Linking anisotropy with Fe_3C distribution in AISI 1045 steel

The anisotropy of the microstructure, thermal expansion behavior, corrosion resistance and magnetic properties of AISI 1045 steel was investigated. The distribution of Fe3C lameUae in the investigation plane parallel to the radial directions of molds was observed to differ from that in the investigation plane perpendicular to the radial directions by transmission electron microscopy. The lattice constants a0 of α-Fe deduced from the XRD patterns of samples prepared using a sand （S）-mold and cut parallel to the radial direction of the mold （S//） and using a metal （M）-mold and cut parallel to the radial direction （M//）, the corrosion resistance measured using an electrochemical work- station, and the magnetic permeability obtained by vibrating sample magnetometry also indicated the existence of anisotropy in the tested samples. The anisotropic change of corrosion potential （Eeorr）, pitting potential （Epit） and magnetic permeability （μ） of the samples was observed to depend on the orientation factorF200 of α-Fe in the measured samples, which is controlled by the distribution of Fe3C lamellae in the eutectoid structure.

The thermal expansion behavior, microhardness and electrochemical corrosion resistance of Au52Cu27Ag17-x（NiZn0.5）x （x=0,6 and 12） alloys were investigated by dilatometer （DIL）, microhardness tester, electrochemical workstation, X-ray diffractometer（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）.With increasing x, the relative length expansion and DIL maximum temperature Tl m （i.e., thermal stability） of the alloys increase inthermal expansion measurements, which can be explained by the change of the atomic binding energy, mismatch entropy togetherwith phase transformation. With the increase of x, the microhardness can be improved, but the corrosion resistance decreases; inaddition, the anodic peak current densities of polarization curves decrease, which are related closely with the solid solution degreeand dissolution of Ag, Ni and Zn alloying elements in Cl^- -containing solution.

This paper proposes a new network structure,namely the ProNet *** medical image segmentation can help clinical diagnosis of related eye diseases and is essential for subsequent rational *** baseline model of the ProNet network is UperNet(Unified perceptual parsing Network),and the backbone network is ConvNext(Convolutional Network).A network structure based on depth-separable convolution and 1×1 convolution is used,which has good performance and *** further optimise ProNet mainly in two *** is data enhancement using increased noise and slight angle rotation,which can significantly increase the diversity of data and help the model better learn the patterns and features of the data and improve the model’s ***,it can effectively expand the training data set,reduce the influence of noise and abnormal data in the data set on the model,and improve the accuracy and reliability of the *** is the loss function aspect,and we finally use the focal loss *** focal loss function is well suited for complex tasks such as object *** function will penalise the loss carried by samples that the model misclassifies,thus enabling better training of the model to avoid these errors while solving the category imbalance problem as a way to improve image segmentation density and segmentation *** the experimental results,the evaluation metrics mIoU(mean Intersection over Union)enhanced by 4.47%,and mDice enhanced by 2.92% compared to the baseline *** generalization effects and more accurate image segmentation are achieved.

Biomass is one most abundant resource on the earth providing important energies in support of so-cioeconomic development in many *** of biomass fuels comprises to nearly 10%of the total energy from anthropogenic combustion processes:however,as the burning is usually incomplete,this process yields products of incomplete combustion posing consequently significant impacts on air quality,human health,and climate ***,we analyzed spatiotemporal characteristics in intentional and unintentional biomass burning from different sectors,discussed impacts of biomass burning emissions on indoor and outdoor air quality,and consequent influences on human *** global total con-sumption amount of biomass including both natural and anthropogenic sources was approximately 7900 Tg in 2019,with significantly large regional and sectorial discrepancies among ***,anthropogenic biomass burning amounts increased gradually,but notably in some developing countries like China residential consumption of biomass fuels,as one large sector of biomass use,decreased over *** biomass consumption needs to be accurately *** are relatively rich datasets of pollutant emission factors from biomass burning,including laboratory and field tests,but still large variations exit and contribute substantially to the uncertainty in emission *** pri-mary PM2.5,black carbon and organic carbon emissions from biomass burning were about 51,4.6,and 29 Tg,respectively,contributing to nearly 70%,55%,and 90%of the total emission from all sources,and emissions from the residential sector and open fires are major *** carbon emissions from biomass burning attracts growing interests but available studies adopted different methodologies challenging the comparability of those *** burning emissions polluted not only ambient air but more severely indoor air quality,adversely affecting human *** studies that should be emphasiz

A surface acoustic wave(SAW)gyroscope measures the rate of rotational angular velocity by exploiting a phenomenon known as the SAW gyroscope *** a gyroscope is a great candidate for application in harsh environments because of the simplification of the suspension vibration mechanism necessary for traditional microelectromechanical system(MEMS)***,for the first time,we propose a novel toroidal standing-wave-mode SAW gyroscope using focused interdigitated transducers(FIDTs).Unlike traditional SAW gyroscopes that use linear IDTs to generate surface acoustic waves,which cause beam deflection and result in energy dissipation,this study uses FIDTs to concentrate the SAW energy based on structural features,resulting in better focusing performance and increased SAW *** experimental results reveal that the sensitivity of the structure is 1.51µV/(°/s),and the bias instability is 0.77°/s,which are improved by an order of magnitude compared to those of a traditional SAW ***,the FIDT component can enhance the performance of the SAW gyroscope,demonstrating its superiority for angular velocity *** work provides new insights into improving the sensitivity and performance of SAW gyroscopes.

Realizing campus sustainability requires the environmental-friendly and economical treatment of tremendous fallen *** fallen leaf biochar at a low temperature is a candidate *** this study,six common types of fallen leaves on the campus were pyrolyzed at 300℃.The obtained biochars were characterized and the adsorption mechanisms of lead(Pb)by the fallen leaf biochars were *** adsorption capacity of leaf biochar for Pb was relatively high,up to 209 mg/g(Yulania denudata leaf biochar).Adsorption of Pb onto active sites was the rate-limiting step for most leaf *** for Platanus leaf biochar,intraparticle diffusion of Pb^(2+)dominated owing to the lowest adsorption ***,the highest exchangeable Pb fraction(27%)indicated its potential for removing aqueous Pb^(2+).Ginkgo and Prunus cerasifera leaf biochar immobilized Pb by surface complexation and precipitation as lead ***,they were suitable for soil heavy metal *** study shed the light on the sustainable utilization of campus fallen leaves and the application of fallen leaf biochars in heavy metal remediation.

The mixing enthalpies and structural order in liquid Mg−Si system were investigated via ab-initio molecular dynamics at 1773 *** calculating the transferred charges and electron density differences,the dominance of Si−Si interactions in the chemical environments around Si was demonstrated,which determined that the mixing enthalpy reached the minimum on Mg-rich *** terms of Honeycutt and Anderson(HA)bond pairs based on the partial pair correlation functions,the attraction between Si−Si pairs and Mg atoms was revealed,and the evolution of structural order with Si content was characterized as a process of constituting frame structures by Si−Si pairs that dispersed Mg *** on tetrahedral order of local Si-configurations,a correlation between the mixing enthalpy and structural order was uncovered ultimately,which provided a new perspective combining the energetics with geometry to understand the liquid Mg−Si binary system.

Gypsum caprocks'sealing ability is affected by temperature-pressure *** to the limitations of experimental conditions,there is still a lack of triaxial stress-strain experiments that simultaneously consider changes in temperature and pressure conditions,which limits the accuracy of the comprehensive evaluation of the brittle plastic evolution and sealing ability of gypsum rocks using temperature pressure *** stress-strain tests were utilized to investigate the differences in the evolution of the confinement capacity of gypsum rocks under coupled temperaturepressure action and isothermal-variable pressure action on the basis of sample feasibility *** to research,the gypsum rock's peak and residual strengths decrease under simultaneous increases in temperature and pressure over isothermal pressurization experimental conditions,and it becomes more *** reduces the amount of time it takes for the rock to transition from brittle to *** temperature is taken into account,both the brittle–plastic transformation's depth limit and the lithological transformation of gypsum rocks become shallower,and the evolution of gypsum rocks under variable temperature and pressure conditions is more complicated than that under isothermal *** sealing ability under the temperature-pressure coupling is more in line with the actual geological context when the application results of the Well#ZS5 are *** provides a theoretical basis for precisely determining the process of hydrocarbon accumulation and explains why the early hydrocarbon were not well preserved.
