BACKGROUND The mechanism of improvement of type 2 diabetes after duodenal-jejunal bypass(DJB)surgery is not *** To study the morphological and functional changes in adipose tissue after DJB and explore the potential mechanisms contributing to postoperative insulin sensitivity improvement of adipose tissue in a diabetic male rat *** DJB and sham surgery was performed in a-high-fat-diet/streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat *** adipose tissue was weighed and observed under *** inguinal fat to represent subcutaneous adipose tissue(SAT)and mesangial fat to represent visceral adipose ***-sequencing was utilized to evaluate gene expression alterations *** hematoxylin and eosin staining,reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction,western blot,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to study the *** resistance was evaluated by *** After DJB,whole body blood glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity in adipose tissue *** cell volume in both visceral adipose tissue(VAT)and SAT *** to SAT,VAT showed more significantly functional alterations after DJB and keGG analysis indicated growth hormone(GH)pathway and downstream adiponectin secretion were involved in metabolic *** circulating GH and adiponectin levels and GH receptor and adiponectin levels in VAT *** experiment showed that GH stimulated adiponectin secretion and improve insulin *** GH improves insulin resistance in VAT in male diabetic rats after receiving DJB,possibly by increasing adiponectin secretion.

Multifunctional therapeutics have emerged as a solution to the constraints imposed by drugs with singular or insufficient therapeutic *** primary challenge is to integrate diverse pharmacophores within a single-molecule *** address this,we introduced DeepSA,a novel edit-based generative framework that utilizes deep simulated annealing for the modification of articaine,a wellknown local *** integrates deep neural networks into metaheuristics,effectively constraining molecular space during compound *** framework employs a sophisticated objective function that accounts for scaffold preservation,anti-inflammatory properties,and covalent *** a sequence of local editing to navigate the molecular space,DeepSA successfully identified AT-17,a derivative exhibiting potent analgesic properties and significant anti-inflammatory activity in various animal *** insights into AT-17 revealed its dual mode of action:selective inhibition of NaV1.7 and 1.8 channels,contributing to its prolonged local anesthetic effects,and suppression of inflammatory mediators via modulation of the NLRP3 inflammasome *** findings not only highlight the efficacy of AT-17 as a multifunctional drug candidate but also highlight the potential of DeepSA in facilitating AI-enhanced drug discovery,particularly within stringent chemical constraints.

The monkeypox virus(MPXV)has triggered a current outbreak *** sequencing of MPXV and rapid tracing of genetic variants will benefit disease diagnosis and *** is a significant challenge but necessary to optimize the strategy and application of rapid full-length genome identification and to track variations of MPXV in clinical specimens with low viral loads,as it is one of the DNA viruses with the largest genome and the most AT-biased,and has a significant number of tandem *** we evaluated the performance of metagenomic and amplicon sequencing techniques,and three sequencing platforms in MPXV genome sequencing based on multiple clinical specimens of five mpox cases in Chinese *** rapidly identified the full-length genome of MPXV with the assembly of accurate tandem repeats in multiple clinical *** sequencing enables cost-effective and rapid sequencing of clinical specimens to obtain high-quality MPXV ***-generation sequencing facilitates the assembly of the terminal tandem repeat regions in the monkeypox virus genome and corrects a common misassembly in published ***,several intra-host single nucleotide variations were identified in the first imported mpox *** study offers an evaluation of various strategies aimed at identifying the complete genome of MPXV in clinical *** findings of this study will significantly enhance the surveillance of MPXV.

Wideband low-scattering metasurface with an in-band reconfigurable transparent window

Active metasurfaces with dynamically reconfigurable functionalities are highly demanded in various practical ***,we propose a wideband low-scattering metasurface that can realize an in-band reconfigurable transparent window by altering the operation states of the PIN diodes loaded on the *** metasurface is composed of a band-pass frequency selective surface(FSS)sandwiched between two polarization conversion metasurfaces(PCMs).PIN diodes are integrated into the FSS to switch the transparent window,while a checkerboard configuration is applied in PCMs for the diffusive-reflective function.A sample with 20×20 elements is designed,fabricated,and experimentally *** simulated and measured results show that the in-band functions can be dynamically switched between beam-splitting scattering and high transmission by controlling the biasing states of the diodes,while low backscattering can be attained outside the ***,the resonant structures of FSS also play the role of feeding lines,thus significantly eliminating extra interference compared with conventional feeding *** envision that the proposed metasurface may provide new possibilities for the development of an intelligent stealth platform and its antenna applications.

我国城镇化处于后期增速放缓及质量提升阶段,城市增长方式逐步从“增量发展”向“存量提质”过渡,进入城市更新的城镇化新模式。城市更新作为城市国土空间全域范围内持续完善功能、优化空间布局、提升环境品质、激发经济社会活力的空间治理活动,地理空间信息正在其中发挥重要的技术和思维支撑作用。本文在“生产空间”、“生活空间”、“生态空间”(简称“三生空间”)视角下,重新审视了城市更新的内涵,指出城市更新本质上是对“三生空间”的统筹优化。基于“城市认知”中的感知、评估和优化等全过程,构建了“三生空间”视角下的城市更新逻辑架构,并基于此架构梳理了地理空间信息技术在“三生空间”中要素感知、效益评估和空间优化方面的应用与研究现状。立足城市更新实际需求,基于现代地理空间信息技术,通过对城市的综合感知、综合评估和综合优化,提出构建涵盖“感知-评估-优化”城市认知全过程的全空间城市更新技术体系,以提高城市适应未来发展的自我调控能力,实现国土空间治理体系和治理能力现代化。

加快推动产业链与创新链深度融合,是实现我国经济高质量发展的关键所在。构建产业链与创新链融合度指标体系,采用复合系统协同度模型测算2017-2021年全国31个省份的产业链与创新链融合度,借助GWR模型找出影响“双链”融合度的关键影响因素,并对其空间差异性进行分析。研究发现,当前全国“双链”融合度呈波动性上升趋势,总体表现为东高西低;研究期内,我国“双链”融合度存在显著的空间相关性,热点区从东部沿海地区向中部地区转移;人均GDP、外商直接投资、交通基础设施水平、政府治理水平和人口密度是“双链”融合度的主要影响因素,且均为正向影响。

本文使用结合波形互相关技术的双差定位方法,对2023年甘肃积石山6.2级地震序列(截至2023年12月22日24时)进行了重定位。结果显示,主震震中位于临夏州积石山县(35.745°N, 102.827°E),震源深度约为12.5 km。余震序列呈现出NW和NNW两个展布方向。其中主震西侧的余震条带呈NW向展布,深度方向上向NE方向倾斜。重定位结果显示了该地区具有复杂的构造背景和发震机制。

以中欧班列开通作为国际交通运输通道的准自然实验,基于2009—2021年中国284个城市的面板数据,研究国际交通运输通道对双循环新发展格局的影响。研究发现:中欧班列开通促进了双循环新发展格局的构建,且呈现出区域、资源禀赋及以距离港口城市800KM为界的异质性;城市创新创业活力提升和生产—流通—消费环节畅通是中欧班列开通影响双循环新发展格局构建的重要渠道;中欧班列开通与外循环发展可形成良性互动机制来促进内循环发展,但中欧班列开通与内循环发展互动对外循环发展的效果仍未显现。
