红外热成像技术广泛应用于SF6气体泄漏检测,具有非接触、直观性强、响应快速等优点,然而传统红外成像式检漏仪无法进行气体泄漏量定量测量。为实现非接触式红外泄漏成像的定量检测,该研究提出了一种基于双波段红外成像的气体泄漏检测方法,利用改进ViBe算法进行泄漏气体云团的定位,通过气体吸收波段和非吸收波段间的双波段差分分析,量化给出SF6气体泄漏量。研究结果表明,差分检测能够较好地消除气体泄漏处背景辐射影响,检测结果与真值的决定系数达到0.8,误差均值为14.3%,能够实现对30ppm×m泄漏量的定量检测。相对于传统的SF6气体红外成像泄漏检测方法,双波段红外差分成像方法在进行泄漏位置检测的同时,实现了泄漏量的量化检测。

On July 27, 2022, a high-precision system for measuring the magnetic field based on a coherent population trapping magnetometer（referred to as the CPT system） was launched onboard the Space Advanced Technology demonstration satellite（SATech-01） by a ZK-1A rocket. The payload comprises a scalar coherent population trapping magnetometer（CPTM）, triaxial anisotropic magnetoresistance magnetometer（AMRM）, and nano star tracker mounted on a non-magnetic telescopic tubular mast. This configuration enables synchronized measurement of scalar and vector geomagnetic fields, as well as the attitude,making the payload with its compact sensors suitable for applications on miniature satellite platforms. On November 7, 2022,the novel telescopic tubular mast was deployed in orbit, extending to a length of 5.28 m. The CPTM, an absolute scalar magnetometer with an omnidirectional sensor, is the first China-developed quantum/atomic magnetometer successfully operating in space. In orbit, the CPTM has sensitivity of ～10 pT/Hz1/2and can automatically operate under complex magnetic field variations. The difference between the scalar fields obtained using the CPTM and CHAOS model has a mean deviation of–3.73 n T and a standard deviation of 26.11 nT（1σ）, without on-orbit calibration or correction. The miniaturized AMRM has a sensitivity of ～0.3 n T/Hz1/2and maintains stable and reliable operation in orbit. The low-power and miniaturized nano star tracker has a measurement uncertainty of 14.23″（1σ） in orbit. The mission has realized the on-orbit technical verification of the integrated and synchronized detection of the vector magnetic field and attitude and fully validated the system's performance,automation level, and reliability.

Cylinder-like in-situ AI/24Si FGMs were produced by using electromagnetic separating process. Si primary phase reinforced layer with volume fraction as high as 16 pct was formed at the outer region of the cylinder-like samples where the local hardness and wear resistance were enhanced remarkably. Moreover, both of strength and ductility in the inner region provided insurance of reliable strength for this as-cast gradient material. It indicated that general mechanical properties such as good wear resistance at the outer region and good ductility in the central part could be obtained with the optimized redistribution of the Si primary particles under the electromagnetic force.

早期准确检测、鉴定致病病原体对于感染性疾病流行病学监测、防控及诊治至关重要。与传统方法相比,二代测序技术(NGS)具有显著的优势。一方面其检测速度更快更准确,缩短诊断时间;另一方面,二代测序技术不仅可以识别病原体,还可以进一步表征微生物组,识别耐药基因及毒力因子。因此,其在感染性疾病尤其是可能引起广泛传播的呼吸道传染病诊治防控领域有着重要作用。本文简要介绍NGS技术及其目前在感染性疾病中的诊治应用,以及展望其未来应用。

At 8 weeks after intragastric administration of icariin to senescence-accelerated mice （P8 strain）, Morris water maze results showed that escape latency was shortened, and the number of platform crossings was increased. Immunohistochemical staining and western blot assay detected significantly increased levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein These results suggest that icariin upregulates phosphorylated cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein levels and improves learning and memory functions in hippocampus of the senescence-accelerated mouse.

Biogeotextiles can be used to facilitate the formation of vegetation cover and to reduce soil *** have demonstrated that only biogeotextile or vegetation cover can greatly reduce soil ***, information about the effects of the combination of biogeotextile and vegetation cover on soil erosion is still limited, despite that the combination is the commonly practical form for bare road slope protection. Experimental plots, consisting of a relatively loose surface layer and a compacted sublayer,were constructed using movable soil-bin trolleys（200 × 100 × 40 cm3） filled with silt loam sieved through 1-cm screen. The plots were seeded with a seed mixture of tall fescue（Festuca elata Keng ex ***） and alfalfa（Medicago sativa L.） as a grass-legume regime. Then the plots were covered with three types of biogeotextile, i.e., coir blanket（CB）, mixed coir-straw blanket（MB）, and straw blanket（SB）.A bare slope（BS） was constructed as the control experiment. Irrigation was applied to ensure vegetation germination and growth. Plant characteristics were measured after every 20 days. Laboratory simulated rainfall of 71 mm/h intensity was applied to each plot for 60 min after 20, 40, and 60 days. Surface runoff and sediment were collected every 5 min during rainfall. The results showed that the MB and SB promoted increased total emergence density of plants by 47% and 23%, respectively, compared to case of vegetation growth without biogeotextiles. The dense structure of the CB impeded the emergence of alfalfa, leading to 9% lower total emergence density. Compared with bare slope（0 day BS）, biogeotextiles increased runoff by 3%（MB）-19%（CB） and reduced erosion by 96%（MB and SB）-98%（CB）. After 60 days,vegetation cover reduced runoff by 54% and reduced erosion by 81% compared with the BS case. The combination of biogeotextile and vegetation cover reduced runoff by 44%（CB）-62%（SB） and reduced erosion by no less than 99% compared to the BS case. Compared with biogeo
