There is an ongoing debate whether peripheral immune cells have the potential to migrate into the brain under certain permissive circumstances. In this perspective, we discuss the possible contribution of chronic peripheral inflammation to the pathogenesis of age-related neurodegenerative diseases with a focus on microglia, the resident immune cells of the brain parenchyma.

In the last years,and for several years,Argentina has managed to position itself as one of the main countries producing（7,310 million metric tons soybean oil in 2017/18）and exporting（4,133 million metric tons soybean oil in 2017/18）soybeans and their byproducts（crude soybean oil,bio-fuel,etc.）in the world,always ranking in the first World-wide positions with the United States and *** the other hand,China,with its population number growing year after year as well as its vibrant and dynamic economy,has become the most important consumer（16,550 million metric tons of soybean oil 2017/2018）and importer（546 million metric tons of crude soybean oil in2017/18）country of soybean products and *** purpose of this research is to analyze the development of the Sino-Argentine commercial relationship in recent years,focusing on the competitiveness of Argentine crude soybean oil in the Chinese market,this thesis has been divided into five chapters analyzing bilateral trade between Argentina and China,conducting an analysis and diagnosis of competitiveness of soybean oil of Argentine origin in the Chinese country market,and presenting opportunities and challenges facing the relationship of these two *** research finds that economic and trade development between Argentina and China is indispensable as both undisputed agricultural partners and that there will be new possibilities for further developing the bilateral relationship in the *** order to continue this win-win relationship,both countries will have to study in detail new ways and mechanisms to innovate in economic and production matters.

The presence of dome-and-keel provinces in Archean cratons has been connected with the initiation of plate tectonics on Earth as these features are most commonly observed in Archean *** Quadrilátero Ferrífero in Brazil has been identified as a Paleoproterozoic dome-and-keel province for more than three *** prevailing model suggests that it formed during the Rhyacian Transamazonian orogeny,making it unique among dome-and-keel ***,a lack of appropriate lithologies,datable minerals and the metamorphic overprint of later orogenesis has resulted in a cryptic metamorphic record for the formation of this dome-and-keel province.A clinopyroxene-bearing migmatite from the core of the Bacao dome has peak P-T conditions of 5-7 kbar and 700-750 ℃ and a published age of ca.2730 Ma based on U-Pb ages of zircon from leucosomes,suggesting that this age represents the migmatisation event.A fine-grained epidote-albite-titanite assemblage overprints the coarse-grained clinopyroxene and amphibole,giving P-T conditions of 8-9 kbar and 550℃ with an associated titanite age of ca.2050 Ma.A garnet-bearing amphibolite sample also from the core of the dome has peak P-T conditions of 7-8 kbar and 650-700℃,and texturally late titanite from this sample produces an age of ca.2060 *** additional samples were collected from the edges of the dome.A garnet-gedrite bearing felsic schist produces peak P-T conditions of 8-9 kbar and 650-700℃ on a clockwise P-T *** sample has a U-Pb zircon age of ca.2775 Ma,which could date metamorphism or be the age of its volcaniclastic *** unconstrained titanite from the sample gives an age of ca.2040 Ma.A garnet-bearing amphibolite that occurs as a boudin within the felsic schist gives both zircon and titanite ages of ca.2050 Ma and has peak P-T conditions of 5-6 kbar and 650-700 ℃ on a near isobaric P-T *** amphibolite dike,observed to cross-cut the felsic schist produces a zircon U-Pb age of ca.2760 Ma

Multiple source provenance of sediments and submarine fan formation are herein investigated based on Quaternary sandy barriers of the Brazilian Southernmost Coastal ***-ICP-MS dating on 1625 detrital zircons from marine and aeolian facies sands of four successive lagoon-barrier systems are *** characterization of Archean to Pleistocene zircons into a younger Andean(22±4 Ma to 1±1 Ma,48 from 1625),Mesozoic to Paleozoic,and Mesoproterozoic(479 from 1622)populations suggest that the main feeding of sediments to the coastal plain occurred through the La Plata River drainage *** significant contribution of sediments is transported from the mouth of La Plata River northward by longshore circulation(littoral drift).Minor contributions are also recognized as.a farther source associatedwith the Patagonia drainage and nearby source related to the Uruguay/Rio Grande do Sul Shield and the ParanáBasin,drained by the Camaquãand Jacuí*** latter one is recognized by the contribution fromNeoproterozoic to Early Paleozoic,and some Paleoproterozoic and Archean zircon *** definition of the sources of clastic sediments allows inferences about the origination of Rio Grande Fan where both the cold Falkland and the warm Brazil currents played a major role.
