Lauramine is widely considered to be an asphaltene flocculant,but its effect on the modification of crude oil by PPDs has been little studied.In this paper,the effect of LA dosage on the rheology improvement of EVA PPDs(100 ppm)on Qinghai waxy crude oil was investigated through rheological measurement,wax precipitating analysis,granularity test and resins/asphaltenes FTIR analysis.Compared with pure EVA,the compounding of LA and EVA obviously enhances the agglomeration degree and reduces the number of fine wax crystals,thus further enhancing the rheology of the oil samples,and the best performance is at the LA dosage of 200 ppm.At relatively small LA dosages,the LA facilitates the adsorption of EVA molecules on the asphaltene surfaces,which favors the becoming of EVA/asphaltenes composite particles;but at relatively high LA dosages,the LA makes the asphaltenes more aggregated and disturbs the EVA adsorption on the asphaltenes,which is adverse for the formation of EVA/asphaltenes compound particles.The compound particles can serve as wax precipitating templates and significantly influence its morphology,thus further improving the crude oil rheology.In consequence,the rheology improvement of EVA PPDs on Qinghai waxy crude oil first increases and then decreases with increasing the LA dosage.

AIM: To evaluate the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of a handheld infrared eccentric autorefractor(h ICA) with artificial intelligence(AI) by comparing its refraction measurements to those recorded using h ICA and a clinical table-mounted automatic refractor(TAR).METHODS: A cross-sectional study using three optometers, including h ICA with or without AI and TAR, for refractometry of adults(aged 19-49 years old) with no signs of ocular disease or trauma in the absence of cycloplegia. Right and left eye refraction data were recorded, including the spherical equivalent(SE), diopter of spherical power(DS), diopter of cylindrical power(DC) decomposed into vectors J0 and J45, and measurement times. To avoid analytical difficulties associated with the interdependence of observations between eyes from the same individual, the Generalized Estimation Equation was used to compare the SE, DS, J0 and J45 measurements, and the times thereof, among the different groups. The intraclass correlation coef f icient(ICC) and Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient were used to evaluate correlations among the measurements recorded by the three different instruments. Bland-Altman were used to analyze the precision of the equipment by the agreement. RESULTS: A total of 70 patients(140 eyes;mean age: 31.37 y;range: 19-49 y) were assessed using refractometry. In a brightly lit environment, there was no significant difference between the mean SE recorded using TAR and that recorded using h ICA with AI or without AI(both P>0.05). In an intense-light environment, h ICA equipped with AI showed a better detection rate than without AI. Light intensity had a greater effect on dioptric measurements recorded using h ICA without AI(P<0.001) than on those recorded using the one equipped with AI(P<0.05). Measurement times varied significantly between the different light intensities and instruments(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: For the normal human eyes, AI may improve the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of measurements recorded using h ICA in vari

AIM：To compare the effect of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） monotherapy versus photodynamic therapy（PDT） and anti-VEGF combination treatment in age-related macular degeneration（AMD）.METHODS：A computerized online search was performed using PubMed,Web of Science and the Cochrane Library.Studies that compared anti-VEGF monotherapy with PDT and anti-VEGF combination treatment of AMD and were designed as randomized controlled trials were included.The means and standard deviations of the best-corrected visual acuity（BCVA）,central retinal thickness（CRT）,number of treatments and proportions of patients who gained BCVA ≥15,10,5,or 0 letters at 12^（th） month were extracted.A systematic review and Meta-analysis of the comparison of the two approaches was conducted using Review Manager 5.2.Subgroup.A sensitivity analysis was also performed.RESULTS：Eight studies were included.When the subgroup and sensitivity analysis was conducted,the results indicated that in the findings that included the monotherapy group and PDT（standard fluence,SF）group of Kaiser＇s study,the patients in the monotherapy group had a better BCVA compared with the combination group at 12^（th） month in the PDT（SF） subgroup[weighted mean difference（WMD）：3.54;95% Cl：0.36 to 6.73;P=0.03],and there were more patients who gained ≥15 letters of BCVA in the monotherapy group compared with the combination group in the total result[odds ratio（OR）：1.41;95% Cl：1.02 to 1.95;P=0.04].The same conclusion was obtained in the total result that included the monotherapy group and PDT（reduced fluence,RF）group of Kaiser＇s study（OR：1.56;95% CI：1.13 to 2.15;P=0.007）.However,there were no significant differences in the other indexes between the two therapies.CONCLUSION：We found that anti-VEGF monotherapy is more effective on the recovery of visual acuity than combination therapy and more researches with lager sample size should be performed to study on the effect of the two therapy approaches on CRT and number of injections.

AIM: To measure and analysis axial length(AL)/corneal radius of curvature(CRC) ratio and other refractive parameters, provide a medical reference range for refractive development evaluation and earlier visual impairment screening of 3 to 4 y kindergarten students.METHODS: Between April and June 2017, a total of 4350 participants aged 3-to 4-year-old(8700 eyes) from 10 cluster random sampling kindergartens in Shanghai, Pudong District were involved. According to the measurement and analysis of the unaided visual acuity(VA), AL, CRC, AL/CRC ratio, astigmatism and other refractive parameters, the data distribution and reference range were obtained.RESULTS: Uncorrected VA of examined children was 0.23±0.08(logMAR, mean±SD) [95% confidence interval(CI) range ≤0.36];AL was 22.10±0.79 mm(95%CI 20.55-23.65);CRC was 7.86±0.26 mm(95%CI, 7.35-8.37);AL/CRC ratio was 2.81±0.12(95%CI, 2.57-3.05). The median of astigmatism was-0.5 D, a total of 56.3% had astigmatism -1.50 D;71% were astigmatism with the rule. Eye-specific analyses were conducted. Statistical difference of VA was in right and left eyes. There were no significant differences between two eyes of AL, CRC, AL/CRC ratio and astigmatism(P>0.05).CONCLUSION: VA and AL/CRC ratio reference could be used to assess refractive development in children and screening uncorrected refractive errors or amblyopia. Astigmatism needs to be considered in the diagnosis.

The technological revolution has spawned a new generation of industrial systems,but it has also put forward higher requirements for safety management accuracy,timeliness,and systematicness.Risk assessment needs to evolve to address the existing and future challenges by considering the new demands and advancements in safety management.The study aims to propose a systematic and comprehensive risk assessment method to meet the needs of process system safety management.The methodology first incorporates possibility,severity,and dynamicity(PSD)to structure the“51X”evaluation indicator system,including the inherent,management,and disturbance risk factors.Subsequently,the four-tier(risk point-unit-enterprise-region)risk assessment(RA)mathematical model has been established to consider supervision needs.And in conclusion,the application of the PSD-RA method in ammonia refrigeration workshop cases and safety risk monitoring systems is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed PSD-RA method in safety management.The findings show that the PSD-RA method can be well integrated with the needs of safety work informatization,which is also helpful for implementing the enterprise's safety work responsibility and the government's safety supervision responsibility.

In the era of exponential growth of data availability,the architecture of systems has a trend toward high dimensionality,and directly exploiting holistic information for state inference is not always computationally affordable.This paper proposes a novel Bayesian filtering algorithm that considers algorithmic computational cost and estimation accuracy for high-dimensional linear systems.The high-dimensional state vector is divided into several blocks to save computation resources by avoiding the calculation of error covariance with immense dimensions.After that,two sequential states are estimated simultaneously by introducing an auxiliary variable in the new probability space,mitigating the performance degradation caused by state segmentation.Moreover,the computational cost and error covariance of the proposed algorithm are analyzed analytically to show its distinct features compared with several existing methods.Simulation results illustrate that the proposed Bayesian filtering can maintain a higher estimation accuracy with reasonable computational cost when applied to high-dimensional linear systems.

The fast-paced development of blockchain technology is evident.Yet,the security concerns of smart contracts represent a significant challenge to the stability and dependability of the entire blockchain ecosystem.Conventional smart contract vulnerability detection primarily relies on static analysis tools,which are less efficient and accurate.Although deep learning methods have improved detection efficiency,they are unable to fully utilize the static relationships within contracts.Therefore,we have adopted the advantages of the above two methods,combining feature extraction mode of tools with deep learning techniques.Firstly,we have constructed corresponding feature extraction mode for different vulnerabilities,which are used to extract feature graphs from the source code of smart contracts.Then,the node features in feature graphs are fed into a graph convolutional neural network for training,and the edge features are processed using a method that combines attentionmechanismwith gated units.Ultimately,the revised node features and edge features are concatenated through amulti-head attentionmechanism.The result of the splicing is a global representation of the entire feature graph.Our method was tested on three types of data:Timestamp vulnerabilities,reentrancy vulnerabilities,and access control vulnerabilities,where the F1 score of our method reaches 84.63%,92.55%,and 61.36%.The results indicate that our method surpasses most others in detecting smart contract vulnerabilities.

The plateau environments are typically arid,cool,and high altitude,posing formidable challenges to wildlife survival due to resource scarcity and harsh conditions.Unraveling ecological adaptability in severe conditions requires a deeper understanding of the niche characteristics of plateau species.Trophic niche,which is a comprehensive indicator describing the energy acquisition strategy of animals,remains relatively understudied in plateau species.Here,by combining stable isotopes and morphological data,we quantified the trophic niches of two allopatric lizard species(Phrynocephalus vlangalii and P.erythrurus)that live in the hinterland of the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau,and explored how their trophic niches correlate with morphological and environmental factors.While both trophic niche and morphological traits were similar between species,noteworthy distinctions were observed between male and female Phrynocephalus lizards.The morphological traits associated with predation(i.***.limb length and head size)and reproduction(i.***.abdomen length),annual mean temperature,and sex played influential roles in shifting trophic niches.These results imply that sexual dimorphism may facilitate inter-sex divergence in resource utilization,leading to trophic niche variations in the highland lizards.Furthermore,extreme environmental stress can constrain interspecific divergence in morphological and trophic traits.Our findings illustrate the dynamic variations of trophic niches in highland lizards,contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of the adaptation strategies employed by lizard species in plateau environments.

This study optimized the TADF feature of axial chiral enantiomers through precise donor engineering,and multicolor CP-TADFwas achieved in the axial chiral framework.Three pairs of axial enantiomers with donor-regulated TADF feature,namely(R/S)-TPCBD,(R/S)-DPCBD,and(R/S)-DPACBD,were synthesized by introducing carbazole donors with different substituents onto biphenyl cyanide acceptors.As the electron-donating ability of donors increases,the emission of these axial enantiomers ranges from 455,476 to 552 nm,their singlet-triplet energy gaps(ΔE_(ST))gradually decrease from 0.30,0.22 to 0.02 e V,accompanied by an increasement in the transition rate(k_(RISC))of RISC process,and the k_(RISC)of DPACBD could reach up to 7.16×10^(5)s^(-1).These axial enantiomers also exhibit mirror-image CD and circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)properties.Moreover,OLEDs based on TPCBD,DPCBD,and DPACBD as emitter were then fabricated,which displayed blue,green,and orange electroluminescence with EQE_(max)of 13.0%,16.4%,and 25.0%,respectively.The results also exhibited a phenomenon of device efficiency increasing with the enhancement of donor abilities.Notably,the CP-OLEDs using(R/S)-TPCBD,(R/S)-DPCBD and(R/S)-DPACBD as emitters displayed intense CPEL signals with g_(EL)values of 3.4×10^(-3)/-4.1×10^(-3),3.2×10^(-3)/-3.1×10^(-3)and2.3×10^(-3)/-2.1×10^(-3),respectively.By convenient molecular engineering of donor regulation in the same molecular skeleton,CP-TADF materials with multicolor CPEL and improved device performance could be conveniently achieved.

Background Zinc glycine chelate(Zn-Gly)has anti-inflammation and growth-promoting properties;however,the mechanism of Zn-Gly contribution to gut barrier function in Cherry Valley ducks during intestinal inflammation is unknown.Three-hundred 1-day-old ducks were divided into 5 groups(6 replicates and 10 ducks per replicate)in a completely randomized design:the control and dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)groups were fed a corn-soybean meal basal diet,and experimental groups received supplements of 70,120 or 170 mg/kg Zn in form of Zn-Gly.The DSS and treatment groups were given 2 mL of 0.45 g/mL DSS daily during d 15–21,and the control group received normal saline.The experiment lasted 21 d.Results Compared with DSS group,70,120 and 170 mg/kg Zn significantly increased body weight(BW),villus height and the ratio of villus to crypt,and significantly decreased the crypt depth of jejunum at 21 d.The number of goblet cells in jejunal villi in the Zn-Gly group was significantly increased by periodic acid-Schiff staining.Compared with control,the content of intestinal permeability marker D-lactic acid(D-LA)and fluxes of fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC-D)in plasma of DSS group significantly increased,and 170 mg/kg Zn supplementation significantly decreased the D-LA content and FITC-D fluxes.Compared with control,contents of plasma,jejunum endotoxin and jejunum pro-inflammatory factors IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly increased in DSS group,and were significantly decreased by 170 mg/kg Zn supplementation.Dietary Zn significantly increased the contents of anti-inflammatory factors IL-10,IL-22 and sIgA and IgG in jejunum.Real-time PCR and Western blot results showed that 170 mg/kg Zn supplementation significantly increased mRNA expression levels of CLDN-1 and expression of OCLN protein in jejunum,and decreased gene and protein expression of CLDN-2 compared with DSS group.The 120 mg/kg Zn significantly promoted the expressions of IL-22 and IgA.Dietary Zn-Gly supplementation significantly decreased pro-inflammatory genes IL-8
