The proteolytic degradation of the photodamaged D1 core subunit during the photosystemⅡ(PSⅡ)repair cycle is well understood,but chlorophyll turnover during D1 degradation remains ***,we report that Arabidopsis thaliana CHLOROPHYLLASE 1(CLH1)plays important roles in the PSII repair *** abundance of CLH1 and CLH2 peaks in young leaves and is induced by high-light *** of clh1 single and clh1-1/2-2 double mutants display increased photoinhibition after long-term high-light exposure,whereas seedlings overexpressing CLH1 have enhanced light tolerance compared with the wild ***1 is localized in the developing chloroplasts of young leaves and associates with the PSⅡ-dismantling complexes RCC1 and RC47,with a preference for the latter upon exposure to high ***,degradation of damaged D1 protein is retarded in young clh1-1/2-2 leaves after 18-h highlight exposure but is rescued by the addition of recombinant CLH1 in ***,overexpression of CLH1 in a variegated mutant(var2~2)that lacks thylakoid protease FtsH2,with which CLH1 interacts,suppresses the variegation and restores D1 degradation.A var2-2 clh1-1/2-2triple mutant shows more severe variegation and seedling *** together,these results establish CLH1 as a long-sought chlorophyll dephytylation enzyme that is involved in PSⅡrepair and functions in long-term adaptation of young leaves to high-light exposure by facilitating FtsH-mediated D1 degradation.

Multi-model ensemble learning for battery state-of-health estimation:Recent advances and perspectives

The burgeoning market for lithium-ion batteries has stimulated a growing need for more reliable battery performance monitoring. Accurate state-of-health(SOH) estimation is critical for ensuring battery operational performance. Despite numerous data-driven methods reported in existing research for battery SOH estimation, these methods often exhibit inconsistent performance across different application scenarios. To address this issue and overcome the performance limitations of individual data-driven models,integrating multiple models for SOH estimation has received considerable attention. Ensemble learning(EL) typically leverages the strengths of multiple base models to achieve more robust and accurate outputs. However, the lack of a clear review of current research hinders the further development of ensemble methods in SOH estimation. Therefore, this paper comprehensively reviews multi-model ensemble learning methods for battery SOH estimation. First, existing ensemble methods are systematically categorized into 6 classes based on their combination strategies. Different realizations and underlying connections are meticulously analyzed for each category of EL methods, highlighting distinctions, innovations, and typical applications. Subsequently, these ensemble methods are comprehensively compared in terms of base models, combination strategies, and publication trends. Evaluations across 6 dimensions underscore the outstanding performance of stacking-based ensemble methods. Following this, these ensemble methods are further inspected from the perspectives of weighted ensemble and diversity, aiming to inspire potential approaches for enhancing ensemble performance. Moreover, addressing challenges such as base model selection, measuring model robustness and uncertainty, and interpretability of ensemble models in practical applications is emphasized. Acceptor concentration dependent Fo?rster resonance energy transfer in nanocrystal-molecule complexes revealed by spectral analysis

A nanocrystal-molecule complex composed of CdSe donor and Rhodamine B (RhB) acceptor is prepared to investigate the effect of accepter-donor ratio on the Fo?rster resonance energy transfer (FRET) process. To highlight the FRET process， the energy level alignment between CdSe and RhB is purposefully designed and CdSe nanocrystal is coated with a wide band-gap ZnS shell. The carrier dynamics is observed via combined spectral analysis. The results reveal clear FRET process between the CdSe donor and RhB acceptor. The FRET is enhanced by increasing RhB/CdSe ratio and a gradual saturation will be present at high RhB concentration.

钢中马氏体在回火转变中所引起的内耗峰

用扭摆测量淬硬碳钢的内耗,当测量温度由室温渐渐升高时,在130℃附近有一个内耗峰出现。当温度达到170℃后再降温测量,这个内耗峰完全消逝不见。上述的现象在含碳0.29％到1.4％的几种淬硬碳钢和淬硬滚珠钢中都曾经看到。由内耗峰的出现可以认为马氏体在第一个回火阶段中的转变产物（ε-碳化铁）与母体具有共格性,由于共格界面的应力感生运动而引起内耗。曾用具有马氏体组织的0.25％碳钢试样作实验,没有观测到上述的内耗峰。但是当回火温度达到280-300℃以后,在降温或升温测量中都观测到一个内耗峰（在150℃附近）。这表示低碳马氏体在第三个回火阶段中的转变产物与母体具有共格性。但是由于这个内耗峰的表现与上述高碳试样的内耗峰不同,所以我们认为这转变产物并不是ε-碳化铁。

Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

Developing advanced stealth devices to cope with radar-infrared(IR)fusion detection and diverse application scenarios is increasingly demanded,which faces significant challenges due to conflicting microwave and IR cloaking mechanisms and functional integration ***,we propose a multiscale hierarchical structure design,integrating wrinkled MXene IR shielding layer and flexible Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS microwave absorption *** top wrinkled MXene layer induces the intensive diffuse reflection effect,shielding IR radiation signals while allowing microwave to pass ***,the permeable microwaves are assimilated into the bottom Fe_(3)O_(4)@C/PDMS layer via strong magneto-electric *** theoretical and experimental optimization,the assembled stealth devices realize a near-perfect stealth capability in both X-band(8–12 GHz)and long-wave infrared(8–14μm)wavelength ***,it delivers a radar cross-section reduction of−20 dB m^(2),a large apparent temperature modulation range(ΔT=70℃),and a low average IR emissivity of ***,the optimal device demonstrates exceptional curved surface conformability,self-cleaning capability(contact angle≈129°),and abrasion resistance(recovery time≈5 s).This design strategy promotes the development of multispectral stealth technology and reinforces its applicability and durability in complex and hostile environments.

IoT Empowered Early Warning of Transmission Line Galloping Based on Integrated Optical Fiber Sensing and Weather Forecast Time Series Data

Iced transmission line galloping poses a significant threat to the safety and reliability of power systems,leading directly to line tripping,disconnections,and power *** early warning methods of iced transmission line galloping suffer from issues such as reliance on a single data source,neglect of irregular time series,and lack of attention-based closed-loop feedback,resulting in high rates of missed and false *** address these challenges,we propose an Internet of Things(IoT)empowered early warning method of transmission line galloping that integrates time series data from optical fiber sensing and weather ***,the method applies a primary adaptive weighted fusion to the IoT empowered optical fiber real-time sensing data and weather forecast data,followed by a secondary fusion based on a Back Propagation(BP)neural network,and uses the K-medoids algorithm for clustering the fused ***,an adaptive irregular time series perception adjustment module is introduced into the traditional Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)network,and closed-loop feedback based on attentionmechanism is employed to update network parameters through gradient feedback of the loss function,enabling closed-loop training and time series data prediction of the GRU network ***,considering various types of prediction data and the duration of icing,an iced transmission line galloping risk coefficient is established,and warnings are categorized based on this ***,using an IoT-driven realistic dataset of iced transmission line galloping,the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated through multi-dimensional simulation scenarios.

Sky location of massive black hole binaries in the foreground of Galactic white dwarf binaries

For space-based gravitational wave （GW） detection,the main noise source for massive black hole binaries （MBHBs） is attributed to approximately 10～7double white dwarf binaries in the *** a GW source,the amplitude of the detector response,recorded by a space-based gravitational wave detector,exhibits a modulation effect with a year period when observing the source from various orbital *** the adverse conditions mentioned above,where there is a strong foreground noise and annual modulation in the signals,we employed the wavelet transform and the strong-amplitude relevant orbital position search methods,which allows the weak MBHB sources to achieve higher locating *** detail,for two MBHB sources of lower intensity,the precision of luminosity distance,represented by the ratio ?DL/DLat the 95%confidence level,is enhanced by factors of ～*** angular resolutions,denoted by??s,are enhanced by a factor of ～*** improvements increase the number of detectable GW sources,facilitate multi-messenger follow-up observations and provide constraints on the cosmological constant.

Force and impulse multi-sensor based on flexible gate dielectric field effect transistor

Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric MoS_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).The applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.
