印度尼西亚民众对中医药的态度调查

目的本研究通过问卷调查法,分析数据展示了印度尼西亚民众对中医药的认知以及态度。方法采取问卷调查法,共有228名(年龄≥18岁)印度尼西亚民众作为调查对象。于2023年7月28日至2023年8月8日期间进行26个问题的调查问卷,通过谷歌表单收集数据。共回收228份,回收有效问卷176份,回收无效问卷52份,有效回收率77.2%。结果印度尼西亚民众对中医药有较高的认知度且态度积极。尤其在新冠疫情背景下,中医药得到了更多的关注和信任。结论在有效问卷调查的176名民众中,有93%的印度尼西亚民众将来会考虑使用中医作为某些健康问题的替代疗法。此外,印度尼西亚民众对中医药的态度呈现出积极的态势,但仍然存在一些亟待解决的问题。

Increasing evidence suggests that deregulated RNA splicing factors play critical roles in tumorigenesis; however, their specific involvement in colon cancer remains largely unknown. Here we report that the splicing factor RBM25 is overexpressed in colon cancer, and this increased expression correlates with a poor prognosis of patients with colon cancer. Functionally, RBM25 ablation suppresses the growth of colon cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo. Mechanistically, our transcriptome-wide analysis of splicing events revealed that RBM25 regulates a large number of cancer-related alternative splicing events across the human genome in colon cancer. Particularly, RBM25 regulates the splicing of MNK2 by interacting with the poly G rich region in exon 14a, thereby inhibiting the selection of the proximal 3'splice site(ss), resulting in the production of the oncogenic short isoform, MNK2b. Knockdown of RBM25 leads to an increase in the MNK2a isoform and a decrease in the MNK2b isoform. Importantly, re-expression of MNK2b or blocking the 3′ ss of the alternative exon 14a with ASO partially reverses the RBM25 knockdown mediated tumor suppression. Moreover, MNK2b levels were significantly increased in colon cancer tissues, which is positively correlated with the expression level of RBM25. Collectively, our findings uncover the critical role of RBM25 as a key splicing factor in colon cancer, suggesting its potential as a prognostic marker and therapeutic target.

[Objectives]To verify the specificity,sensitivity,precision and negative-positive deviation of the foodproof gluten component de-tection kit for the detection of gluten allergens in milk powder matrix,and to establish a real-time fluorescent PCR legal method for the detec-tion of gluten allergens in milk powder.[Methods]The specificity,sensitivity,precision and negative-positive deviation of the detection method of foodproof gluten component detection kit(PCR-probe method)were verified by artificially adding different concentrations of wheat bran and extracting sample DNA by kit method,and applied to sample detection.[Results] The specific detection results of two kinds of milk powder with wheat bran and buckwheat added showed that the foodproof gluten component detection kit(PCR-probe method)had good speci-ficity for wheat *** results of artificially added wheat bran positive samples showed that the false positive rate and false negative rate of the kit in the milk powder matrix were O,and the sensitivity and precision were high.[Conclusions]The kit is simple to operate and has high accuracy,which is suitable for the detection of gluten allergen components in milk powder.

干旱是影响甘蔗生长发育以及产量的最主要非生物逆境胁迫之一,随着全球极端气候的发生愈加频繁,甘蔗遭受干旱胁迫的风险越来越大。干旱对甘蔗生长的影响是多方面的,不同器官会产生不同的表现。甘蔗为了抵御干旱胁迫会产生一系列调节机制,包括形态特征和生理生化特性改变。本文总结了干旱胁迫对甘蔗叶片、根系、茎等各器官生长以及不同生育期干旱对甘蔗生长的影响,从渗透调节、抗氧化酶、内源激素、根际微生物和基因表达方面论述了甘蔗对干旱胁迫的响应机制,并对甘蔗响应干旱的系统性机制、不同品种抗旱性差异与提高甘蔗抗旱性研究进行展望,以期为从事甘蔗生产和相关研究的工作者提供理论参考。

Annealing Temperature-Dependent Luminescence Color Coordination in Eu-Doped AlN Thin Films

AlN was used as a host material and doped with Eu grown on Si substrate by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) with low substrate temperature. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) data revealed the orientation and the composition of the thin film. The surface morphology was studied by scanning electron microscope (SEM). While raising the annealing temperatures from 300˚C to 900˚C, the emission was observed from AlN: Eu under excitation of 260 nm excitation. The photoluminescence (PL) was integrated over the visible light wavelength shifted from the blue to the red zone in the CIE 1931 chromaticity coordinates. The luminescence color coordination of AlN: Eu depending on the annealing temperatures guides the further study of Eu-doped nitrides manufacturing on white light emitting diode (LED) and full color LED devices.

Effect of Allicin on the Formation of Kidney Stones in Rats by Regulating the Expression of OPN and NF-κB Signaling Pathway

Objective: To investigate the effect of allicin on the formation of kidney stones in rats by regulating the expression of osteopontin(OPN) and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) signaling pathway. Methods: A total of 50 healthy adult male SD rats with SPF grade were selected and divided into five groups by random number and computer random combination, with 10 rats in each group. Except the blank group, the other four groups were given 2 m L/d mixed solution of 1% ethylene glycol+2% ammonium chloride to construct the nephrolith model. During the modeling process, the blank group and the model group were given normal saline by gavage. The positive group was given 600 mg/(kg·d) of potassium sodium hydrogen citrate granules by gavage, the low-dose group was given 7.5 mg/(kg·d) of allicin by gavage, and the high-dose group was given 15 mg/(kg·d)of allicin by gavage. After administration, renal function, urine related indicators, calcium oxalate crystallization score, OPN protein expression and NF-κB signaling pathwayrelated protein expression were observed and compared among the five groups of ***: There were significant differences in kidney index, urea nitrogen(BUN) and blood creatinine(Cr) levels among the five groups(P0.05), and were all lower than those in the model group and low-dose group(P0.05), and all were lower than the model group and low-dose group(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the scores of calcium oxalate crystallization and the expression of OPN protein in the five groups(P<0.05). Apiaceae is a major family from Apiales and includes many important vegetable and medicinal *** shock transcription factors(Hsf)play important roles in heat tolerance during plant ***,we conducted systematic analyses of the Hsf gene family in three Apiaceae species,including 17 Apium graveolens(celery),32 Coriandrum sativum(coriander),and 14 Daucus carota(carrot).A total of 73 Hsf genes were identified in three representative species,including Arabidopsis thaliana,Vitis vinifera,and Lactuca ***-genome duplication played important roles in the Hsf gene family’s expansion within ***,we found that coriander had more Hsf genes than celery and carrot due to greater expansion and fewer ***-seven branches of the phylogenetic tree underwent considerable positive selection in these Apiaceae *** also explored the expression patterns of Hsf genes in three plant ***,this study will serve as a rich gene resource for exploring the molecular mechanisms of heat ***,this is the first study to report on the Hsf gene family in Apiaceae;thus,our research will provide guidance for future comparative and functional genomic studies on the Hsf gene family and others in Apiaceae.

Background:Conserving migratory birds is challenging due to their reliance on multiple distant sites at different stages of their annual life *** concept of“flyway”,which refers to all areas covered by the breeding,nonbreeding,and migrating of birds,provides a framework for international cooperation for *** the same flyway,however,the migratory activities of the same species can differ substantially between seasons and *** the seasonal and population differences in migration is helpful for understanding migration ecology and for identifying conservation ***:Using satellite‑tracking we tracked the migration of Whimbrels(Numenius phaeopus variegatus)from nonbreeding sites at Moreton Bay(MB)and Roebuck Bay(RB)in Australia in the East Asian-Australasian *** tests were used to analyze the strength of migration connectivity between the nonbreeding and breeding sites of MB and RB ***’s t test was used to compare the migration activities between the two populations and between northward and southward ***:During northward migration,migration distance and duration were longer for the MB population than for the RB *** distance and duration of the first leg flight during northward migration were longer for the MB population than for the RB population,suggesting that MB individuals deposited more fuel before departing from nonbreeding sites to support their longer nonstop *** RB population exhibited weaker migration connectivity(breeding sites dispersing over a range of 60 longitudes)than the MB population(breeding sites concentrating in a range of 5 longitudes in Far Eastern Russia).Compared with MB population,RB population was more dependent on the stopover sites in the Yellow Sea and the coastal regions in China,where tidal habitat has suffered dramatic ***,RB population increased while MB population decreased over the past decades,suggesting that loss of tidal habit
