Facile intercalation of alkali ions in WOfor modulated electronic and optical properties: Implications for artificial synapses and chromogenic application

tungsten oxides(WO3) are widely recognized as multifunctional systems owing to the existence of rich polymorphs. these diverse phases exhibit distinct octahedra-tilting patterns, generating substantial tunnels that are ideally suited for ***, a quantitat.v. comprehension regarding the impact of distinct phases on the kinetics of intercalated conducting ions remains lacking. Herein, we employ first-principles calculations to explore the spatial and orientational correlations of ion transport in γ-and h-WO3, shedding light on the relationship between diffusion barriers and the size of the conducting ions. Our findings reveal that different types and concentrations of alkali-metals induce distinct and continuous lattice distortions in WO3polymorphs. Specifically, γ-WO3is more appropriate to accommodate Li+ions, exhibiting a diffusion barrier and coefficient of0.25 e v and 9.31×10-8cm2s-1, respect.v.ly. Conversely, h-WO3features unidirectional and sizeable tunnels that facilitate the transport of K+ions with an even lower barrier and a high coefficient of 0.11 ev and 2.12×10-5cm2s-1, respect.v.ly. Furthermore, the introduction of alkali-metal into WO3tunnels tends to introduce n-type conduct.v.ty by contributing s-electrons to the unoccupied W 5d states, resulting in enhanced conduct.v.ty and tunable electronic structures. these alkali metals in WO3tunnels are prone to charge transfer, forming small polaronic states and modulating the light absorption in the visible and nearinfrared regions. these tunable electronic and optical properties, combined with the high diffusion coefficient, underscore the potential of WO3in applications such as artificial synapses and chromogenic devices.

Diagnostic value of Endoscopic Ultrasound in Staging Rectal Cancer

天然裂缝是致密碳酸盐岩气藏重要的储集空间和渗流通道,定量预测其发育程度与分布规律、揭示主控地质因素,对气藏开发具有重要实践意义。本文以四川盆地中部乐山—龙女寺古隆起的高石梯地区灯影组致密碳酸盐岩储层为研究对象,在裂缝参数表征基础上建立应力场-能量-裂缝参数的计算模型,结合多期裂缝叠加算法定量预测裂缝发育分布规律,并重点分析了岩性、断层和构造形态对裂缝发育的影响。结果表明:①高石梯地区灯影组储层裂缝表现为张剪缝为主、高角度缝、半充填特征,裂缝优势走向为NW-SE与近N-S方向,裂缝密度在0~2条/m,高值区主要分布在断层带及中部地区;②高石梯地区的天然裂缝长度与裂缝密度呈负指数幂关系,裂缝发育具层间差异性,灰岩储层的缝发育程度高,泥岩对裂缝延伸具阻挡作用;③裂缝发育规模及产状发育受断层、褶皱影响显著,断层周围裂缝密度大、开度大、长度小,剪切缝与走滑断层近于平行或呈低角度,张性缝与主走滑断层呈高角度;褶皱主要通过构造曲率影响裂缝开度,弯曲变形程度高的构造部位裂缝开度大,翼部变形小,裂缝开度小。研究成果可为研究区及其他类似地质条件地区气藏高效勘探开发提供参考与借鉴。

A study of the inelastic scattering of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 Mev on the nuclei of oxygen,phosphorus,and sulfur was performed at the tANGRA facility at JINR(Dubna).the experiment aimed to refine existing data and obtain new data on the yields and angular distributions ofγ-quanta emitted by the studied nuclei due to neutron-induced nuclear reactions using the tagged neutron *** types of detector systems were used to registerγ-***γ-ray yields were measured using a high-purity germanium(HPGe)*** angular distributions ofγ-rays were obtained using a system of 18 scintillation detectors based on bismuth germanite Bi_(4)Ge_(3)O_(12)(BGO)located around the *** performed experiments measured the yields of two transitions for the reaction of tagged neutrons with 16O,nine transitions for the reaction with ^(31)P,and nine transitions for the reaction with ^(32)S for the first *** angular anisotropy of theγ-radiation accompanying the inelastic scattering of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 Mev on ^(31)P nuclei was also measured for the first time.

融合先验物理知识的深度时空序列预测方法通常使用偏微分方程(PDE)进行建模,这种做法通常存在两大问题:(1)偏微分方程的近似精度低;(2)无法在循环网络中有效捕捉多种空间尺度的时空特征和时空序列的边缘相关空间信息。为此,该文提出了融合泰勒微分的卷积循环神经网络(tDI-CRNN)。首先,为了提高高阶偏微分方程的近似精度并缓解偏微分方程应用的局限性,设计了一种多阶泰勒近似物理模块。该模块首先使用泰勒展开式对输入序列作微分逼近,再将不同阶数之间的微分卷积层使用微分系数耦合,最后动态调整泰勒展开结果的截断阶数与微分项数。其次,为了捕获循环网络隐藏状态的多种空间尺度特征并更好地捕捉时空序列的边缘相关空间信息,设计了一种多尺度注意力循环模块(MSARM),在该模块的多尺度卷积空间注意力UNet(即MCSA-UNet)的卷积层中使用了多尺度卷积和空间注意力机制,目的是关注时空序列的局部空间区域。在Moving MNISt,KtH以及CIKM数据集上开展了大量实验,Moving MNISt数据集的均方误差(MSE)指标下降到42.7,结构相似性指数(SSIM)提高到0.912;KtH数据集的SSIM和峰值信噪比(PSNR)分别提高到0.882和29.03;CIKM数据集上的临界成功指数(CSI)提高到0.515。最终的可视化和定量预测结果均验证了tDI-CRNN模型的合理性和有效性。
