Background The priority effect of plant arrival is a key driver of community assembly and ecosystem succession during the restoration of degraded plant communities. However, the significance of the arrival order of different plant functional groups and their interactions with community assemblies remains unclear. Using a phytotron experiment with three fully crossed factors, we investigated the underlying mechanisms of priority effects and their relationships with the biomass and biodiversity effects in mixed plant communities by manipulating the order of arrival of species, isolation of roots, and removal of specific *** The results showed that the strength and direction of priority effects were influenced by arrival order, root interactions, asymmetric competition among species, and their interactions. The identities of early and late-sown species also determined the magnitude of priority effects. The priority effects were stronger in grass-first(24.76%) and legume-first communities(24.48%) than in forb-first communities. The pot biomass of the different priority treatments was highest in grass-first(5.85 g), followed by legume-first(3.94 g) and forb-first(2.48 g). The order of arrival in the mixture significantly affected the net biodiversity effects(P key determinant in successfully establishing a highly diverse community in the early stages of restoration. The identification of intercepted radio fuze modulation types is a prerequisite for decision-making in interference ***,the electromagnetic environment of modern battlefields is complex,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of such environments is usually low,which makes it difficult to implement accurate recognition of radio *** solve the above problem,a radio fuze automatic modulation recognition(AMR)method for low-SNR environments is ***,an adaptive denoising algorithm based on data rearrangement and the two-dimensional(2D)fast Fourier transform(FFT)(DR2D)is used to reduce the noise of the intercepted radio fuze intermediate frequency(IF)***,the textural features of the denoised IF signal rearranged data matrix are extracted from the statistical indicator vectors of gray-level cooccurrence matrices(GLCMs),and support vector machines(SVMs)are used for *** DR2D-based adaptive denoising algorithm achieves an average correlation coefficient of more than 0.76 for ten fuze types under SNRs of-10 d B and above,which is higher than that of other typical *** trained SVM classification model achieves an average recognition accuracy of more than 96%on seven modulation types and recognition accuracies of more than 94%on each modulation type under SNRs of-12 d B and above,which represents a good AMR performance of radio fuzes under low SNRs.

Electric power grids are evolving into complex cyber-physical power systems(CPPSs)that integrate advanced information and communication technologies(ICTs)but face increasing cyberspace threats and *** study considers CPPS cyberspace security under distributed denial of service(DDoS)attacks and proposes a nonzero-sum game-theoretical model with incomplete information for appropriate allocation of defense resources based on the availability of limited *** time delay is applied to quantify the expected utility as CPPSs have high time requirements and incur massive damage DDoS *** resource allocation strategies are adopted by attackers and defenders under the three cases of attack-free,failed attack,and successful attack,which lead to a corresponding consumption of resources.A multidimensional node value analysis is designed to introduce physical and cybersecurity *** experiments and numerical results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed model for the appropriate allocation of defense resources in CPPSs under limited resource availability.

Understanding the mechanisms,structuring microbial communities in oligotrophic ocean surface waters remains a major ecological *** redundancy and metabolic tuning are two mechanisms that have been proposed to shape microbial response to environmental ***,little is known about their roles in the oligotrophic surface ocean due to less integrative characterization of community taxonomy and ***,we applied an integrated meta-omics-based approach,from genes to proteins,to investigate the microbial community of the oligotrophic northern Indian *** spatial variabilities of both genomic and proteomic compositions indicated a stable microbial community that was dominated by Prochlorococcus,Synechococcus,and ***,fine tuning of some metabolic functions that are mainly driven by salinity and temperature was ***,a tuning divergence occurred between metabolic potential and activity in response to different environmental *** results indicate that metabolic tuning is an important mechanism for sustaining the stability of microbial communities in oligotrophic *** addition,integrated meta-omics provides a powerful tool to comprehensively understand microbial behavior and function in the ocean.
