融合显隐式反馈的协同过滤推荐模型

融合显式和隐式反馈已被应用于提升推荐模型的性能,但是,现有的此类推荐模型未能保留显式反馈中反映用户偏好程度的信息,且现有研究认为拥有显式反馈的数据和仅拥有隐式反馈的数据对于模型具有同等影响,未能充分发挥显式反馈的优势.针对这些问题,提出一种新的融合显式和隐式反馈的协同过滤推荐模型(CEICF).首先,所提出模型提取显式反馈中的特征得到用户/物品的全局偏好向量;然后,从隐式反馈中提取用户/物品的潜在向量,进而将两种向量进行融合得到用户/物品的偏好向量;最后,使用神经网络预测用户与物品交互的可能性.在训练模型时,定义一种加权的二进制交叉熵损失函数,加强显式反馈对模型的影响来增强模型捕获用户偏好的能力.为了验证所提出模型的有效性,在覆盖不同领域的现实数据集上进行实验,实验结果表明,CEICF可有效地融合显式和隐式反馈,且推荐效果相对于基线模型有显著提升.

AIM:To explore the usage of choroidal thickness measured by swept-source optical coherence tomography(SS-OCT)to detect myopic macular degeneration(MMD)in high myopic participants.METHODS:Participants with bilateral high myopia(≤−6 diopters)were recruited from a subset of the Guangzhou Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center-Brien Holden Vision Institute High Myopia Cohort Study.SS-OCT was performed to determine the choroidal thickness,and myopic maculopathy was graded by the International Meta-Analysis for Pathologic Myopia(META-PM)Classiﬁcation.Presence of MMD was defined as META-PM category 2 or above.RESULTS:A total of 568 right eyes were included for analysis.Eyes with MMD(n=106,18.7%)were found to have older age,longer axial lengths(AL),higher myopic spherical equivalents(SE),and reduced choroidal thickness in each Early Treatment Diabetic Retinopathy Study(ETDRS)grid sector(Pouter nasal sectors was the most accurate indicator of MMD(AUC of 0.928 and 0.923,respectively).An outer nasal sector choroidal thickness of less than 74μm demonstrated the highest odds of predicting MMD(OR=33.8).CONCLUSION:Choroidal thickness detects the presence of MMD with high agreement,particularly of the inner and outer nasal sectors of the posterior pole,which appears to be a biometric parameter more precise than age,AL,or SE.

Introduction: Sleep disorders among professional drivers are a major road safety problem. They cause fatigue and drowsiness at the wheel, which can lead to road traffic accidents and even accidents at work. The aim of this study was to assess sleep disorders among professional drivers of oil tankers in ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Methods: This was a descriptive and analytical cross-sectional study carried out from 11 April 2020 to 11 September 2020 in the national hydrocarbon company’s fuel depot. All the drivers present at the time were included and accomplished a questionnaire incorporating the commonly scales using to assess sleep disorders, sleep quality and sleep apnoea. Data analysis using R 3.6.1 software enabled to perform univariate and multivariate analyses to identify associated factors. Adjusted odd ratios were used to measure the strength of association. The significance level chosen was p ≤ 0.05. Results: All the 339 respondents were male. A proportion of 33.6% suffered from insomnia, including 12.7% with moderate to severe insomnia, and 18.58% were at risk of sleep apnoea. On the Epworth scale, 26.6% of drivers showed sleep debt and 4.1% excessive daytime sleepiness. The risk factors associated with insomnia were the use of psychostimulants. A history of diabetes and insomnia were risk factors associated with sleep apnoea syndrome. Conclusion: The prevalence of sleep disturbance and insomnia among the respondents were 52.2% and 33.6% respectively. Use of psychostimulants was the identified risk factor. The prevalence of SAS was 4.72%, with diabetes and insomnia as associated factors.

Under the current context of climate change, supplementary irrigation may be needed for crop production resilience. We determined the effects of supplementary irrigation on sorghum grain yield in the dry Savannah region of Togo. A two-year trial was conducted in a controlled environment at AREJ, an agro-ecological center in Cinkassé. The plant material was sorghum variety Sorvato 28. The experimental design was a Completely Randomized Block with three replications and three treatments as follows: T0 control plot (rainfed conditions);T1 (supplementary irrigation from flowering to grain filling stage) and T2 (supplementary irrigation from planting to grain filling stage). Two irrigation techniques (furrow and Californian system) were used under each watering treatment. The results showed that irrigation technique significantly affected panicle length with no effect on 1000 grains mass. Panicle length and grain yields varied from 15.59 to 25.71 cm and 0.0 to 2.06 t∙h−1, respectively, with the highest values (25.66 cm and 2.06 t∙h−1, respectively) under the T2 treatment with the California system-based supplementary irrigation. The comparison of results obtained on treatment T0 and T2, shows that supplementary irrigation increased the yields by at least 68.62%. Supplementary irrigation during sowing and growing season (T2) improved sorghum yields in the dry savannahs of Togo, with a better performance of the California irrigation system.

枸杞子-丹参诱导穆勒细胞重编程治疗视网膜色素变性的实验研究

探讨滋阴活血明目药对枸杞子-丹参(Lycii Fructus-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, LFSMR)抑制穆勒细胞(Müller cell,MC)胶质化,促进MC重编程转分化为视网膜神经细胞治疗视网膜色素变性(retinitis pigmentosa, RP)的效应及机制。将12只C57小鼠作为正常对照组,48只转基因RP(rd10)小鼠随机分为模型组、阳性对照组和LFSMR低、高剂量组,每组12只。HE染色检测视网膜病理改变,视网膜电图检测视网膜功能,眼底光学相干断层扫描检测视网膜厚度并进行眼底照相,激光散斑灌注成像检测视网膜局部血流,数字PCR检测视网膜神经细胞相关基因表达,免疫荧光法检测视网膜神经细胞相关蛋白表达。LFSMR可明显改善rd10小鼠视网膜病理改变;LFSMR可明显增加小鼠视网膜a波和b波振幅;LFSMR可显著增加小鼠视网膜厚度;LFSMR可明显恢复RP病变过程小鼠眼底损伤;LFSMR可显著提升RP病变过程小鼠视网膜血流量;LFSMR可显著抑制RP发病过程胶质纤维酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein, GFAP)mRNA表达,上调性别决定域Y链蛋白2(sex determining region Y box protein 2, SOX2)、双链复合蛋白6(paired box protein 6, Pax6)、视紫红质(rhodopsin)、蛋白激酶C-α(protein kinase C-α, PKCα)、突触融合蛋白(syntaxin)、胸腺细胞抗原1.1(thymic cell antigen 1.1, Thy1.1)mRNA表达;LFSMR可显著抑制GFAP蛋白表达,提升SOX2、Pax6、rhodopsin、PKCα、syntaxin、Thy1.1蛋白表达。LFSMR可逆转rd10小鼠视网膜病理改变,改善视网膜功能和眼底表现,增加视网膜厚度,提升视网膜局部血流量,发挥治疗RP的效应。LFSMR的作用机制可能与抑制穆勒细胞胶质化,促进穆勒细胞重编程转分化为各类视网膜神经细胞有关。

Early identification and treatment of stroke can greatly improve patient outcomes and quality of life.Although clinical tests such as the Cincinnati Pre-hospital Stroke Scale(CPSS)and the Face Arm Speech Test(FAST)are commonly used for stroke screening,accurate administration is dependent on specialized training.In this study,we proposed a novel multimodal deep learning approach,based on the FAST,for assessing suspected stroke patients exhibiting symptoms such as limb weakness,facial paresis,and speech disorders in acute settings.We collected a dataset comprising videos and audio recordings of emergency room patients performing designated limb movements,facial expressions,and speech tests based on the FAST.We compared the constructed deep learning model,which was designed to process multi-modal datasets,with six prior models that achieved good action classification performance,including the I3D,SlowFast,X3D,TPN,TimeSformer,and MViT.We found that the findings of our deep learning model had a higher clinical value compared with the other approaches.Moreover,the multi-modal model outperformed its single-module variants,highlighting the benefit of utilizing multiple types of patient data,such as action videos and speech audio.These results indicate that a multi-modal deep learning model combined with the FAST could greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of early stroke identification of stroke,thus providing a practical and powerful tool for assessing stroke patients in an emergency clinical setting.
