Nonlinearly induced entanglement in dissipatively coupled optomechanical system

Nonlinearly induced steady-state photon–phonon entanglement of a dissipative coupled system is studied in the bistable regime. Quantum dynamical characteristics are analysed by solving the mean-field and fluctuation equations of the system. It is shown that dissipative coupling can induce bistable behaviour for the effective dissipation of the *** suitable parameters, one of the steady states significantly reduces the dissipative effect of the system. Consequently,a larger steady-state entanglement can be achieved compared to linear dynamics. Furthermore, the experimental feasibility of the parameters is analysed. Our results provide a new perspective for the implementation of steady-state optomechanical entanglement.

Perovskite nanocrystal(PNC)solids are promising materials for optoelectronic *** studies have shown that exciton diffusion in PNC solids occurs via alternate exciton hopping(EH)and photon recycling(PR).The energy disorder induced by the size distribution is a common factor in PNC solids,and the impact of this energy disorder on the exciton diffusion remains ***,we investigated the exciton diffusion in CsPbBr3 NC solids with a Gaussian size distribution of 11.2±6.8 nm via steady and time-resolved photoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy with multiple detection bands in transmission *** results indicated that exciton diffusion was controlled by a downhill transfer among the different energy sites through the disordered energy landscape,as confirmed by the accompanying low-temperature PL analysis.A detailed examination revealed that the acceptor distribution in tandem with the reabsorption coefficient determined the contribution of EH and PR to exciton transfer between different energy ***,the exciton diffusion mechanism varied in PNC solids of different thicknesses:in a thin solid with a thickness of several hundred nanometers,the exciton transfer was dominated by efficient EH and PR from the high-energy sites to the lower-energy sites;in a few-micrometer-thick solid,transfer from the medium-energy sites toward the lower-energy sites also became prominent and occurred mainly through *** findings enhance the understanding of the vital role that the acceptor distribution plays in the exciton diffusion process in PNC solids,providing important insights for optoelectronic applications based on PNC *** work also exploits the use of commonly available tools for in-depth exciton diffusion studies,which reveals the interior diffusion information that is usually hidden in surface sensitive PL imaging methods.

Objective To investigate whether acupoint penetration acupuncture(APA)could regulate chondrocyte autophagy and apoptosis via the PI3K/Akt-mTOR signaling pathway to reduce cartilage degeneration in knee osteoarthritis(KOA)*** KOA was induced in rats via intra-articular injection of sodium iodoacetate *** male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to blank control,model,APA,electro-acupuncture(EA),and sham model groups(n=8)and those in the APA and EA groups received their respective *** completion of the treatment course,histological examinations of cartilage and muscle were *** of apoptosis-and autophagy-related factors,including Bax,Bcl-2,mTOR,ULK-1,and Beclin-1 protein,and mRNAs were ***,β-endorphin(β-EP)concentrations in the brain and serum were *** Histological analysis revealed that APA alleviated cartilage and muscle damage compared with the model *** inhibited cartilage degeneration by modulating the expression of apoptosis-and autophagy-related proteins and mRNA,thus preventing chondrocyte *** the APA group,Bax and mTOR protein levels were significantly lower than those in the model group(both P=.024).Conversely,the Bcl-2 expression level was significantly higher than that in the EA group(P=.035).Additionally,ULK-1 expression was significantly lower than that in the EA group(P=.045).The mRNA level of Bax was significantly higher than that in the blank control group(P<.001).However,Beclin-1 levels were significantly higher than those in both the model and EA groups(both P<.001).ELISA results showed a significant decrease in the concentration ofβ-EP in the brains of the rats in the APA group compared with those in the model group(P=.032).Conclusions APA reduced osteoarthritis-related pain and alleviated cartilage damage by upregulating chondrocyte autophagy and down-regulating apoptosis via signaling pathways involving PI3K/Akt-mTOR in KOA rats.

目的探究猪源SIRT5对O型口蹄疫病毒(Foot and mouth disease virus serotype O,FMDV-O)复制的影响及其调控FMDV-O复制的初步机制。方法利用Western Blotting和RT-qPCR检测FMDV-O感染PK-15细胞后内源性SIRT5表达情况;设计合成3对SIRT5特异性siRNA,通过Western Blotting和RT-qPCR检测SIRT5、FMDV-O蛋白水平、转录水平及病毒拷贝数的变化情况;构建SIRT5真核表达质粒转染至PK-15细胞,运用Western Blotting、RT-qPCR实验方法探究过表达SIRT5对FMDV-O复制的影响,同时利用RT-qPCR检测过表达SIRT5对SeV、FMDV-O诱导的I型干扰素刺激基因mRNA表达水平的影响。结果FMDV-O感染PK-15细胞后内源性SIRT5的表达上调;siRNA干扰SIRT5抑制FMDV-O的复制;过表达SIRT5促进FMDV-O复制;过表达SIRT5降低了SeV、FMDV-O诱导的干扰素刺激基因mRNA的表达水平。结论FMDV-O感染刺激宿主SIRT5表达,而猪源SIRT5通过抑制I型干扰素刺激基因的产生进而促进FMDV-O复制。本研究为进一步探究猪源SIRT5促进FMDV-O复制的机制提供参考依据。

Objective To observe the value of long TR three-dimensional inversion recovery sequence with real reconstruction(3D real IR)for quantifying inner ear endolymphatic hydrops(EH).Methods Totally 46 Ménière's disease(MD)patients and 21 healthy volunteers were prospectively *** scanning for inner ear based on 3D real IR and 3D fluid attenuated inversion recovery(3D FLAIR)sequence 4—6 h after administration of contrast agents were *** imaging qualities were scored and compared between *** endolymphatic space area and the membranous labyrinth area of cochlea and vestibule,as well as endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage were calculated,the present or not of EH and the grade of EH were *** inner ears of MD patients were enrolled in EH group,while inner ears of healthy volunteers were taken as controls(control group).The endolymphatic space area,membranous labyrinth area and endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage of cochlea and vestibule were compared between *** receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to calculate the diagnostic efficacy of the above *** Cochlear and/or vestibular EH were detected in 56 ears,including cochlear EH in 52 ears and vestibular EH in 45 ears among 46 MD patients(EH group),but not in 42 ears in control *** subjective quality scores of 3D real IR images were higher than those of 3D-FLAIR(both P<0.05).Quantitative analysis based on 3D real IR images revealed that,compared with control group,significantly larger endolymph areas and endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentages in both cochlea and vestibule were found in EH group(all P<0.001).The area under the curve(AUC)of cochlear or vestibular endolymph/membranous labyrinth area percentage for identifying inner ear EH was 0.999 and 0.985,*** 13.64%and 24.13%as the critical value of cochlear or vestibular endolymph,the specificity was 100%and 92.86%,respectively,and the sensitivity was 96.43%an

Organic room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)materials have potential applications in information technology and ***,the precise control of the afterglow in reversible manners remains challenging for organic ***,we report a kind of organic RTP material fabricated by simple heating mixtures of tartaric acid(TA)and aromatic acids,which can switch their phosphorescence by *** mixtures show tunable phosphorescence from indigo to orange with phosphorescence efficiency of up to 53.99% due to locking different organic luminogens by the TA-formed matrix through the noncovalent *** afterglow of those materials lasts a few seconds and disappears by water fumigation,which can be repeated in response to wet/heat *** drop-casting those materials on glass slides,a laser-repatternable phosphorescence is achieved by facile laser direct writing and quenched by water *** results open the opportunity for the design of smart stimuli-responsive phosphorescence materials from sustainable natural products.

Depositional Environment and Origin of Inertinite-rich Coal in the Ordos Basin

Inertinite-rich coal is widely distributed in the Ordos Basin,represented by the No.2 coal seam of the Middle Jurassic Yan'an *** paper combined coal petrology and geochemistry to analyze the origin of inertinite,changes in the coal-forming environment and control characteristics of *** has shown that there are two forms of inertinite sources in the study *** typical fusinization,wildfire events also play a substantial role in inertinite *** are significant fluctuations in the coal-forming environment of samples at different *** samples were formed in dry forest swamp with low water levels and strong oxidation,which have a high inertinite content,and the samples formed in wet forest swamp and limnic showed low inertinite ***,the inertinite content of different origins does not fully correspond to the depositional environment characterized by dryness and *** inertinites were significantly influenced by climatic conditions,while pyrofusinite was not entirely controlled by climatic conditions but rather directly impacted by wildfire *** high oxygen level was the main factor causing widespread wildfire ***,the combination of wildfire activity and oxidation generates a high content of inertinite in the Middle Jurassic coal of the Ordos Basin.
